Thanks for for all the feedback. Nabasa ko po sa previous posts na dapat naka notarize po lahat ng documents. Meaning po nito aside sa mga managers and appropriate persons na naka sign dapat sa documents ko dapat may signature din po ng attorney or lawyer ito?

How about for diploma and TOR? Ano proof of evidence ko na legit yun?

@tomangelo ang ginawa ng iba pag coloured scan di na nila pinanotarize. Pinanotarize lang nila pag black and white. Kami naman just to be sure na hindi yung docus namin, pinastamp namin mga docus namin sa JP dito sa AU (notary public sa atin)

The more points the better po ba tlaga or dapat lang maka abot ng 60 points? Mas may chance ba ang 65 points than a person having 60 points lang? I read somewhere na mas prioritize ang higher points, yun yung una nilang iniinvite.

@tomangelo Depende sa occupation ceiling mo. Kami 60 lang pero nainvite kami kaagad kasi wala masyadong nagaapply sa nominated occupation ni hubby.

@Cassey Ang weird nga eh kasi walang Software Engineer sa skillSelect occupation ceiling dito https://www.border.gov.au/Busi/Empl/skillselect. Does this mean walang inooffer for software engineers for this year? And abang nalang ako sa July?

@se29m Ok got it. Thanks for clearing that up. So would it be an advantage to lodge an application during the month of July because there is a fresh pool for the occupational lists?

@tomangelo it is advisable to lodge as early as possible, kasi even if it refreshes sa July, there will still be EOIs lodged ahead of you that needs to be cleared.

applicable only for SC 189. however it depends on the nominated occupation. kung madami pang quota no difference kung 60 or 65 points ka.

Sobrang dami pa naman nag aapply sa IT field. hehe sige guys thanks, my main focus now is yung assessment sa ACS and to get 8.0 in all categories sa IELTS, pero currently reviewing pa muna. hehe

@tomangelo Ehehe oo nga parang di mo alam kung saan magstart sa una. Prolly, start with the English Exam, then yung sa assessment ng nominated occupation mo. From there, madali na lang EOI kasi ibibase mo yun sa assessment mo from your assessing body. Then you can proceed with your medicals and get your NBI tapos lodging of visa.

A new legislative instrument has been released containing the new SOL and CSOL list for the next program year 2016-2017.

If there are no other changes, the new list will take effect on 1st July 2016.

SOL to CSOL

The following 9 occupations will be REMOVED from the SOL list:

233611: Mining Engineer (excluding Petroleum)
233612: Petroleum Engineer
234912: Metallurgist
251311: Environmental Health Officer
251312: Occupational Health and Safety Adviser
411211: Dental Hygienist
411212: Dental Prosthetist
411213: Dental Technician
411214: Dental Therapist

CSOL to SOL

The following 2 occupations will be ADDED to the SOL list:

252711: Audiologist
251912: Orthotist or Prosthetist

depende kung matanggap sia as it is. may mga state or company na nagrerequire ng registration. Paregister na lng sia sa EA, madali lang namn

@michRN yes pwede as long as masatisfy mo yung requirements. And don't forget the bv before lodging your application.. Since you are in a 457 visa, you can ask your employer to sponsor you for the ens 186 visa.. Less gastos hehe

QUESTION: Do we need to scan copies of our financial docs dn ba? Sister in law ko kse na citizen na ngyon called the immig, sabi yes daw. Pero for some applicants na nababasa ko hindi.
