Hello. Bale parang same question with @tomangelo. By august 2016 pa ko magtotal 5 yrs work experience. Ok lng ba magpaassess na agad then if ever maging suitable and madeduct ng 2 yrs, update my eoi na lng by september to have 3yrs skilled working experience and get 5 points?

@guenb hey bro, nagreply na CO ko about sa case natin sa re-assessment.

When you link your applications your previous documents are carried over, all you would be required to do is upload your new updated reference letter in the existing entry as this is timestamped we are able to tell the difference of the new and previous reference letter.

hello po, for example gusto kong hindi isali ung previous company ko na na submit ko na at na assess na dati sa ACS, pwedi po ba un? Kasi gusto ko hindi na sya isama kasi wla akong mga payslip or any other docs like sss/tax contribution kasi maliit lang sya na company, COE lang ang nasa akin. baka kasi ito pa ang dahilan na madeny kasi kulang ako sa supporting docs. pwedi po ba un na paassess ako bago then hindi ko iyun isasama? @Makaryo if this is the same case as linking to your previous application then see what pinoycoder posted, acs will refer to docs previously assessed & you only need to upload updated or new work references.

@catt yes afaik, meron naman kasi yung acs skill met date, so if they will only deduct you two years they will advise from which date you can count the experience point for dibp. The acs result is also valid for two years.

hi guys,

kakasubmit ko lang for acs assessment nung friday. so ngayon waiting game. trying to simulate my points and plans for the next step.

Medyo nalilito ako sa visa 189 vs 190. pag 190 ba may state/territory sponsorship ibig sabihin dun lang sa lugar na yun pwede tumira/magwork for a certain period of time? and hindi kasama dun ang mga popular/common cities like Sydney, Melbourne?

@psalms5110 nakita ko visa 190 pero Sydney kayo. pano yun?

@thisisme1 mabilis sila mag-process now, usually in 7 days meron na result. Pag 190, you are morally obliged to work in the state that sponsored you (for 2 years). You can check https://www.anzscosearch.com/search/ which states offer sponsorship for your occupation. Kasama naman yung mga popular states like NSW (Sydney) and Victoria (Melbourne).

@thisisme1 visa 190 kpg meron kang state sponsorship.

basically, kpg magsubmit ka ng EOI, itick mo si 189 and 190.
dahil 60 points lang ako, and alam naman natin ung high supply ng 2613* jobs, I also ticked 190.

I actually chose any state. Gladly, si NSW (which includes Sydney) ang naginvite sa akin.
You can choose specific states.

You are obliged to stay for 2yrs sa state na un where you are sponsored.

so kung 60 pts lang ako mas maganda na magpa-state nomination. pag any state pinili ko. pwede bang more than 1 state maginvite sakin o one at a time lang?

what do you recommend? select a state/region or any na lang?

you can do both. Ung iba gumawa ng separate EOI para sa specific state.
sabi dito, mas maganda daw specific state eh. un ung nababasa ko

@thisisme1 visa 190(skilled nominated) has state sponsorship which in turn will give you extra 5points, however it will oblige you to live in the nominating state or territory for a specified minimum time (2years living, 1year working upon arrival). With visa 189 (skilled independent) no restrictions, in any area of AU.
Note though may processing fee, NSW charges AU$300

Paano din po yung sa ACS assessment, Nagfile lang kayo via online? or nagcall din kayo. and how much po. plan ko sana mag apply for work and sana permanent visa. @MayoMay I strongly suggest you to read from these official sites:

1.) British Council - https://www.britishcouncil.ph/exam/ielts
2.) IDP - https://www.idp.com/philippines/ielts

Silang dalawa ang nagbibigay ng IELTS exam dito sa Ph. Basically, pareho lang sila - format, grading, etc. In fact, sinasabi nila na pareho lang ang IELTS internationally.

So read on that.

kung may clarifications ka post mo na lang, madami naman willing sumagot. I suggest concentrate ka muna sa isa (either IELTS or ACS). Pag clear na sayo lahat, tsaka mo pagaralan yung isa.

@psalms5110 Hello, puwede pala pumili ng specific state for Visa 190? Kasi relatives ko lahat nasa NSW Sydney so dun rin talaga ako titira kaya pinili ko ang Visa 189. Pero may possibility pala na ma-accept sa Visa 190 for the specific state na gusto? Kasi if oo, mag Lodge na rin ako ng Visa 190 tonight.

@MayoMay Hello, kakastart ko lang sa AUS journey ko.

I suggest mag PTE-A ka instead of IELTS. Yan isa sa mga pagkakamali ko, I didn't do enough research about the English Exam. I thought only IELTS was the recognized English Exam by the Australian embassy. Right after I took IELTS, I discovered PTE-A. In my opinion mas madali yung PTE-A for us IT people kasi sanay tayo sa harap ng computer. Software Engineer rin ako.

@chewychewbacca as long as open yung state for your nominated occupation sympre my chance for invite. Nasa SOL naman yung SE so yes you can update your EOI and also choose visa 190 along with 189.
