question po pala, one of my COE is addressed to Engineers Australia, as required by my HR, ayaw kasi nila pumayag na general na lang.. pwede nmn na ito na din ang ipasa ko sa DIBP diba? or should i request a new COE addressed to DIBP? TIA

@Nat Share ko ung sa akin ha.
Sa COE and all (assessment, lodging), ung details ng bagong company details (name, address, contact number). pero, sa form80, naglagay ako dun ng Note sa last page, stating na Company XXX has changed it's registered name to XXX.

Nilagay ko ung Information na un, kc niupload ko rin contract and payslips, ITR ko.
ung nakalagay dun ay ung old name pa.
then sa COE ko bago na.
So para aligned at may reference pa rin sila, nilagay ko ung note na un.

hello. tanong ko lang. kakasubmit ko lang ng EOI and ang nilagay kong visa ay 190, 489 State sponsored at family sponsored. ok lang po ba un?

@lindorachel why not 189 sir? pero kung sa case mo mas OK ang 190 at 489.. pwede nmn yun..

Hi, I am new here, mag susubmit pa lang ako EOI. I have a total of 9 yrs experience but ung 2 years hindi ako maka provide ng ITR or payslip, COE lang. Do I need to claim the 2 years? If ever 65 points but if not 60 points.

@glenda02 as far as i know need ng 3rd party to prove that your salaried employee.. if wla na talaga.. its your call to claim or not..

@glenda02 if ITR and SSS is not available then this job does not exist, or the company is not legal kung sa Pilipinas yan. Hehehe. Just a thought. Anyway, statutory declaration can be used to declare things which dont have documents to verify, Im just not sure, if this can be used as substitute for proof of paid employment.
God bless sa docs gathering... You can still meet the minimum 60 without it, so its not a tough choice to make. Check mo rin sa SOL kung malayo pa sa ceiling ang profession mo, I think this willbe an indicator sa chances mo with 189.

yung sa EOI and immiaccount, ok lang ba na ang middle name nilalagay sa given name na section?

@Nat yung ibang forumer ganyan ang ginawa.. yung iba nmn hindi na nilagay ang middle name.. given at family names lang.. wala nmn maging isyu.. sa grant letter nilagay dw ng dibp ang midde name nila.

Pg wla b s sol, wla n chance or other way to go to au. Bsece ako, workng as production support, nd aq dvloper or tester. Wla n aq mkta n related sa current job k s sol. Pls help

software tester nasa CSOL. yung sister ko back in 2014, she applied as a systems analyst instead of tester. mas ok din kasi kung 189, at least wala ka problem kung walang state na open for sponsrship. just find another occupation na mejo related sa ginagawa mo sa work.

Bago dij po ako dito. Pls assist. Bago po ba mag submit Ng EOI dapat may skill assessment at English test na? Online po BA ung English test or need p magpunta Sa AUS to take or pwede online? Under which category ang Bank Employee e.g middle office or KYC analyst mag fafall under the skills assessment ?

@rocaforr advisable to have the assessment first kasi sure ka na sa mga point na I claim mo, kasi if you claim wrong points tpos na invite ka consider false information ang provide mo, if remember correctly may sanction yun.
English test can be done in any testing centers available in your location.
