*why would you have re-assessment now eh suitable naman yung result mo? But to answer your question if you'll consider it as your current at para ma count up to June yes need ng COE with the most current date like date signed/date made.
2. If lilipat ako ng company, pwede ko pa bang gamitin yung lumang CoE from my manager na nakasulat na employed ako from XX-XX-XXXX up to date? Tapos mag dagdag nlng ako ng CoE from HR na may end date?
*depends tlga to sa assessor mo if he will consider but worst case scenario is up to Feb lang yung e count.

Natatagalan ako sa invite ng 190 eh. Magpapa re-assess sana ako sa software engineer tutal parehas naman yung JD. Baka mas mabilis pag nasa SOL yung occupation.

Open ended naman yung date sa CoE ko, nakasulat naman dun na "from June 20XX up to date." Kelangan pa tlaga kumuha ng isa pang CoE para lang ma-count until June? Ang hirap kasing kumuha ng CoE sa mga employers e.

@rich88 do you mean to say wala reference date yung dating COE mo? kasi there's a note in the guideline:

 If your employment is “Current”, the employer reference should state the term “To Date” and MUST include the date the reference was written.
 Experience can only be considered up until the submission date of your application.

If tinanggap naman yan dati w/o the reference date I think it's fine, they will consider your 'submission date' as reference. Bale kasi date written vs. submission date yun, whichever is the earlier date

@guenb May reference date naman ung coe ko noon. Feb 26 ang date sa COE tpos ung sa experience naman nakasulat "Up to date."
Iniisip ko lang na bka pwede d na humingi ng coe ulit kasi months lang naman ang pagitan.

@pinoycoder thanks bro.. Papa assess ka ulit dba? Kumuha ka ba ng bagong COE from your employer?

@kittykitkat18 Good day po sa inyo. May question po ako ulit. Sinama po ba ng husband niyo yung PRC license nya sa assessment? Matagal na po kasing expired yung sa akin at kung hindi naman kailangan, hindi ko na ire-renew.

@phil1122 pag pina assess mo certifications considered as diploma sya..no bearing sya especially kng assessment sa qualification mo is bachelor which is 15 pts. Sinama ko lng sya sa assessment for our own reference

@rich88 ang VIC matagal tlga yan. 3mos ata. Try 189. Ilan ba points mo? kung 65points ka, itick mo lang si 189 as well

@rich88 clarify ko lang. Software tester ka nagpa-assess nun, then ngaun gusto mo magpa-assess as software engr? Hindi ba magkaiba ung Job Descriptions nun, sa software lifecycle and all?

@psalms5110 bro d pwede ang software tester sa 189 kasi. 190 lang talaga sya kasi nasa CSOL lang sya. Binasa ko maigi JD ng software tester at software engineer.. parehas naman, so balak kong subukan kung makakakuha ako ng positive assessment.

@pinoycoder buti nakakuha ka ulit ng bagong reference from your employer. Sobrang hassle para sa akn nyan kasi yung manager ko ang hirap hagilapin.

hi, sorry medyo hindi ko na masundan ung thread kapag nagbbackread.
I'm currently in Melbourne, with 573 Visa (dependent). Planning to apply for 189, Software Engineer. I'm from PLM batch 2011, BS Computer Engineering, have 4+ years experience as Software Developer. Meron na kong TOR at Diploma. As for NSO Birth certificate, parating pa lang kasi nagrequest kami online. Employment references, magrerequest pa lang sa previous employer ko. Tanong lang about "CTC":

1. lahat ba ng docs (TOR, Diploma, Birth Cert, at Employment reference) kelangan may CTC?
2. Employment reference, kung affidavit ang gagawin pwede bang magpanotary dito sa Melbourne? Kahit ung nakapirma nasa Pinas? Or sa Pinas na lang ang pa-notary?

@rich88 Hello, nag aantay ako ngayon sa Visa 189 as Software Engineer. Hindi ako nainvite nung May 25 kasi madami na yung backlog sa 261xxx occupations. Si sir @mav14 261xxx rin pero invited and granted na ang visa.

If abot ang points mo sa Visa 189 as Software Tester, I suggest try mo na lang muna dun kasi matagal magpa reassess ulit. Parang back to square one. Suggestion ko lang.

@rich88 Ay, ngayon ko lang nalaman na Software Tester is for 190 only.

Well, mag restart na ang fiscal year sa July so mas malaki na ulit chances for ITA for all. Hirap kasi ng 261xxx occupation ngayon. Competition talaga sa points.

@bluezaido yes, need mo pa ctc yung mga documents. I believe based din sa thread na to may mga nag pasa ng docs na nde ctc pero colored. pero to make sure pa ctc mo nalang lahat.

if statutory declaration I think dapat may witness eh na isisign nung signatory.

@ios_dev if babasahin mong maigi, yes. D lang ako nag risk noon dahil syempre mas aligned ako sa software tester. Ang tagal kasi ng response ng VIC kaya nag iisip na ako ng ibang contingencies.

@chewychewbacca Iniisip ko nga din baka dahil patapos na ang fiscal year kaya mabagal ang processing eh. Lahat ng nakausap kong nag send ng application sa VIC wala pa ring response aside sa acknowledgment. Pati sa expatforum ganun rin ang trend.

@Noodles12 thanks for the response! MagpapaCTC siguro ko sa police officer para sa documents. As for the Employee reference, nakapag-request na ko sa previous employer ko and hintayin ko nalang dumating sa monday.

@bluezaido good luck sir on your visa application! ako na iinis na sa mga previous employer ko ang tatagal mag release ng COE, hindi pa tuloy ako makapag pa assess.

@rich88 kuha ka na lang bago kasi yung COE mo with 'to date' yung Feb 26 yung magiging end date bale. Nasa guidelines yun:

So they will look at reference date then date of submission, whichever is the earliest date.
