    hello everyone,

i am planning to make a statutory declaration for a programming work I had back in college. reason is because the project has been done and deployed so the developer team of the company had been dissolved since (it's contractual but I was employed fulltime.) problem is, my contact person, the admin manager, who's willing to make one for me, isn't connected to the company any longer. would she still be considered as an eligible person to make claims that i was part of our company before? does she need to mention that she has left the company too in the statement?

also, while i was reading the StatDec FAQ of ACS, i came across this one, "An organisation chart signed by your colleague’s immediate supervisor must be included." is this really needed? coz I'm pretty sure my admin manager and i wont be able to provide it.

    thanks so much guys!

@coachella9 I graduated from PLM. May seal naman yun saka doc stamps di ba? I think its enough proof na yun. What i will do is get multiple copies na lang ng TOR, tapos yun na lang isa-submit ko. I might be wrong pero yung binibigay nila eh di original, certified true copies lang din. So if you're applying for assessment, yun na mismo ang ibibigay mo.

@elle Thanks. Ayun na confirm ko pla with ACS na okay lang daw basta ipa notarized lang natin yung mga copies ng original docs. :)

hello! i just applied for ACS assessment today. as in just 10-15min ago. AUD400 yung fee na nag-apply s amin.

i am kind of worried kasi yung previous company na hiningan nmin ng COE didn't follow the format i gave. wala dun yung 'Full-time' na word. tinanggal nila. but, we took the risk of submitting it otherwise aabutin na naman ng ilang linggo bago ma-bigay ulit sa amin un COE.

we're still hoping for the best and miracle to happen. start na ng novena prayer sa lahat ng santo. :-)

Hi guys, Im still confused which occupation to nominate from SOL. Here's my experience:

Technical Support Engineer --> Senior TSE --> Supervisor ---> AM ---> OM ... all of these happened in 10 years in a Technical Call Center but I am a graduate of ECE. Currently, I'm managing Operations of a highly technical program.

I was aiming for 189 or 489 since I have a cousin who can sponsor me. I am planning to choose Computer Network and Systems Engineer since that's the only occupation I think closely related for my experience. However, I saw that there are some occupation that are available in CSOL (ICT Project Manager, Network Administrator, Network Analyst, System Administrator, ICT Support Engineer and Call Center Manager). However, CSOL seems to be only applicable for those visas with State Nomination.

Would you think I can still push through with 189 and 489 and nominate for Computer Network and Systems Engineer? or I should consider 190? Sayang kase yung 10 points na makukuha ko from relative sponsorship e.

    Thank you

I said it before and I'll say it again - Hindi porke nasa SOL Schedule 1 e you should go for that. Consider the occupation ceiling, states that sponsor the job code, and your estimated points. Kung ang claimed points ay nasa 65 to 70 points lang, forget 189. Or, lodge a 189 EOI AND apply for state sponsorship as back up.

Hi @Metaform first, thank you for replying. Im new here but I know how to back read and yes I saw that you mentioned before about Occupation Ceiling and I considered that before posting (my bad for not mentioning it on my first post on this thread).

Yes, one should consider Occupation Ceiling however, correct me if Im wrong would the Occupation Ceiling matter kung isang position lang na yun ang applicable sayo on the SOL Schedule 1? I mentioned na yun sa taas na yun lang ang nakikita kong applicable for me but the rest are in CSOL.

And yes, I should've consider CSOL and State Nomination. My cousin is located in Victoria (Melbourne) and I read the information posted on how to proceed with that. Out of all the occupation I listed, Computer Network and Systems Engineer yan lang ang available for Nomination sa Victoria. And for you to get nominated, part of the requirements that they will be asking you to submit is the Skills Assessment. So with that situation, Im back to square one.

Again, I may have missed some points on the process. Thank you

@Geoff - i think based on your last post, you have the answer kung anu ang skill na pwede mo inominate, kung saan state mo gusto pumunta... at kung anung skill ang available na pwede ma nominate sa state na yun...

    1) submit skills assessment sa ACS
    2) IELTS
    3) submit EOI (189, 190 of 489)
    4) submit SS (if ever you decided to take the 190 route)
    5) wait for Visa invitation.

for sure you have read, but just like to take note na iba iba din ang processing priority ng mga visa subclass... so you should also consider that in your decision..

-> do you mean mahirap ma-invite with those points for 189, or do you mean even if mainvite ka, the Visa itself would be difficult to be granted? Coz I just got an invite to apply for 189 but I only have 70 pts. I haven't applied for the Visa yet.

@angela I was talking about the invite. Congratulations. I might have exaggerated when I said 70 points. The 189 invites were initially sent out to those who have 75 to 80 points. I'm not the most optimistic person in this forum, you see.

@Isyut : pwede pong statutory declaration...pero hindi po pwedeng self-statutory declaration. so kelangan nyo pa rin puntahan ang mga previous supervisors nyo para magpa-sign ng statutory declaration. kung nasa same country nyo yung mga previous supervisors nyo, then good for you. kung wala, kelangan nyo pa din sila puntahan para pirmahan ang stat dec (or kung sa pinas gagawin...affidavit).

@Isyut : ah ok. may nabasa ako dati sa pinoyau na similar sa inyo. pag ganyan, parang ilalagay lang nila na not enough evidence para sa ibang work experiences nyo so hindi nila isasama sa bilang ng credited na number of years ng work experiences. so kung di nyo naman po kelangan ang mga work experiences na yun, hayaan nyo na lang. hehehe

@Metaform: Thanks for the clarification!:) I just got worried na baka kahit na-invite ako eh malabo pa rin pala yung Visa hehe.
By the way, has anyone here tried eVisa? I'm having problems coz sabi sa instructions, for your current employment, leave End Date blank, but the system won't allow me naman to save na walang End Date.

Occupation : Analyst Programmer | May 9: ACS Submitted | Jun 18: ACS Assessment - Successful | Aug 13: EOI Submitted | Sep 1: Invite for Visa Application Received | Sep 4: Visa Application (189) Lodged | Sep 27: CO Allocated | Oct 11: Visa Granted :)

Hi everyone! Ask ko lang po para sa mga nakapag ACS na. The last time I checked my ACS status online nasa stage 4 na ako. that was yesterday morning. When I checked again kanina morning hindi na ako makapag-login. When I try to recover my password and entered the application number, it says that my "... application number doesn't exist...". Normal po ba to or something is really wrong. I am worried (kunti palang) but I want to know first from you if it's normal before ako magpanic at komontak sa ACS. :p

Hi forumers, curious lang pa ko kung papano kayo nagbayad sa ACS, via credit card po ba? what kind of credit cards do they accept? Okay po ba yung mga local credit cards natin like bpi , metrobank? or kailangan mga like ng Citibank, HSBC ? Salamat po :)

Yup credit card. Citibank Visa ginamit ko. I think as long as pasok sa credit limit mo OR pde ata with other Credit card companies to "advance pay" them so that mas malaki ung pdeng credit limit mo :)

Hi po, question lang. I am a graduate of AMA QC and by the time na gumraduate ako kakastart pa lang na maging AMA University ng AMA. However, nawala before ang TOR ko and nung nagrequest ako dumating sa akin University na. Di ko na naasikaso ang pagprocess ng diploma. Ok lang bang magkaiba ang TOR and Diploma na isang University and isang College? Im worried kase sa time na 3 months ang processing ng diploma so by that time pa ako makakapagsubmit sa ACS. Thank you
