Hi @AspireAU21, yung passport ba ng wife mo married name na ba ang gamit nya? If my baby kyo pede pa isang proof ung birth cert ng bata kasi nakalagay din dun yung wedding date ng parents.

Sa financial aspect, pede un joint account, pede din kng my loan kayo like car loan na sya ang co-maker mo. Pede din titulo ng bahay or
Lupa na and or kayo.

Is the CO aware that a marriage cert has been initially submitted?

@Captain_A @admt2016 Yun nga po e parang de-facto ang tingin nya hehe

1yr pa lang kami married and no kids yet kasi balak namin dun magstart ng family. Wala pa din po kami properties. Naiisip ko lang is proof of billing na same kami ng address, bank cert and pictures from 2011 way back nung mag bf/gf pa kami.
We are both here in the PH. Naka attach naman ang Marriage cert namin pero send ko pa din.

Pano po ba dapat isend? reply through her mail or sa upload sa immi or both?

Un bank cert joint ba kyo? Since when? Kasi kng 1 yr kayo kasal tingin ko pra maprove un when it comes to financial aspect eh un joint account nyo na within the period dn na kasal kayo. @AspireAU21

Upload immi. pero pag sinabi ni CO na email mo din sya pag sinubmit mo na, email mo din. Smen kse ganon nakalagay, email kmi once submitted, pero for some hindi na need email. @AspireAU21

@AspireAU21 Hi, Congrats sa CO contact. Nacheck mo ba uli kung nakaattach yung marriage cert niyo? Pwede ka ring mag add ng notarized statement from your family and friends to confirm your relationship, travel documents and both your mails with the same address.

@AspireAU21 wala p din kami kids ng wife ko, 1yr p lng din kami, she's still using her maiden name.. nkkpagtaka na nanghihingi ng ibang proof aside sa marriage cert.. i do suggest na tawagan ang CO just to clarify.. kasi getting married answers all the reqts and evidence eh.. imo..

baka kasi namissed out lng marriage cert.. still your choice..

@admt2016 Joint account po kami since 1 month after our wedding and yung name nya dun is gamit na din surname ko. siguro po send ko na both sa email and upload na lang din sa immi.

@AspireAU21 Hmmm Baka namiss out lang ng CO?.. I suggest you to call or email para pag nakita niya na wala namang problema igrant na yung visa niyo.

Kung maaattach mo mga additional proofs bago ka tumawag o magemail mas maigi kasi mas sigurado na yun. Naku, wag ka masyadong magalala, baka mas mabilis pa dating ng grant niyo basta tawag lang para makapagiwan sila ng note sa application niyo. God bless.

tama si @Cassey, @AspireAU21 make sure na iupload kung anuman ang pwede mo upload as proof ng relationship nyo pari ung ibang docs na hiningi bago ka call or email, para in few mins visa grant agad..

May nabasa po ako sa ibang forum about my situation. Mukang random sya and kadalasan nag-ggrant naman visa after mabigay ang mga proof. Siguro pang verify lang nila. Submit ako bukas then balitaan ko kayo. Thanks to all!

@patrick_gn2 , base s mga forum ala p pumapasa Architectural graduate or license architect s pinas s assessmen kc daw d inline yung curriculum ng pinas s australia, meron d2 s forum ng discussion about dun. Normally architectural draftsperson ung pinapaasses, sayang din kc bayad s assessment kung d pumasa. Kung draftsperson occupation mo visa 190, currently ACT lng bukas for nomination. Normally ngpapalit ang ACT ng list of occupation s August and Feb.

GUYS, I received a call yesterday from Melbourne Australia. She is my attending ANZ Bank in-charge for my bank visa debit card application. I was advised to activate my account and is expecting me that the card had been ordered and I just need to activate it upon arrival. I just got to arrive at their nearest bank branch located at a Shop at Ellenbrook Western Australia. Her name is Ms. Julie and was very kind to talk to. Nagulat kami ni misis kasi I was driving yesterday when she called. Sabi ni wife, "Dad, may call ka from Australia sagutin mo".

Magandang mga senyales. Sana malapit na rin ang golden grant. Thank you LORD!

@AspireAU21 .. hmm.. bakit kaya hinanapan ka pa ng ibang evidence kahit 1 year na kayong kasal.. baka di napansin ng CO yung marriage cert. hehe

anyway, ang plan kasi namin ng fiance ko is magpakasal (civil) before maglodge, so malamang hahanapan din ako ng ibang proof (aside from marriage cert)..

@itang i see...so basically talagang thru Vetasses lang talaga yung option to make my way in sa AU, which unfortunately falls under Visa 190 lang...

Question lang, my friend told me na if i have a good points in IELTS and other criterias, pwede raw akong mag request sa AU gov to change my 190 - 189?
