@guenb naku maraming salamat po sa reply.. nakalagay po kasi doon sa pointing system for medical laboratory scientist 0 points pag less than 3 years.. tapos sabi po ng kaibigan ko baka hindi rin daw po ma grant ng visa sayang lang daw lahat ng binayad ko fro assessment kasi baka hindi rin ako paupuin sa exam.

possible po ba na paupuin ako sa exam tas makapasa ako pero hindi ako igagrant ng visa?

Hello @Xiaomau82 binasa ko maigi yung requirement mukhang ndi na applicable and state police clearance e. Kasi pag temporary resident lang FBI clearance AND state police pag nastay ng 3 months or more in the past year... 2008 pa last visit ko sa US e

may CO ka na ba? ung sa kilala ko kasi nagrequest pa din ung CO kahit may fbi na sia. 2007-2009 sia nasa US.

Hello @Xiaomau82 no wala pa CO ndi pa namin sinubmit mejo wait kme mga 1-2 weeks bago mag 60 days dahil sa FBI...

Paano kaya naka request ng state clearance yung friend mo?

Sa Illinois kasi through chanellers lang din tapos karanihan naman ndi pede iprocess by mail if hindi citizen or PR

Hindi ba sabay inaapply yun? Well sa Dakota kasi ung kilala ko. Check ko if may idea sia, update kita. My suggestion e ilodge nio na para pag may CO na malalaman mo kun required ba ung state police clearance. Pwede namn sila magbigay ng extension as long as may receipt kana from FBI.

Hi Guys,

I just want to share our experience with Engineers Australia.

Last May kasi nagpa assess kami as Electrical Engineer ni hubby via fast track. Nakakuha kami ng results after a few days pero instead of EE, naging Engineering Technologist lng cya and Advanced diploma lng equivalent ng highest relevant education nya. So this June we decided to request for informal review. Pero pag pala informal review normally yung jobcode ang pinapa reassess. Anyway I indicated dun sa form na we want to have the education be reassessed. Ayun nag email ang assessor to clarify ano ba request namin. We explained naman.

Kanina we received email confirming na EE na jobcode ni hubby and degree holder na cya! So we will apply for subclass 189 na soon

Thank God tlga!

Sa mga na nabigyan ng advanced diploma as highest education, pwede pala mag request for informal review sa EA. May chance pa. Hindi basis ang school class kasi nsa class 3 school ni hubby.

@Trizza , kung pa assess ka ng skill, nagmamater talaga na related ang course mo sa aaplyan ming skill. May mga backread ako dito na fail ang skill assessment kasi hindi related angbcourse nya sa skill na inaaplyan nya. One case is comsci grad sya tapos electronic techn ata yong skill experience na pinaassess nya.

question po, has anyone tried to apply for US fbi police clearance from outside US? yung boyfriend ko kasi worked there for 2 years. We already have the form but it requires to be signed by officer who took the fingerprint. Sa Police cantonment ba ito? Kailangan din ba ng document to show reason bakit kailangan, kasi currently nagpapaassess pa lang kami, pero gusto sana namin kumuha na in advance since sabi ng iba 2 to 3 mo ths daw processing.

you fingerprint impressions pwede sa cantonment. bring the acknowledgment letter when u submitted the application.

helo po. may tanong lang po ako sa mga nka lodge na. naglodge na din kami nung june 24. tapos yung status sa Immiaccount sa application namin ay Received. pero na notice ko lang ngayon na sa sa lower left corner nang Immiaccount merong box na "Submit Applications". kailangan po b eto iclick? o ok na bang mghintay nlang kami nang kontak nang CO? thanks po nang marami.
