@MayoMay Yep, 60 days ang validity ng ITA. Lahat ng kasama sa visa application (main and dependents), kelangan magpa-medical. Kelangan mag-generate ng HAP ID for each applicant.

@chewychewbacca Yung eMedical letter, eto yung electronic document na makukuha sa eMedical client na merong status for each required medical exam. Pag uploaded na yung result sa DIBP, "Completed" na ang status for each exam. As for the ITR, I printed it first, signed it then scanned it. Hindi ko na pina-CTC.

ah so 2 separate immiaccount para makagenerate ng 2 separate HAP ID. one for main applicant and 1 for dependent? thanks po

@mav14 Okay na po. I was able to download a copy of it. So, this document is what I need to pass for my visa lodging? This is the eMedical letter?

The letter states that I've completed the medicals that I was required to undergo.

Also, do I need to click anything for the status of my Health Assessment to change from Incomplete to Complete? Or should I just leave it be?

@MayoMay Isa lang... main applicant lang ang gagawa ng immiaccount. Pag nag generate sya ng HAP ID, magagawan din yung mga dependents. Kelangan nyo lang i-print yung referral letter for each applicant. Eto yung hihingin sa clinic

Btw, this is via My Health Declaration before lodging the visa application. Hindi ako familiar pag after lodging na.

@chewychewbacca That's what I did. Though may access naman si CO sa eMedical system to verify. Pinasa ko na rin yung info sheet para lang sure hehe

What about the health assessment status? How did that change from incomplete to complete po?

@chewychewbacca It should be "Submitted" though may problem sa system ngayon.
MY HEALTH DECLARATIONS ISSUES
My Health Declarations forms that have been submitted to the department are incorrectly displaying a status of incomplete within ImmiAccount. The incorrect status will not affect the health examination process.

@mav14 Ahh I see. So, as long as the View Health Assessment states "Health clearance provided – no action required" then I should be all good? Even if the status hasn't changed yet. Since there's a problem with the system.

Last ko na po yan na tanong. Kasi I plan on lodging tomorrow so I don't want to make a mistake. Thank you so much po!!

@mav14 thanks sir! sige po mag advance reading na ako about my health declaration. while waiting pa sa PTE. para din makapag reserve na ng 1 day leave for processing..thanks po :-) hindi na po kayo nagkuha ng partner skill points noh? kasi nag 189 kayo

@chewychewbacca paano ka nag apply ng nbi? hndi na sya yung walkin? ganito na ba sya? https://nbi-clearance.com/
though nakalogin ako dito at gamit pa ung permanent resident (batangas). if nakatira ako sa apartment here sa manila and mag de facto need ata namin mag show ng docu na may same address... kaya naisip ko if pwede ko kaya update yung nbi namin for the address ng apartment. di naman siguro magkaka hit kasi account ko naman un ever since. kaso baka magtaka CO kapag nakita di match ang NBI sa passport, and other ID's and documents

Required po ba talaga magmedical at NBI Clearance mga ililist dito? Wala pa po kasi akong malagay sa dependents so naisip ko parents ko na lang.

@MayoMay Yes, yan yung website. Tapos dalhin mo lang reference number after mag bayad sa bank or mobile app. As for the de facto wala ako alam dyan. Single applicant lang ako. Sorry.

@Cassey thank you po! Naglolodge ako kagabi, completed na ung mga dapat sagutan tapos nung nagbabayad na ako using the EON card na fully funded naman, declined bigla.

accdg to UnionBank hnggng 100K nalang daw ung max amount per transaction. Ayaw na nila pumayag nung more than 100k although inapprove nila last Monday lang ung request to increase limit to 200K.

I called Citi kasi un ung cc ko tapos hndi sila nag aapprove ng one time increase limit. Same with BDO. So hanap muna ako ng mahihiraman from my friends. Andami kong challenges na kinakaharap. #:-S
