    @lock_code2004 : Thank you so much sa advice. Another alternate way na pinaplano ng parents ko is to directly certify it sa pinanggalingan ng certificates sa Pinas , eg. Certificates in school, work, etc. Correct me if I am wrong, this is another way kung hindi macertify ng Notary Public . May note kasi ang EA: "assessment of your application will not proceed if you submit copies of documents where the class of person certifying the copy is not one of those listed..... (notary public, comm. of oaths...).

    @sisa16: Yes, yun narin ang balak kong isubmit sa EA. Anyway , makakakuha pa naman nun sa DFA pag nagrequest ulit. Nandun kasi yung stamp ng school registrar sa TOR at diploma.

    @sisa16 and @rpspanilo: nakakrelate ako dito.. eto ginawa ko:

    1) kmuha ng may red ribbon
    2) dahil nga eto ang only copy ko na may red ribbon, pinaphotocopy ko ito at pina notarized

    - nagemail sila sa akin at sinabi na reject daw ang documents ko..hindi tinanggap ng EA... nakipag-away pa ako sa EA.. pinaliwag ko ang process ng pagkuha ng document sa pinas (school, ched, dfa/malacanang)... pero they didnt care...

    So ang ginawa ako ulit
    1. ung mismo red ribbon copy ko.. ang pina- notarized ko.. at niresubmit uli..
    -ayun.. tinanggap naman...

    In short, i guess they dont care about the red-ribbon thing..
    As long as you have the original, photocopy it, then notarized/ctc...
    yun ang gusto nila...

    Reply to @lock_code2004: I agree with you lock_code2004 , hindi nmn kailangan red ribbon copy. Ang kailangan ng EA is a photocopy of the original docs na notarized. Yung sken iniscan nung agent ko lahat ng original docs ko then print lang nila then pinanotarized.

    @ lock_code2004 : So it means to say ipinasa mo ang original red ribbon at pinanotarized mo ang original? So double marks na, isang dry seal at stamp ng DFA , at stamp ng notary public? Kelangan parin bang ipa notarized ang original red ribbon. Base from red ribbon , meron frontpage sila na sinecertify ung second page, at yung second page sinecertify yung diploma at TOR. (take note, hindi na kabilang ang School registrar to the class of person stated by the EA.)
    .... in short ipapasa ko nalang ung original RR AND ipanotarized pa ba?

    or
    .... isend pareho ang RR at ipa-notarize at Dipoloma at TOR.

    @glaiza1210 : based from EA, they avoid colored scans ng orginals. Correct me if im wrong.

    @rpspanilo - naconfused ka ba lalo.. hehe.....pinanotarized ko ung paper na may red-ribbon at ung ang pinasa ko..

    you can do either:
    1) photocopy original (ung original na original.. ung walang red ribbon) and ipanotarized mo..
    2) or, ipanotarized mo ung may red-ribbon... remember ung may red-ribbon is only a photocopy of the original copy...

    ang main reason nila kaya hindi nila tinanggap ang red-ribbon, is because its a photocopy of the original copy....

    so kung photocopy of the orignal copy, kailangan mo pa rin ipanotarized..

    in short.. mas simple ang option 1 above.... wag na magpakahirap kmuha ng may red-ribbon....

    clear na po ba? hehe

    1. yung RR (lahat ng nakaattached : DFA, Diploma, tor) pinaphotocopy mo then notarized then tinanggap. Tama po ba sir?

    (I have question for this, ang note ng EA is avoid "previously" stamped certified true copies. Dun sa DFA part may stamp ng commissioner... okay lang bang istamped ang photocopy nito sa Notary public?)

    @rpspanilo , basta gawin mo pa photocopy mo yung original TOR, Diploma and other docs then panotarize mo. Forget about the red ribbon copy. For sure nmn you have your original copy of your docs.

    Reply to @rpspanilo: Not sure of it. Kaya kse iniscan nung agent ko lahat ng original docs ko para may copy sila at mabalik skin yung original copies. Para ipriprint nlang nila yung scan copy then panotarized nila. And i think hindi colored copy yung pinasa nmn sa EA.

    yes ganyan nga ginawa ko...
    may stamp ng DFA, then pinanotarized ko ulit... just to be sure...
    so in effect... double notarized....pero HINDI yan ang advisable na gawin...

    ang ayaw ng EA, is yung previously ctc, tapos ipapaphotocopy mo at ipapa-notarized ulit...

    just follow option 2... photocopy orignal and then notarize...
    same as advised by @glaiza below...

    hi...just wanna take an advice:sa mga nandito na naging member ng aust.inst. of engrs...may sample po ba kayo on what to write in stat. of declaration para ma sign ng jp and i can submit to engrs australia para maging member ako..actually,just want to be a member para lang additional qualifications kung magapply ako ng ibang job dito sa aussie,but it does not matter for me kung hindi ko pa magamit ang pagiging enngr pansamantala....hope to hear you guys.

    @yano - yes it's a requirement.. unless you are from an english speaking country (UK, US, CAN etc)..

    but even if you are exempted for EA assessment, you will likely need it for your DIAC points test..

    As per checking, may 14cdr application na ang inaassess ngaun. The receipt i received was dated may 21 as the recvd date. Waah! It really takes 16 weeks for the assessment sa ea. Onteng intay pa. Hehe

    Im not sure kung pwde magrequest ng copy ng ITR sa BIR.. but kung wala.. think of other ways..
    like yun nga SSS or Pagibig contributions..

    hindi nmn kailangan ng payslip everymonth... so meron akong payslip at the end of each year...
    meron kasi dun cumulative earnings diba... same na nagrereflect sa ITR...

    may nabasa ako dito ang ginawa nya yata ung bank statement nya.. pinakita nya na ang monthly salary remittance...

    although i have not done this, statutory declaration po or affidavit ang suggestions ng mostly nabasa ko.. notarized po ng any lawyer..

    wala nmn po sinabi na a4.. pero sympre mas okay kung parepareho ang sizes ng mga documents na ipapasa nyo.. pwede nyo nmn yan ipareduce size sa photocopier..

    para mapadala na namin sa pinas yung docs namin.
    also, dun sa babayaran sa form, ano ang pipiliin namin yung standard assessment lang or yung relevant skilled employment.
