@chimend03 hi po, as per dibc handbook, yung points due to age is at the time of invitation. So ex if you are 32 and nainvite ka before your bday secured na yung points mo as 30 but if you lodged EOI before your bday and hindi k p nainvite after your bday magauauto change yung points mo to 25

@jmban33 , ang alam ko, automatic magrecalculate sa skill select ng points mo. Kaya may written info, na advice DIBP kung may situation na magchange ang points, pwed grounds yan to request for speedy evaluation. Hope others can also share inputs on this.

@towbee Hi bro. Di pa ako nag submit sa DIBP. May ibang kulang pa kasi ako na documents. My piece of advice, e renew mo na yung PRC mo. Madali na lang mag renew kasi may online na sila (this is only applicable for Metro Manila residents kasi you have to go to the Central Office in Morayta to get the card) at in just 20 minutes nakuha ko na yung new PRC ID ko.

But this is only applicable to Metro Manila residents and nearby provinces kasi pupunta ka pa rin sa central office nila sa Morayta. But it will just take 20-30 minutes to get your PRC ID Card.

Classification ng school yan under the Country Education Profile. If your school is under section 1 automatic na equivalent sa bachelor’s degree un, if its in sec 2, depende sa grades and other criteria. Pag sec 3 namn normally diploma lang sia equivalent which means na 10 points lang pwede mo maclaim sa educational qualification mo unless board passer ka or may master’s degree ka pa aside from your bachelor’s degree.

Basically, ung section 1,2, 3 jan mo malalaman kung ilang points or ano ba equivalent ng degree mo from pinas sa Australian qualification framework.

temporary work visa ang sc 400. walang issue jan as long as maapprove ung visa before maapprove ung 189 nio.

points to claim is upon receiving the INvitation to apply and not upon lodgement. As long as mainvite ka before u turn 33, pwede mo claim 30 points sa age.

No need to renew ung prc, as long as u hve the certificate for your engineering license d na kelangan ng prc id. I know a few engineering professionals granted ng pr kahit di nirenew ung prc.

Hello po. Plan ko mag lodge ng EOI after ko makapasa ng PTE pero may question ako about my case, hopefully may makasagot. Separated kasi ako sa husband ko but without legal papers, if I plan to apply for 189 and dependent ko yun 2 kong kids but I don't have court order na I have full custody and unfortunately hindi nakikipag cooperate ang ex-husband ko so I doubt kung magsign ng consent form (form 129).

Ano kayang ibang docs ang pwede ma present or may chance ba na ma approve kung walang custody court order? Or makaka affect ba sa decision ng visa ko un approval ng visa nila, or pwede akong ma grant then sila hindi? Or lahat kami ma rerefuse?

Iniisiip ko rin kasi un option na ako na lang muna mag apply for visa then sila non-migrating para less complications, then kapag may court order na ko tsaka ko iprocess visa nila. Possible ba to?

pero okay din yung plan mo na ikaw muna kong kaya mong maiwan kids.

@markusandlucas im sorry to hear about your case, i know someone who applied for tourist visa for her kid but unfortunately the dad isn't cooperating so the visa got refused.. Strict kasi sila when it comes to that.. They provided documents that the dad isn't even supporting the child but up to no avail, it got refused...

@batman hehehe kung pwede nga lang. Last Jan nag apply kami AU tourist visa and lahat na nga ng supporting docs na pwede ko isama sinubmit ko na pero un nga tulad ng sabi ni @Cassey either court order or Form 129 lang.

Meron sya binigay saken na Affidavit/consent for kids, notarize ng lawyer pero yun nga malamang di pa rin ihonor. Nag consult na ko ng lawyer kasi nga it will take time to process lahat.

Kaya nag iisip talaga ko kung ano ibang option.

Follow up question po, need ko kasi yung 15 points for education kasi kulang pa ako sa 60. Yung ANZCO code ko is under TRA assesment - makakakuha ba ako ng 15 points (recognized bachelor degree) pag sa TRA ako nag pa asses? Pano kaya diskarte?

342315: Electronic Instrument Trades Worker (Special Class) yung tinitingnan ko ngayon.
