- hm, mejo magtaka ka na kung kapag binalikan mo yung application mo (sa Online Application section nung ACS website) and you can still resubmit it. it should not be the case syempre since you already submitted and you don't want to resubmit and do another payment.

Hello!

Question lang po, maaring may nagtanong na nito pero tatanong ko narin. I have 9yrs of working experience kasi.

For example, I applied for ACS today, since 9yrs ako so 9-2yrs (BS IT Major) = 7yrs which is
10pts sa 189 application.

So let's say pumasa narin ako sa IELTS/PTE. What if next year ako magsubmit ng EOI, para 10yrs working experience na ako? 10-2 = 8yrs, 15pts sa 189 application.

Valid parin ba un sa current ACS application ko? Or do I need to reapply?? Thank you in advance!

yung sa work exp. nakalagay kasi after August 2008, ibig sabihin po a Sept pa yung start ng count? so baka di pa counted yung Aug 13 na nagpa assess kami, saying din kasi magiging 10 points na lang kami. do we need for re assessment?

right now getting ready for PTE baka po pude makahingi ng tips for the exam, first timer kasi hehe...

Just in time for your EOI. Nung nagpa-assess ako last April, 7yrs and 10 months ang counted sa experience ko. So nag-antay ako until June para mag-EOI para maging 8 yrs.

No need for re-assessment.

As for the PTE, may page po dito about dyan.. Marami kang mababasa dun. May post din ako dun...haha. Tiyaga lang sa pagback-read.. Marami ding tutulong sayo.

@trixie@yahoo.com, same tayo case, so september naman na so we can say 8yrs of experience and thus 15pts. question for us is how, so i'll check in EOI and figure it out. i heard just provide payslip that you're still with the same last company.

unless @bourne has a firm idea? pa-share sana

@jakeonline yes, payslip is possible OR you may request for COE sa current company mo (even not detailed one, the usual COE provided by HR).

@trixie@yahoo.com No need to submit to ACS, once you submit your EOI dun mo lang lalagay yung current month mo.

Sample:
Your ACS Assessment released Jan. 2016 and you have 2yrs 6mons as skilled. Therefore, when you submit your EOI as of this month you need to add Feb until Aug to your skilled dates. Then you just submit your latest COE (with current date) once you lodged your visa as a proof.

@jakeonline, @trixie@yahoo.com, yung payslips ay pinapasa during logdement ng visa na. Hindi pa yan required sa EOI or Expression of Interest. During the EOI, i-eenter nyo yung work experience based sa ACS assessment. Meron option dun kung relevant or not relevant yung work experience. So sa case nyong dalawa, after August 2008 (meaning Sept 2008) yung relevant. Automated yung computation ng mga relevant work experience until end of employment or current date kung currently employed. For example, kung ang relevant work experience na ilalagay nyo sa EOI ay magsisimula Sept. 2008, that will total to 8 years na sa Sept 2016.

In other words po, hindi po kayo mag-eenter ng points. Automated po yung computation ng points during EOI based sa i-eenter nyong relevant work experience, date of birth, qualifications (i.e. bachelor degree) and english exam score.

got my ACS assessment today.. unfortunately it wasn't a positive result for Systems Analyst and they have instead recommended that my application is more suitable for a Support Engineer. The thing though is, It's under CSOL only and looks like all states doesn't have an available sponsorship for this occupation based on ANZSCO search..

Need advice guys, should I pay the additional $200 for the recommended occupation? or should I just pay for a review or appeal after I can update the role and responsibilities in my stat declaration and match the occupations under SOL?

Hello guys, may question ako. Meron kasi ako former employer na based in Canada. Work-from-home (in Pinas) ako noon. Kaya lang ngayon, naacquire na yung former company ng ibang tech company with a different name and my former bosses are gone except for one.

If ever maparaanan yung COE sa new company, pwede ba scanned copy lang yung COE since he's on the other side of the world?

@joeyeoj yes I think it's possible, yung pinapasa naman sa ACS yung 'certified true copy'. Para ma convince yung notary you can brings yung e-file para mkita nia na you really do have the original.

@guenb awesome! however, worst case scenario --- what can I do if ayaw nila magbigay ng COE? can I do a stat dec without a signature from a former boss? (but I think I still have some documents that could prove that I was employed, like a letter of invitation for my Canada visa application)

@joeyeoj yes you can have stat dec but technically the former boss will be the one declaring so it needs his signature, you should also attach evidence of employment like your contract, invite, etc.

Mga Bro and Sis, Meron ba dito na nag pa assess and lumipat ng ibang position pero same job function sa nominated mo na anzco code and nag pa re-assess sa ACS kahit nasa within 2 years validity pa ang assessment sa ACS?

@markusandlucas pa CTC mo ung mga original documents and scan copy. Yung scan copy na ctc ang se-send mo sa ACS.

@markusandlucas elaborate ko lang bale yung original ipapa photocopy mu yun... then yung photocopy yun yung my stamp ng 'certified true copy' then scan it and pass to ACS.

Kailangan ipa-CTC mo po. First, ipa-photocopy /powder copy mo yung original and yung photocopy, yun yung papa-CTC mo. Then scan mo yung photocopy with CTC, yan yung isusubmit mo na pdf.

ang importante po is naka-CTC yung copy and malinaw yung copy. In my case, I submitted a colored copy with CTC.

Nag pa assess ako sa ACS a month ago for ICT Project Manager, but ang reply nila is "The assessor has made a recommendation that your application is suitable for ANZSCO code 2613**. (Analyst Programmer)"

Ask ko lang po, if mag nominate ako ng alternate ANZSCO code, I also need to provide new Documents indicating the new job position in my COE?
