hi! newbie here. plan namin ng husband and baby mah migrate sa OZ. nag pa assess na husband ko sa respall, medyo mataas ang fees, hindi namin kaya due to limited resources. gusto na lang sana namin diy. san kami mag start kapag diy? na assess na siya ng respall for ACS. thank you!

read about skillselect.. ito po ang way ng pagpili nila ng invite to apply for PR visa.. then you may ask here anything na mejo malabo for you..

madami dito ang nag DIY lang.. like me.. if you have time at hndi nmn complicated ang case nyo..DIY can be done..

@nit@sirk and @markusandlucas Oh.. Parang medyo mahirap kasi nakapangalan sa father. pero try nyo din pagawa ng affidavit of sole custody kung hindi talaga makikipag cooperate ang father. Ipanotarize nyo po then certify sa RTC then ipa authenticate sa DFA. May nabasa ako na ganyan ang ginawa pero going to Ireland sya hindi sa Australia. Nag apply na po ba kayo as solo parent? Try nyo din magprovide na din ng copy of your solo parent ID from DSWD and barangay certicate that you are a solo parent.

@pink thanks sa input. pero i am still trying na ligawan ang father ng mga kids ko na makipag-cooperate. if in case makipag-cooperate naman sya, ano ang documents na kelangan ko i-prepare?

Hello experts,
Meron po ba nakaencounter na magkaiba yung Date of Effect from skillselect page and yung downloaded PDF pag nag view EOI pts breakdown?

Dun kasi sa EOI skillselect page my DOE is May 30,
pero when I download the PDF by clicking View points breakdown link: ang pinapakitang DOE ko is July 30 which is my date of birth.
Problem ko is hindi naman nagbago yung points ko kahit dumaan sa birthday ko. Bakit po kaya nagkaganito?

Hope you guys can shed some light on this.

"If a child is applying for a visa (on their own or as part of a family unit), each person who has the legal right to decide where the child lives must give consent for the visa to be granted, or a court order allowing the grant of the visa to the child will be needed.

Acceptable documents include certified copies of:

a. an overseas court order giving you the sole right to decide where the child should live
b. a completed Form 1229: Consent to grant an Australian visa to a child under the age of 18 years (244KB PDF)
c. a statutory declaration, signed by the child’s other parent (or other person with a legal right to decide where the child lives), that allows you to take the child to Australia
d. a death certificate for the other parent and other documents giving you the sole right to decide where the child should live
e. an Australian court order giving you the sole right to decide where the child should live."

guys me bago kong tanung, di ba nga recently mag eexpire na yung skill select ko sept 28 ata. pero nung aug 28 pinasa ko yung application. tpos nakarecieved ako ng correspondence na EIO has been received and mag expire sya ng aug 2018 which is 2yrs from now. ibig sabihin ba nito, go paden ung application ko? or ma cut ung application ko because of skillselect expiration? or dedma na yung kasi naipasa ko na sya?

same tayo concern @lea22loreli ..in addition po, ask din ako..kasi baby ko who is now 1 yr and 7 mos was admitted when he was 8 mos due to pneumonia, do we have to inform the doctor? makikita ba yon sa xray (if xray is included sa medical)? tinign ko kasi mas ok na hindi nalang para wala na chichiburichi..ano po sa tingin nyo?

sa mga docs sa visa lodging, ang inupload nyo ba is yung mga CTC docs na ginamit nyo sa ACS? tapos yung mga additional docs like ITR, SSS etc is pina-scan ung origical copy?

What if tumaas English test, paano po mauupdate yung EOI since wala pa naman ITA
