Nakuha ko na IELTS result ko last week at naipasa ko for PR visa. Next step ko na is ACS at naghahanda na ako for requirements.

1) NSO birth certificate
2) Diploma and Transcript of Records - napa-CTC ko na from UE (BS ComSci)
3) COE with Job Description - got this last Aug 30. 1st page is standard COE ng company signed by HR. succeeding pages are JD signed by my immediate manager. All pages have letterheads

*Isa lang ang pinagtrabahuan ko after graduation. IT Specialist ang job title ko, main role ko is application developer and production support (Target ko is Software Engineer)

May mga questions sana ako, hopefully may makasagot:
1) NSO
a) oks lang ba if scan ko na lang yung original or do I need *everything should be CTC'd including this.
2) COE with Job Description
a) since standard COE, hindi naka-mention dun na full-time ako. Oks lang ba ito or kailangan ko pa isama yung job contract ko na pinirmahan ko kasi nandun ung working hours ko? *might as well include the contract
b) Last day ko sa company is next week. However, mapoprovide lang ng HR ung COE with finished date ko upon receiving my final pay. So yung current COE na nakuha ko last Aug 30 is employed pa din ako sa company. Oks pa rin ba yung hawak ko ang isubmit ko next week for application online? *if your Coe is dated August, then that will be the end date for ACS, bale they will use whatever's the earliest date in the count
c) Enough na ba yung address ng company sa letterhead for the job location na needed? *Yes that's fine as per my experience
d) Since original copies yung COE, pwedeng yun na lang ang iscan for pdf since current employer ko pa din sila? Or dapat ipa-CTC ko din? *everything passed to ACS should be CTC'd

@guenb thanks bro. hoping for positive results. dito ko na lng ipa ctc dun sa peninsula sa likod ng funan, 5sgd lng, malaking difference kaysa dun sa nag quote saken ng 350sgd. lol, ok na ako doon sa 5sgd per page.

@guenb Good day sir. 261312 - Developer Programmer ang plano kong ipaassess sa ACS. nagwork ako sa saudi for 5 years. graduated ako sa STI ng Bachelor of Science in computer science 4 years. sa ngayon nagaaral ako dito darwin ng bachelor of information technology. since nabalitaan ko tong ACS hingi sana ako ng guide sa inyo. thanks!

Another question: 1 pdf file for lahat ng requirements (magkasama NSO birth certificate/diploma/ TOR/COE) or 1 pdf file per requirement? Thanks

@bluezaido hindi pa, magtry pa lang magself review! dito nga ako kinakabahan sa IELTS lol! :-D nasa AU ka na? lagay ka rin timeline sa sig mo ka-Isko, para tulong din sa iba kc kahit ako, i checked others timeline to get more idea. Anung visa hawak mo ngayon jan sa AU?

@amazing_kisses it means one pdf for each. Perosnal Information Doc, Qualification Doc, Work Exp Doc etc. try create account sa online application https://www.acs.org.au/migration-skills-assessment/online-application

@amazing_kisses yup, just powder copy or Xerox (basta malinaw) then pa-CTC mo yung powder copy then scan and yan yung iuupload mo na pdf.

question pls - tama ba, yung nabawasan na na work experience ang ilalagay lang na experience sa eoi? example, 11 yrs ako in total, but minus 3 yrs by acs. sa company A that is my 1st company, naka 4yrs ako. hence, sa eoi, ang ilalagay ko lang is 1yr sa company A?

1. Company A - 3 years - Not related
2. Company A - 1 year - Related

Today, nakapagpa-CTC na ako ng NSO birth certificate, diploma, TOR, and COE with job description + employee agreement (for working hours) sa lawyer sa Manila City Hall. Ok na po ba ito and ready to ACS submission na po kaya ang mga ito?

Tinry ko kasi magpa-CTC ng TOR and diploma sa school kaso pinababalik ako after 5 working days pa makukuha yung CTC. Nasa kanila pa yung original TOR ko.

@amazing_kisses ay sayang wala ka ba ng original copy ng diploma at TOR mo? Papa photocopy mu lng sana then pa CTC sa Notary. Kaya in 1 day.

@guenb Meron. Nung nalaman ko na 5 working days sa school, pumunta na lang ako City Hall. Doon na rin ako nagpa-CTC ng photocopies ng Diploma and TOR, kasama ng ibang requirements like NSO birth certificate and COE with Job Description.

So oks na ako sa lahat, pwede ko na start submission sa ACS?

Ask ko lang po kung saan malalaman ung mga requirements kapag nagpa-assess sa ACS. and yung mga requirements po na dapat certified true copy, need po ba iyon ipa-certify sa school/previous employer mismo kahit mayroon naman po ako original copy ng school related documents? Thanks in advance po.

@kriskringle bro, regarding sa diploma at transcript, ipa photocopy mo lang yung original at ipa-certify mo lang sa abugado/notaryo. Hindi kelangan school ang mag certify. Make sure lang na colored yung original. Mas maganda if i-scan mo yung original na colored tpos i-print mo para colored din yung output saka mo ipa-certify.

Sa employment reference naman, photocopy mo lang yung orig then ipa-certify mo rin sa abugado/notaryo.

@missingleak yup, gawa din ako ng sig. kaso hindi ko sure kung tama ba ung nagawa ko. hehe. anyways, may update na sayo ACS? mukhang next week pa ko mababalikan ng ACS.
And yes nasa Melbourne na ko, Subclass 573 pa lang.

Hi all

Plano ko rin mag pa assess sa ACS as web administrator. I also work online homebased. Company is australia based. They deposit money to my bank account. Problem is there was a period, first year of my work when they will just send money thru western union...how can i prove na i work to the same company when it is not reflected in my bank statement? Plan ko ksi na bank statement ang proof ko in lieu of the payslip na wala ako....I have a COE na may detailed job description, full time, 48 hrs, and the salary I received monthly.... Will that be enough as proof or do i need to submit na rin bank statements? Paano yng period na wala naka reflect sa bank ?

Please advise....thanks

@mspracticality same tayo boss, homebased din ako for 10years with same US comapny. yun lang kailangan for now, basta pa-copy and CTC mo COE. If in case they will need more proof, scan mo yung moneygram/western union then pa-ctc mo rin. I will let you know what will be the result on my assessment, maybe nextweek lumabas na yung sa akin. If in case makalimutan kita reply again, just pm me or read my timeline sig.

@jakeonline yan ang d ko alam. Wala ako masters eh hehe. Pero ilagay mo na rin siguro kasi wala naman dagdag points kahit ilang masters degree pa eh. Mggng 20 points lang naman if may doctorate degree so d ka rn mag ooverclaim nyan.

Kaya ko advise na mas ok na ilagay kasi pag visa lodge na, tatanungin ka nanaman kung ano ung mga degree na natapos mo. Better na consistent ka sa lahat para d ka magka problema in the long run. Just my 0.02, hintay tau comments ng ibang may master's degree na hindi related sa IT/computing.

Wala na ksi yung western union ko..last 2008-2009 pa ksi yun... Ano pa kaya other alternative? 2010 onwards, although di tuloy tuloy, may yrs na di ako nagwork... Meron sya sa bank record ko.. Yng naka western union lang...pwede kaya pagawa ako ng certificate na my salary from this period to this period is this amount? Isign lng ng employer ko then ako magpa notaryo dto? I have job contract din naman...ok na kaya yun? Yung payslip/itr ksi problem ko....

Pwede ba yng contract at signature sa COE, print out ko lng? Ksi email transmittal lng sya...na nakasign na employer...then i will print then have it certified? Online work ksi e... Sino na naka experience ng ganun ? Thanks in advance ha....

@mspracticality ang alam ko sa ACS assessment, if you have COE, you don't need payslip basta YUNG COE mo my job description, full time ka and my company letterhead etc

Certified copy of your work references on company letterhead
OR
Third party Statutory Declarations
Employment references must contain:
1. Start & Finish Dates of Employment - if currently employed, your "finish" date can be written as the "To Date", but the job reference must have the date when it was written or it will be assessed as not suitable.
2. Description of Duties Performed - required to determine the relevance to the nominated occupation
3. Hours worked - Full time or Part time
4. Country where Employment was Completed - if you have worked with the same company in different
countries, the job reference must have the dates and locations clearly specified.
5. Company Letterhead and signed by the author

lahat ba ng payslips need i provide? Or latest lang? Khit 3 lng. Yng pinaka last 3 months? Yng umpisa ng work ok lang na wala na yun?

Or statutory declaration na i am employed with this company and receiving this amount..ang gagawa yng company mismo? Then may naka attached lng na job contract....? Ano ano kaya ang pwede isubmit sa mga naba ggit ko? Hehe. Sorry guys ha..dami ko msg sunod sunod...just worried ksi re payslips...

Paano sa paglodge ng visa? Di na ba need nung payslip o job contract? COE lng? Paano COE mo? Original copy with orig signature? Or electronic copy sya then you just print it out?
