    Kapag nilagay ko na "related" sya mag aauto-compute ung EOI ko tpos magkakaroon ako ng +5 sa work experience kasi na credit sya as Skilled experience na dpt 0 points lang.

    Ganto po kasi. I have a total of 4 yrs work exp na naassessed ni ACS, obviously hndi sya pasok sa minimum of 3 yrs work experience to gain points kasi may automatic minus (-2) years dahil sa Skilled requirement met date and hindi dinededuct un automatic sa EOI ung 2 yrs kaya hindi ko sya ni-tick ung "related".

    @sethkgx ang ginagawa ng karamihan dito, sineseparate yung exp na related sa non-related. parang ganito:

    1. Company A - analyst - 2012 to 2014 - not related

    2. Company A - analyst - 2014 to current - related.

    I assume na same company ka lang for the past 4 years to explain things in a much simpler way. Pero i hope you get my point.

    Question, for 189 visa, required pa ba nang english test ang dependent kahit na hindi kukuha nang partner points?

    @flowercrown19 hindi kailangan mag take ng english exam ang dependent kung hndi magclaim ng partner skills. may ibang ways para magbigay ng evidence of functional english ang dependent pinakamadaling gawin yung certification from school na naka-state na medium of instruction ay english, request ka lng sa school nagbibigay naman sila agad..https://www.border.gov.au/about/corporate/information/faqs/how-can-i-prove-i-have-functional-english

    kung wala kang evidence of functional english u need to advise na magpay ka ng second installment mdyo malaki laki yta yun..

    eto yung quote sa site for 189 checklist:
    Evidence of English language ability – dependent applicant(s)
    Evidence of Functional English for each dependent applicant who is 18 years or older at the time this application is lodged. Evidence of Functional English can be provided up until the time the application is decided.
    If you will not be providing evidence a dependent applicant has Functional English, you should advise that you will pay the second instalment of the visa application charge. This charge will be requested when required by the processing office.

I just want to ask kung need pa ba naming bumalik ng Pinas para dun mag exit? we are advised na madami daw docs na dapat asikasuhin sa pinas like PDOS and CFO. gusto na sana naming dumiretso na ng Canada dahil sa hassle sa Pinas. can you please advise kung bumalik pa ba kyo from SG para kumuha ng mga PDOS, etc? thanks and all the best!

    hi @flowercrown19 ..i suggest kuha nalang CEMI (Certificate on English as Medium of Instruction) ang dependent mo from the shool he/she graduated, compared to taking IELTS/PTE..u can save time, money, and effort..very affordable lang..in fact sa school namin Php 38.00 lang..

    @bernaabad imo, alam ko pwede nmn kayo dumeretso.. yung PDOS parang seminar lng to guide new migrants about s country of destination nila.. some say that if 2 yrs kana sa bansa n yan you will be exempted to take PDOS, since more likely you are already aware of all the basic info you need to know..

    in Oz PR cases, some went straight to Oz without PDOS.

    @chehrd salamat! ayun nga eh ako actually ung dependent kaso nagiisip kami kung mag take ba ako english test or kuha na lang sa school. May nakapagtry na ba dito na kumuha nang CEMI sa mapua then inaccept naman sa visa application?

    yes, kahit dp nakainitial entry. anyway your pr is valid from the date of approval and not from the date of initial entry

    Hello I'm just new here pero palagi na akong ngbabasa ng forum nato.. tanong ko lang po pwd po ba mag.apply sa sponsored visa kahit na yung asawa mo lang ang my kamag.anak sa australia? ang asawa ko po kasi ay may auntie sa darwin tapos plan nila na mag sponsor sa asawa ko pero mukhang d xah aabot ng 60points. mas malaki yung chance kapag aq ang nag apply kaso hindi nmn aq ung kadugo nila. pwede po kaya kung ako nalang?

    hello question po. eto po ang situation ko:

    1. DOST scholar ako pero hindi ko pa tapos yung service obligation na 5 years.
    2. 4 years pa lang naseserve ko and I'm currently employed.
    3. i'm currently applying for visa 189. may eoi na po ako last august
    4. i'm planning to resign and terminate my DOST contract by paying the bond pag na-grant ung visa
    5. kumuha ako ng NBI tapos may HIT ako. sa sept 20 ko daw balikan.

    Makakakuha po kaya ako ng NBI clearance kahit wala pa akong DOST clearance?

    @ohmygirl technically no issue as hindi ka pa nagreresign wala ka pang breach of contract. NBI is for criminal case verification so your DOST breach has nothing to do with it. If you plan to pay the bond then wala naman magiging issue dun.
