    @glaiza1210 alam ko walang request form for PCC unlike medical. Ung NBI namin, kumuha na kami last march pa after kong ma-complete ang requirements for NSW SS, kala ko kasi tuluy-tuluy na kami nun, eh kaso mo sinawing palad ako dun. Nung, na-update ang e-visa application ko at nilagay na required na ang police clearance, inattach ko na. So far received naman na status ng PCC namin.
    Bale medical na lng ang kulang namin. Double check mo muna mga health request id nyo sa st lukes, samin kasi mali ung sa mga bata. E sabi pa naman dun ng receptionist, d nila kayo ipo-proceed with medical w/o the health request id. Sayang din ang leave kung pupunta kayo dun at wala namang mangyayari.

    Finally na-suspend na rin yung EOI ko and it is now LODGED. In Progress na rin ang evisa status. May movement na on day 29. Hintay na lang ng acknowledgment ID and CO.

    Sino dito nakakuha na ng police clearance from NBI? gaano katagal? Ang advise sakin ng embassy eh pumunta dun for finger printing and i-complete yung form, let's say mapadala ko na sa kamag-anak ko sa pinas para asikasuhin on my behalf, gaano pa katagal from that point?

    normally its 3 days... i-aadvise naman nila ang relative mo kung kelan mare-release..
    i asked my brother to process it for me.. and it was processed within 3 working days..

    just an update, kktapos lang nmn ni misis mgpa-medical sa nationwide since sila lang ang open ng saturday. bilis lang, it took us about 1.5 hrs. although we had to go back again yday for urinalysis. tip para sa kababaihan, get ur medicals done 7 days after last day of your period,strict un clinic. call the clinic as well for requirements (4 passport pic, health request, photocopy of passport, passport) as well as to confirm if ok na un health id nyo. if not you can email [email protected]
    sa nbi naman, astig un eclearance, ambilis. 15 mins lang tapos na kami, although pinapabalikan pa samen after 3 days un clearance.

    I lodged my application last sept 4 and til now wala pa rin acknowledgement letter.:( i just emailed gsm.documents now, hopefully it helps. also, weird, i already uploaded my Birth Cert but it still says "Recommended"..yung ibang documents naman "Received" na..anyone experienced this?

    @angela In my case, I received mine last 14Sept2012, Sept 3 ako nag-lodge. Ngayon, blanko halos evisa screen ko, pag nag-upload ako walang nangyayari, tapos name ko lang nakikita ko. Kaso, meron na kasi akong acknowledgement eh, so nag-hintay na lang ako ng CO, tapos dun ko na lang i-mail lahat sa kanya kung sakali. If you go to expat forum, you'll see ang dami din nagkaka-issue sa evisa eh.

    sumagot kahapon sakin ang gsm.documents regarding correction ko english ability. Mali kasi ako ng napili. May pinapasagutang form for correction tapos email ko daw dun din sa gsm.documents.

    Yung last line ng nag-email sakin eto:
