may pahabol lng, I am a graduate of BS Accountancy and a CPA, 15Pts lng ba equivalent nyan (15Point equivalent - At least a bachelor degree from an Australian educational institution or other degree of a recognised standard)? or may additional 10Pts for additional qualification - ie. CPA (10Point equivalent - An award or qualification recognised by the assessing authority in the assessment of the skilled occupation)?

@batman kaya nga. tumawag ang agent namin at pina expedite. sabi samin within the week. d kami mapanatag, tumawag ulit kmi sa cpaa sabi eod daw nila isesend na nila result. kaya nahabol. thank you Lord.

@tweety11 consider the cost, processing time and might as well the benefits in the future. kasi some opted to have an assessment with CAANZ because they are keen to pursue CA qualifications.

Thanks for the answer @batman. So basically kahit saan pwede magpaassess? Kala ko kasi if yung experience for example is more on taxation, may corresponding assessing body yun.

hello po.. meron po ba dito sa forum na at the time of cpaa submission of docs/assessment, short ng 2 months ung ini-aim na ma-claim na years of experience pero yung short na 2 months na yun ay makukuha pa naman sa current employer hanggang mag-resign na ng tuluyan. how will this affect the experience assessment saka ung points na pwedeng i-claim sa EOI? example po if target maka kuha ng 5years experience pero at the time of cpaa assessment, short pa po ng 2 months pero sure naman po na mahahabol pa ung 2 months na yun, sa EOI pwede pa rin po ba i-claim yung 5years OR mada-downgrade po ba agad sa 3 years lang yung experience dahil short po ng 2 months nung nagpa assess with cpaa? please help po. thanks!

Hi, I'm new to this forum. Ask ko lang kung meron na sa inyo ngpa assess sa IPA formerly known as NIA. Ilang weeks po ang work assessment? I got my qualification assessment and its positive. Inaantay ko na lang yung work assessment nila.

@chi1234 nagresign ka na ba doon after ng assessment mo or currently employed ka din? sa EOI kasi maglalgay ka lng ng start at end date as per assessment. kong di kappa resign open mo lng tpos nag auto update yun eoi mo pag na reach na yung 5 years.

@batman thanks, pero magma matter ba na at the time of submission of docs to cpaa, hindi pa completed yung saktong 5 years? Hindi pa ako nagresign, tuloy pa rin ako with my current employer.

Also, anu po alternative pag yung employer ayaw mag issue ng detailed JD na COE as per requirements ng cpaa? Pwede po bang ako na lang gumawa then pa sign sa notary? Meron po bang similar case dito? Thanks po..

As long as you’re still working with the same company, mag accumulate ka pa ng work experience. But the thing is, u wont be able to claim full points for example for 5 years if you are short of 2 months. U can still lodge your skills assessment and eoi, un nga lang magbabago ung effect date at total points ng eoi mo (automatic) once nacomplete or tapos na ung additional 2 months.

@edmariel yung sa JD, pang external audit experience pero patterned in accordance with Accountant na job code po yung JD na binigay ko. Yun din po ba kailangan mo?

Hi, ung dalawang previous companies ko hindi sila ngproprovide ng detailed Job Description sa COE. Standard template lang ung binibigay nila for resigned employees. Ok lng ba na mgprovide na lang ng list/summary ng responsibilities ko? Accountant ako for both companies.

Employment-118 Aud

Wala ba silang combined assessment?Dapat ba na mauna muna yung qualification b4 employment?thanks

@pikachu13 oo kasi ang letter head colored naman diba. pero yung description black and white talga. tsaka yung nag pirma ng registrar blue pen kasi. kaya nun iniscan ng colore kita.

Baka.kasi pag overseas colored pero pag dito lang kinuha black and white talaga.Meron nakong nakuha dati na syllabus yung letterhead hindi colored.
