For reference letters, mas maganda po ba kung ang pipirma ay direct superior ko (former and current) or mas maganda kung HR mismo?

Klangan pa ba ng certificate of employment kung may reference letter na (TRA format)?

@RobertCastro Superior mas ok pero tingin ko HR ok din cguro.. About the reference letter, halos same lng ito ng COE. Importante nandun yung workings hours, job decription, letterhead ng company, contact numbers ng company etc. as per yung requirements ng TRA.. Goodluck sir!

May katanungan lng po MSA Application form, yung PART 8 nasa baba, kailangan po ba in paragraph form or pwde lang in bullet form ang isulat ko?

@boky , If meron ka na employment statement which andun lahat ng details ng work experiences / duties and responsibilities mo, i transfer mo sya dun in paragraph form, parang essay. Print ka ng extra pages pag inde magkasya tas lagyan mo ng "continuation" sa header.

Ok sir @paulcasablanca1980 copy. Naback read ko rin yung comment mo about sa employment statement. So, hihingi lang pala ako ng employment statement sa company namin at dapat andun lahat yung details sa MSA Application Form, Section 2.8.6? Maraming salamat!

@boky , clarify ko yung employment statement, ito ay parang certificate of employment pero mas detailed ( refer ka dun sa MSA kung ano mga dapat ang laman nung statement ) with character reference at naka company letterhead, not sure kung makakakuha ka nito sa company mo, normally generic COE lang binibigay ( limited to date hired / salary, etc ).

In my case, ako mismo gumawa ng employment statement ko, hiningi ko sa boss ko job description/ responsibilities ko, equipment/tools handled at pinaprint ko sa kasama ko sa work na meron company letterhead template paper at pina sign bossing ko, then nag request ako ng COE sa HR namin.So meron ako 1x employment statement at 1x generic COE.

Sirs about special order, ngenquire ako sa school sbi nila klangan lng dw CAV or red ribbon since from state University dw nmn ako. Meron po kayo same situation?

Sa case ko naman, yung degree ko is from TUP w/c is State university, binigyan lang nila ako ng certificate, inde ko na pina red ribbon.. Then yung sa Trade School ko naman, meron sila hard copy then certified photocopy lang nila..

Supplementary lang yan special order bro, ang pinaka importante eh yung TOR/Degree or Diploma at Course Curriculum.

@RobertCastro , yung sakin tinatakan/certified photocopy ng school ko, then pina notarized ko din bago ko pinasa.

Hello po sa lahat, meron po ba dito na TRA assessment lang ang ginamit sa pag-submit ng EOI? Ilang araw ko narin po kasi pinagiisipan kung tama ang nilagay ko sa EOI ko.
Ang tanong ko po kasi, ano po ang dapat ko ilagay as "Qualification" sa Education portion nung EOI?
Tama po bang ang nilagay ko is ung AQF comparable level (AQF certificate IV) if successful po ang TRA assessment?
May Bachelor's po ako pero hindi ko na po balak magpa vetassess.
Salamat po sa mkakapagbigay linaw sa akin.

@RobertCastro bro for current job i suggest na gawan mo paraan na may pipirma sa COE mo, like more senior sayo sa work, not necessarily na kung kanino ka reporting, o kaya sabihin mo sa boss mo kailangan mo magpaasses for profesional affiliation, o di naman kaya pwede mo sabihin na may ongoing educational upgrade ka, google mo ETEAAP philippines..., and kailangn mo yung ganun kadetailed na COE for the school to asses you and upgrade your educational attainment.

@RobertCastro bro kahit inde current boss mo, pede yung kadikit mo na HR manager, VP ng engineering, Technical Manager, importante eh ma vouch nya relationship nyo as colleague, syempre ipabasa mo din sa kaya yung laman ng Employment Statement na pipirmahan nya incase magtawag ang dibp, pero random naman yun as per mga nabasa ko online.

@paulcasablanca1980 and ynnozki thanks sa advice. Buti ngtanong ako. Cge papapirmahan ko n lng sa former boss ko. same company lng kc ako for 10 years iba iba lng positions kaya gumawa ako separate employment statements for each positions. Papapirmahan ko sa mga direct superiors ko dati.

@RobertCastro , clarify ko pala, sa current company mo ngayon, dapat ang magsign as reference mo ay currently employed din sa company, basta higher level ng position sayo..at nasa company letterhead.

By the way sir, for pay slips, ilan kailangan ko iprovide? Ngprint kc ako 3 per year.
Yung ibang years na di ko maretrieve, ITR na lng bibigay ko. OK n po kaya yun?
