Ito ung requirement:
What if I have been working on a ship?
If you have spent a cumulative total of 12 months or more in the last 10 years working for the same employer on a merchant ship, cruise ship, private yacht or oil rig, you should request a police certificate from the relevant authority in the country under whose flag the ship sails, or country of ownership of the rig.
You will also need to provide a letter or statement of good conduct from the ship’s captain or company attesting to your character. The letter should include the vessel’s name, the job you had while on the ship or rig and the start and finish dates of employment.
So bahala na..

Woohoo!!!
Re Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar by Comm of Fil Overseas (CFO), yes, a-attend tayo before leaving Pinas. Nag-try kami um-attend before leaving in 2014 pero di daw kami qualified kasi considered tourist visa dahil nga Temp Res pa lang. Only until we get PR, saka pa lang daw a-attend ng PDOS which is really silly kasi nakatira na tayo dito for at least 2 years saka palang a-attend ng seminar on "living abroad" hehe.

Question po sa mga may 2nd name. Our son has 2 names plus middle name (wife's maiden last name) then my last name.

Sorry late reply. Walang ibang choice sa pagtanda ko other than um-attend talaga. Correct, waste of time nga especially naka-assimilate na tayo sa Oz life for at least 2 years. Pakunswelo na lang if enjoy ung moderator.

Any of you guys tried OQU to have your degrees assessed? Meron bang disadvantage like not getting govt benefits kasi may degree na, kung merong ganun?

meron lng akong tanong, my ka kilala ba kayong reliable migration agent na pwede nyong ma recommend. My brother got a student visa good for 2years. We just wanted to weigh our options what's next after the 2nd year. Baka meron kayong info na alam, your thoughts are very much welcome and appreciated.
Thank you:D

Re sa agent wala ako kilala. Thou ung sis-in-law ko nakarating dito thru an agent kaya lng di naman maganda service so better not to recommend to you.
Anyways, regarding centrelink. ung may mga kids nadin. madami nadin ba kayo na credit na allowance from gov't? ung immunization record ongoing pa kami for update ng record sa Australian registration.
Cheers,

Uuwi ako pinas next month so I want to make sure walang problema pagbalik ko dahil sa PDOS. Para sigurado, I have reserved and registered online for the PDOS seminar on March 7, 2017. I have been living and working here in OZ for almost 3 years.

Pwede nila tayong iexempt sa PDOS seminar which is 2 hours.
Pero hindi tayo exempted sa pagregister sa office nila before our departure pabalik ng Australia.
So if you plan to go to Philippines for holiday, make sure you go to their office for registration. And before you go to their office, you need to make reservations online. Tuesdays and Thursdays ang schedule for Australian immigrants.
