tanong ko lang sa mga experienced dito, may cases ba na even though crenidit ng EA yung experiences mo based on the documents na sinubmit mo pero yung DIBP maghahanap pa ng additional documents and worse, hindi ka makapagbigay, sila ang magdededuct?

wala akong kilalang nakaexperience nito. so far, ung worse na naexperience ng kilala ko e asa dibp na ung application tas nanghingi ng relevant skilled employment from EA, so nadelay p application nila because of that. pero d nmn nag deduct ng points ung DIBP

another thing.. dapat ba consistent lahat ng sinubmit mo na supporting documents sa EA at later sa DIBP? for example in my case, sa EA I was not able to submit payslip copies of my 1st employment sa pinas kasi it was 6years ago at wala akong natabi, however credited nman xa kasi I submitted my SSS documents.. pero latetly, naka-usap ko yung accountant namin dati sa company na yun, meron pa la xang natagong mga soft copies ng payslips namin..

is it ok if I submit the payslips later on if ever may ITA na.. thanks..

@delorian IMO not necessary na parehong pareho. If you have more evidence then that is better. ;;)
Actually pareho tayu ng case SSS lang sinubmit ko sa EA, kulang pa nga nahulugan ng previous employer ko pero credit parin ng EA lahat. Kaya magpapasa parin ako additional evidence kasi kakakuha ko lang din ng payroll history and contract from previous employer. Hope for the best!

@tweety11 , either today or sa Monday yan meron na atleast reply yung assessor mo.. yung saken sinubmit ko ng Oct13, lumabas yung result ay Nov1, bale 13 working days na " Queued fo Assessment" then Nov 1 result agad.

Question sa EOI, alin ang ilalagay sa reference number? Nagback read ako iba iba kasi ang sinasabi hehe. So either EA ID o Application ID pwede?

Thanks @heavybane. I guess pag satisfied sila sa documents na pinasa mo mabilis lang talaga approval. Nagtatagal lang pag nanghingi pa ng additional docs.

Oo nga siguro. Inisip ko nga sana pala sinama ko na payslip saka work permit nung first submission kasi nabanggit ni @wanderer or @delorian ata

Hi @cygnus0613. Kung nasa reference letter naman na lahat ng info na kailangan ng EA, that will do. No need for statutory declaration. Check MSA booklet sa mga kailangan.

Hello all,

Sabi ni EA, Electrical Engineering Draftsperson is best qualified instead of Professional Electrical Engineer.

EA is requesting additional info, ito sabi:

"You may provide Form 26ASor as an alternative, Income Tax Intimation 143(1) in conjuction with Employees Provident Fund Statement. Also, pls make sure reference letters are detailed presented on a corporate letterhead, listings at least five relevant duties and signed by an authorized person".

What is Form 26AS or Income Tax Intimation?
I am confused po, kasi I submitted ITRs..In addition, I submitted Philhealth MDR, PAG-IBIG,
