@wanderer yes may nangyari ng ganyan na. DIBP has the final decision on your claims after they make their own background checks, so better check if the contact numbers stated in your COE are correct and working.

Hello po! Ask ko lang po if nirrequire ba na magsubmit ng ITR and payslips from previous employer? Or sapat na ung COEs? Meron kc ako payslips ng current pero ung previous parang malabo makakuha kc medyo laging busy ung HR at ang hirap magfollow up lalo na andito ako sa Dubai. Magffile na kc sana ako ng EOI pero gusto ko sana isigurado na ok n ung documents ko. Sana may makasagot. Thank you in advance po.

I hope you guys are all doing well. At sana nasa tamang thread ako with my question..

Nagaapply kami for visa 189. wife is the main applicant and we're not claiming points for husband. question: kailangan pa rin ba magsubmit ng certificates of employment from previous employments ng husband kahit na we're not claiming points for those? gano sila kastrict po kastrict about dun?.. thanks in advance.

question re NBI, nakakuha kami ng clearance before EOI submission since We anticipated na matagal ang process ng NBI dito sa Pinas. Would it matter?

Yes. Kailangan mo pumasok ng australia before yung IED na ibibigay sayo to activate the visa. Pag hindi nasatisfy yun, posible icancel yung visa. Not necessary naman na magtagal ka dun. Kahit 1day lang ok na hehe. Normally yung IED eh 1year after ng date ng NBI clearance or medical, whichever is earlier.

Anytime soon will be sending EOI na rin. Gusto ko lang makita yung hardcopy ng ANMAC assessment though nag send na ng email yung asessor na my wife received positive remark, suitable for migration.

@mjkicksrhymes Hi, Depends on the CO, sometimes they ask for it, sometimes they don't. It's best to provide if you can para less hassle sa application.

one more question po.. acceptable din kaya ung sss contributions copy? May nka experience n po b nito? Ung sa sss ko kc may 1 month sa middle ng employment ko na walang bayad..i think nakalimutan ng HR namin. Magiging problema kaya un? Pasensya na po,, madaming tanong.

@mjkicksrhymes oo acceptable naman siya, yung iba ginagamit talagang proof yun, Sa tingin ko okay lang kung may 1 month na mintis kasi gusto lang nilang makita na paid yung employment.

@Santi With nurses mabilis lang, dun sa next na invitation round expect to get an invite. Sa amin 60 points lang pero we got invited straight away. Pag naglodge kayo ng visa make sure to complete your documents para Direct grant. Godbless.

Hello, trying to draft my EOI now. Ask ko lang, dun ba sa "Given Name", kasama yung middle name? Salamat

Or since walang middle name yung ACS Assessment, better wag ko na lang din lagay middle name para consistent?

Based kase sa ibang thread, nilalagay nila sa "Given Name" yung middle name, kase kung ano kita sa passport dapat ganun din. pero yung ACS assessment ko is walang Middle name. kaya nalilito ako. hahahah

But I think, I will include mine starting from EOI to Lodging of Visa, most of my documents as proof meron middle name eh. Sabi din ng iba is include. At least my worries faded upon knowing na okay lang either way.

@Heprex Ahh i see, nakakalito kasi yung sa names nila rito sa Au. When they say middle name here, they're referring to the second name of the given name, hehe. I think sinusunod nila sa DIBP yung nasa passport na name kasi sa amin kahit na di namin inilagay sa form 80, sa grant notification nakalagay na siya. Goodluck on your application,

@Santi Hi, I've just read about Nurses being on the pro-rata list which is quite unexpected.. As of the moment, wala pang clear na reason. Sabi nila it may be an error or it could have been because of glitches.. Hopefully it'll get sorted out before you lodge and may you get your invite soon. God bless.

helo po.. baka may naka experience ng kagaya ng situation ko po..

2 weeks before po ako mag submit ng EOI, I decided po for an early renewal of my passport.. so while on progress po ang renewal.. ginamit ko pa rin po ang old details ng passport ko sa EOI (yung unang page kapag mag create) since valid pa naman by that time...I got invited po last Nov 9....

then na release yung new passport ko po last Nov 13... so invalid na po yung old..

Nasa process po ako ng visa lodging now... ok lang po ba na yung new passport details na po ang gamitin ko??

Hello @baknir , just my 2cents of advice... just use the old passport number. Be consistent on whatever information you put in your EOI. Then I advise you to upload Form 1022 (Notification of changes in circumstances).
