Nakabased pala ko sa singapore. So for the police clearance nirerequire kase ni sg police na magkaletter muna coming from DIBP requesting for a police certificate before sila magentertain. Anyway thks!

How about for the document uploading?need ba talaga CTC? or is colored scan of original enough? Nalilito na kase ako kase nababasa ko sa ibang forums is ok lang na hindi ctc.

kmusta na po kayo? nakatanggap ako nomination dec 1 sa qld and ITA na din from skill select. tapos nung dec 7 wala na sa list ng QLD occupation ko. buti tlga nakhabol ako.. naka pag lodge na ko nung dec 24 kaso inabutan ata ng bakasyon...

waiting po ako at naiinip na kinakabahan. meron po ba may idea dito gano katagal pag medical field? [-O<

Magandang gabi po. Nakatanggap po ako ng invitation for 190 from Western AU nung January 4. May mga questions po sana ako hopefully matulungan nyo po ako especially dun po sa may mga experience sa WA state sponsorship.

1. Sabi po dun sa invitation my exam na sasagutan. Kelan at dapat po ba i-click ung
"Start application and test" ? Kapag mageexam nako as in?
Madali lang po ba ung exam?

2. Isa po sa requirement sa amin is bank statements and asset valuations. Pede na po ba ung deed of absolute sale? Naka specify naman po dun ung amount ng property. Wala po kc ako malaking liquid asset para mapunan ung 35,000AUD (couple with 1 kid) puro property lang po pero sa valuation aabot naman po. Meron din po ako sa stock market sa Colfinancial. Pwde po ba un at paano po un maibbigay na evidence for state?

3. Tama po ba intindi ko na requirement lang for state sponsorship is Job offer letter (Schedule 2) and Settlement funds?

4. Pano ko po massend ung lahat ng documents? Magreply lang po ba ako sa email sa akin ng state or meron po na system kung saan doon ko i-upload lahat?

Pasensya na po sa mga tanong gusto ko lang po kasi makasigurado na tama ung gagawin ko. Sobrang hinintay po namin kc ito ng family ko. Please help us po. Maraming Salamat po. Godbless.

Iba po ba yung Victoria State Nomination (for 489) and EOI?

And could please someone clarify this? Copied from liveinvictoria.vic.gov.au

"If you have registered your EOI on SkillSelect and you are nominated by the Victorian Government, you will automatically receive an invitation to apply, subject to occupation ceilings."

Meaning pag meron na positive nomination, lodge lang ng EOI but sure na ma invite na?

naguluhan ako sa question mo.. but share ko nlang sayo yung steps na ginawa ko but under qld ss..

first nag submit ako eoi under skill select for visa 190 and naka indicate na sa qld ako interested na state. Then, nag email si qld, asking for some requirements needed for me to have their nomination. Then, after submitting all requirements, got another email from them informing me that I got their nomination followed by another email from skill select with the invitation to apply for visa. tapos ayun sunod sunod na yun

@ska1119 kasi yung steps sa victoria website mg apply dw ng nomination thru their website which is different from the skill select website for eoi. and after dw positive na yung nomination, then you can do eoi for vic ss and after next round, ma invite na subject to occupation ceiling. tapos sabi din ng iba, pwede sabay. kaya naguguluhan din ako

@kymme While doing some research about victoria nomination, i think tama ka, sa site ka nila mag submit ng EOI for sponsorship, and need mo ibigay EOI Id mo sa skillselect. unlike sa iba na, once done na ang EOI mo sa skillselect, wait ka lang mainvite ng state mismo before you proceed. Plan ko kase mag submit sa kanila dati, kaso close sila for ICT until march. kaya sa NSW ako nag submit now.

@kymme i see... yan ang di ako sure... bka pwede ka mag ask directly sa victoria. may email nman ata sila pra sa mga may concern... kasi ako some of my concerns nagtanong ako directly sa qld by sending a message sa email provided on their website.

@ska1119 musta na application mo? Ako untill now wla pa reply sa last submission ko sa knila sa ITA ko, kinakabahan nga ako kung naka abot ba ako tlaga ako sa application kc nareceived ko ITA nla december 7 then nag closed yung occupation sa labtech december 7 dn.. kaya di ko rn alam kung anu ba tlaga.. ok na yung sau kc nag lodged ka na ng visa..

@Anino78 @engineer20 may idea ba kau kung ganu katagal dpat ang processing pag nag submit ka ng ITA? Pra kc may nabasa ako na maximum 7 business days lng.. nag submit kc ako ng ITA ko december 17, 2016 until now wla pa cla response.. holiday dw cla from dec. 22- january 2 kaso lampas na ata yung 10 days maximum. Kinakabahan ako kung umabot ba ako sa application.

If ITA for state sponsorship plang, i think pasok ka pa din kasi nakatanggap ka na ng invitation eh. Nakalagay nman sa site nila pag nakatanggap ka na ng invitation bago mag close ang occupation nten, on process na yung nomination mo.. khit same day pa yung pag close ng occupation at invitation mo, i think pasok yun kasi may invitation ka na natanggap..

If nakatanggap ka na nomination/sponsorship from qld and ITA for visa 190 nman.. meaning mas nauna ka pa nga sken mag lodge ng visa kung ganun. Dec 24 ako nag lodge ng visa 190. . . Minimum of 7 days but alam ko yung iba for visa 190 max 3 months.

sabi nila colored scan is ok. pero ako pra sure colored na, notarized pa.. except for nbi clearance and sg coc, colored copy lng yung dalawang yun as per dibp info.. eto site pra maprepare mo na requirements.

Upload mo na lhat ng required docs pag lodge mo ng visa.. wag mo na hintaying hingin pa ng case officer sayo. Pra pagsilip nila sa application, grant na agad! Di na tatagal..

Hello to everyone.. I will appreciate those who will answer me. Kapag naka pag pa assess n at nakapagbayad n po. Next po ba is to fill out the online EOI? san mo malalaman yung invitation to apply? UNDER CSOL ang plan ko mag apply.. kanino malalaman kung anong type ng visa ang right for my qualification? Godbless us all

@ginalyn In lodging EOI, you need the to have the positive assessment result and IELTS/PTE. If under CSOL ang nominated occupation mo, then you'll be going for Visa 190, w/c requires state nomination. Hanapin mo kung saang state available yung Nominated Occ mo kasi ilalagay mo yun pag nag-fill-up ka ng EOI.

Be reminded na each state has its own policy and requirements for them to invite you.
And you are required to reside sa state na nagnominate sayo ng 2yrs if visa will be granted to you.

If nasa SOL yung occupation mo, Visa 189 ang para sayo. You can stay at any state with this visa.

Hi guys.. @Anino78 @engineer20 @ska1119 kpag ba na grant yung visa 190 db need mag reside sa state na nag nominate sau minimum of 2 yrs? If that so, resides meaning di ka pwede umuwi sa pinas for vacation like 2 weeks? And also di ka ba pwede mag travel man lng sa ibang states in australia?

@alfonso31 pwede naman magbakasyon overseas at sa ibang state ng AU. ang residential requirement ng state ay kailangan dun ang permanent address mo at work.
