@ska1119: naku mukhang pareho tayo ng case, i might need to produce a stat dec kasi wala akong ITR ng several years. May sample format ka?

jan ako kumuha ng format ng stat declaration at sa au embassy ko pinapirmahan.. mura lang.. around 20AUD..

Hindi nman po need stat dec kung ITR lng kulang mo po.. .. kung may iba ka nman proof of paid employment (eg. Payslips, sss contributions)...

nag stat dec lng ako, kasi may isa akong employment na nailagay claiming points.
But wala ako any proof of paid employment sya. Only coe lng meron ako.

But since khit di sya ma count sa yrs of exp ko, pasok pa din ako sa 5 yrs exp na need ko.. gumawa nlang ako stat dec, stating na No chance na maka request ako ng copy ng payslips and ITR pra lng di na magabala ang CO na manghingi sken ng kung ano ano pa. Wala po assurance yan na enough po ang stat dec pra di na manghingi si CO ng addirional documents.. Nag submit lng ako ng stat dec... pra malaki chance na direct grant po.

We will see po sa outcome ng app ko po

There goes one more week of waiting. Pasasaan ba at darating din yang Visa.

Totoo po ba sa mga may CO contact na ,will only be checked again by their CO after the lapse of the given submission period? Or earlier bastat naprovide na ung needed reqs...?

Hala! Ibig sabihin kunwari nagkaCO contact ka today tapos they give you until Feb 1 to submit the document. Kahit mag submit ka tomorrow, after Feb 1 pa rin nila ulit titignan yun?! Kung ganun eh kelangan tlaga nating i-target na maupload na lahat ng posibleng mahingi na documents. :-SS

@Teng10 i think swertehan lang talaga to.. kasi may mga cases na after a day ng co contact at nakapag-upload agad, may grant na. Dito sa pinoyau may nabasa akong ganayan na case.. tapos, another case nman, frrom today lang, sa immitracker, last Jan13 lang CO contact nya, tapos ngaun may grant na.. so, mahirap talaga manghula kung ano nangyayari..

Un employment verification, depende rin sa CO if he wants to do this?

@Teng10 we have almost the same timeline. Jan 6 ang CO contact ko. Jan 9 i uploaded the additional docs. Now still waiting.

Thank you @ska1119 and @delorian! I see, ganun pala case mo. Sa case ko naman, yung first year ko wala na akong maproduce na ITR and i lost all the payslips. Di rin ako makahingi sa HR kasi nagmerge na. Salamat sa tip --magproduce na rin ako ng mga sss, pag-ibig, philhealth contributions

@tweety11 based sa trending ng average days before visa grant estimate ko mga in 2 weeks or less may grant ka na rin (on or before Feb 6). mejo consistent naman ung pag-usad ng cases based sa myimmitracker, and less ang nainvite laltely compared sa target. Although lately mas madalas ang CO Contact kesa Direct Grant. Better upload everything you can na para DG!
