@miljen no. you can claim points for 3 years minimum exp.

3 yrs = 5 points
5 years = 10 pts
8 yrs = 15 points

@katniss2015 and 189 kasi no need sponsorship from any state. so you can stay in any location/state in Australia you prefer. sa 190 you need to be sponsored by an state. and u have to stay for 2 years. I don't think may disadvantage for me. since both PR visa naman sila. and if you goal is just to get in either way/path is okay depending on you circumstances such as short ka sa points, pede ka makakuah ng 5 points more kasi sa visa 190.

@batman Thank you for the reply. I initially thought na kailangan ng proof of funds sa visa 190. Kung wala naman pala eh di okay lang basta gorabels sa AU. :-)

@batman thank you sir. Tanong po ulit. Kung positive assessment po kaso 3yrs lng emp, tapos antayin ko ang april 1 kung san 5yrs exp na ako xaka pa lng ako mg-eoi, pwede po ilagay 5yrs exp na? kasi kung pwd, magpaassess na ulit kami. salamat po ulit. ☺

@batman Thank u po :-). Sa ngayon po, ilang buwan usually ang waiting period from the time of EOI date until makareceive ng ITA for 60 points sa 189 and 65 points sa 190? Thanks again. :-)

@miljen isang assessment lang pede na yun kasi valid up to 2 year yan. tpos pede ka na EOI kahit 3 years pa lang. sa EOI walang end date and current job mo. once nag 5 year nag auto update EOI kasi naka 5 years ka na dagdag (pogi) points. kaya pede ka na pa assess no need wait ng 5 years kong wla ka nmn balak mag resign

@katniss2015 sa points ko naka 4 months na ako wala pa din ITA, antay ako until 6 months pag wala mag PTE ako to get superior English 20 points kasi yun kaya magiging 70 points na ako hopefully + 5 sa visa 190 75 na ako so mas malaki chances ma invite.

@traveltart it boils down again to the job description, task you performed as a junior accountant. if you are performing below task then you have higher chances of getting positive assessment outcome.

general accountant task:
Assisting in formulating budgetary and accounting policies
Preparing financial statements for presentation to boards of directors, management, shareholders, and governing and statutory bodies
Conducting financial investigations, preparing reports, undertaking audits and advising on matters such as the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, capital financing, suspected fraud, insolvency and taxation
Examining operating costs and organisations' income and expenditure
Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements
Providing financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans and operations
Preparing taxation returns for individuals and organisations
Liaising with financial institutions and brokers to establish funds management arrangements
Introducing and maintaining accounting systems, and advising on the selection and application of computer-based accounting systems
Maintaining internal control systems
May appraise cash flow and financial risk of capital investment projects

Hello po! sino po yung mga nag appeal s CPAA regarding work experience? Pede po mkahingi ng idea about s process? If you can share na din po ng appeal letter pra maipattern ko yung appeal ko. Bale 3 years out of 7 years lng ncredit skin which is disappointing. Salamt po s magbbgay ng advise!

Hi guys! Question po, meron akong previous Masters degree in Australia, pwede ako mag claim ng points for Qualifications and Australian study requirement, tama po ba?

And paano pala yung payment ng visa fee especially pag may dependent, installment ba sya?

@anne9 Hi, yes you can claim 5 points if your Masters degree meet the Australian study requirement.

Hi, question lng po. S skills assessment ni CPAA, s current employment po though on going pa ang employment, the assessment letter has an end date of say 8th Dec (date of confirmation of employment), sa EOI po ba pedeng hnd lagyan ng end date or kelangang ilagay ang as per assessment letter? Hnd ba macoconfuse si DIBP pag sinubmit and supporting documents later on?

Hi All,

I have received negative assessment outcome on 11th Jan from CPA, stating that the duties mentioned in the testimonial don't match with the complexity of the profession 221111(Accountant) and also that I dont have a practising licence or registration certificate.

Now I have planned to appeal CPA. For the 2nd point I have a very strong stand the both the requirements are not needed to practice as an Accountant(self-employed).

Just worried about the 1st one. I have planned to attach my resume and should I get a revised reference letter from old clients or there should be a reference letter from new clients.

Do we need to pay some fees as well.

Suggestions Please !

Hi guys! I hope ok lang ito share dito. Sa mga 60 to 65 points ang score at hindi pa sure kung kelan makakatangap ng invite nagopen ang Canada for their Atlantic Canadian Provinces Pilot program. Kasama sa NOC nila ang Accountants. Magkakaron ng session this coming Feb 17-19 pero kailangan nyo mag fill up sa website http://livinginnb.ca/

Sana ok lang post ito dito. kung hindi po pwede paki delete na lang. Gusto ko lang magbigay ng ibang options din na interested magmigrate sa ibang bansa maliban sa Australia. Pakibasa na lang po ang info sa website na post ko.
