@admt2016 on-going applications sis. Kamusta ka, busy ka na for sure sa school ng kid mo plus your own schooling right? Nakapasa na ko kanina sa theory test at department of transport. Learner plate na then nakaset na rin driving practical test ko on 23rd Feb, after non full license na hopefully.

@Cassey heto bukas na start ng school. Ikaw ba naman apat na mag sabay sabay sa school hehehe...ok naman ready na for school bukas. I am planning to reduce use na of gadgets sa bahay, maybe every weekends na lang. Hirap bumili ng school uniforms medyo mahal din pero ok naman. Excited to see all of my kids dressed on their first day at school. Yey! :-*

Hello. Ok naman. School is nice daw sabi ng anak ko.
Naenrol na dn namin sya swimming class for this term every sat sa gym kng san din nggym husband ko. Hehe. Next term plan namin ballet naman. Ako dn mgstart na class ko. Hehe kayo kmsta jan melb? Nanjan kami melbourne sa April, holy week.

Oo magstart na din ako hehe. Habang skul anak ko, skul din ako, isisingit na dn ang baby no 2 making lol. Malungkot wala baby sa bahay and i think its about time na masundan anak ko na mag 5yo this year hehe @jedh_g

daming activities ni baby. Maigi yan kasabay mo si baby nagaaral, hehe Okay naman kami, start na rin daughter ko ng classes niya kanina. Adjusted na siya ngayon compared to last school year nung kakastart pa lang niya rito.

Magiging okay yung mga anak niyo ni @jedh_g at I'm pretty sure mag eexcel sila sa school.

@jedh_g Have you heard of rental assist? Try mo ask sa Centrelink, narinig ko lang yan dun sa isang kakilala ko. Tama, kapit lang. Darating din job offers for you.

@Cassey yes sis we applied the rental assistance and submitted all the requirements inclusive with our family tax benefit application too. Kakainip lang antayin, 12 weeks! Ubos na golden pot namin mate. Haiisst ~X(

@Cassey sa family tax benefit as long as wala kayo both na natatanggap na pera from any entity within or outside australia, pasok yon sa eligibility, as in wala talaga kayong source of income by the time of centrelink application. Dun naman sa rental assistance, basta ma provide nyo lang yung "rental lease contract agreement form" that's it. Presto! Ingat lang sa internet glitch, madalas mag system break down resulting to non-update ng application kasi may lag talaga sa system nila. Be careful and make sure that your CRN (customer registration number) is updated both sa mobile application and the satellite center as well. :-?

Family tax a and b combined un mareceive, regardless kung single parent ka. When u submit all your documents, sila mismo magaassess kung ano lahat pede ibigay sayo na benefit. Pede makareceive ng FTB if combined income is 100k ata or 150k and below (as far as I know, you can check it out sa site nila) and in order for you to claim ung benefits ng centrelink kelangan ang mga kids ay updated ang immunisation record nila either sa medicare or sa mygov account nyo otherwise hindi mgpprocess ang application for claim. Eligibility: resident/citizen, updated immunisation record, etc (pacheck nlng ulit sa site nila pra sure) then kung wala pa work estimate mo lang magkano possible salary mo (mas maganda cgro and safe 50k and below) and once na mgkawork kana u need to call centrelink pra iupdate ang annual
Income mo sa system nila otherwise mgkakautang ka sa kanila. Magiistart lang ang computation ng FTB A and B kung kelan dumating ang kids. Pero kung nauna ka lets say for 1month ikaw lng nandto OZ wala ka mareceive for those time na ikaw lng. Mgstart lng king kelan dmtng kids and pinakaimportante dapat updated ang immunisation history nila sa medicare/centrelink/mygov.

Rental assistance, u have to upload the lease contract and the the form (hindi ko maalala
Kng anong form no un, dinadownload lang din sa mygov/centrelink account un) Na galing sa centrelink signed and validated by the realestate agency ng inuupahan nyo.

Both FTB A and B and rental assistance ay sabay papasok. Waiting time is 4-8 weeks. Yung smen kse 3 days lang pumasok na kaya tinawag namin kse ngfile kmi lumpsum pero my pmsok. Pero naun wala na kami nrreceive, nakalump-sum na at makuha namin every end of fiscal year lang.

CONCESSION cards pede lang yung if 43k and below ang income. If you use that ng above 43k ang annual income mo then ikaw ang mgkakautang sa centrelink.

@elleb1 there is a factor sa family tax benefit claim as you shall declare if you got material possessions sa form nila. I remember there's a portion there that says what is the total amount sum of money should you declare if you sell all your property at home. Nagkatinginan kami ni wife and declared our only toyota camry car and house furnitures worth 100 dollars lang (pessimistic estimate) plus would you believe even toys. Once naman na proved ni centrelink na talagang wala pa both jobs ang mag asawa pagka settle in, malaki laki marereceive sa computation kasi factor din yung number of children (in our case we got 4, kaya go to migrate here!). Kaya if mag couple kayo and isa lang anak, medyo maliit lang. I remember attaching my ANZ online bank transactions (in and out) that I requested from bank that has been printed out, kaya they will see what is your current bank status at hand except of course your wallet (cash ready) sa centrelink claim assessment.

@jedh_g so declare din pla yung baon. Sana lang me ma receive kami na rental allowance din kc mahal ang rent sa NSW. Buti na rin me ganito na assistance lalo na kung wala pa work. @elleb1 expect to bring lots of cash haha..you never know when either of you shall get a job. Hirap din to find one especially if you don't have an established professional network and local community support. Also, expect delays in Centrelink claim support to come. Kami up to now, waiting pa rin. Hangtagal....

Oks naman first day of school ng mga kids so far naka adjust at naiwanan yun kindy boy namin mag isa.

Just bring all your documents especially separation pays signed by HR or what you call last pay bearing your official company logo. Hingi ka na din roles and responsibilities sa boss mo.
