ask lang po ako about sa mga nagtake dito ng PTE. hindi sila bumibigay ng hard copy right? so ano pong proof ang maipapakita ko sa AIMS na i've taken the test already? ok lang ba na iprint ko lang ang result in pdf then ipapa notarize? valid parin bo yun? ano ginawa niyo?

@alfonso31 eto kseng Melbourne target namin.. maraming opening dito sa Melbourne at sa Sydney kesa sa Brisbane, Queensland.. un lang mahirap sa State Sponsorship.. isang State lang pwede mo apply-an..

Magtingin ka sa www.seek.com para may idea ka gaano kadami opening per State..

@kmbrtngd try mo din post sa thread ng PTE.. IELTS kse ung kinuha ko.. so hindi din ko aware na walang hardcopy yung result ng PTE..

Hi guys. Sino mag exam sa march 2? Di pko nakapag aral. Mag retake ako.. @-) [-O< ... goodluck sten.

Sino pala may alam ng average rate lng ng technician and scientist, private and gov employer?

Kung assessed tayo as technician or scientist, pwede ba tayo work sa au as phlebotomist?

Hi @ska1119 goodluck sa upcoming exam mo huh,kayang kaya mo yan kc nkpagtake kna before ;-) ako sna mgtatake this coming march kaso still hndi prn ako ready, daming ganap this past few months..buti nlng pumayag ang AIMS to defer it to Sept.2017 lol!

Regarding sa rate, wla ako msyado alam since eto ung first job ko sa pathology dito but based sa mga naririnig ko around my area, dto mas mataas dw ang salary xmpre ng scientist sa technician then government higher ang rate and more benefits compare private..not sure sa queensland :-)

About sa phlebo nman...oo mkkpagwork tayo dito as phlebo kahit MLT or MLS ka satin..at depende sa company na papasukan mo, may mga company na nghahanap at least cert.III in pathology collection from employee, ung ibang company nman hndi sila nghahanap kc ittrain ka nman nila and mas gusto ng iba sa kanila ka tlg ma train..anyway best of luck ulit and balitaan mo prn kami huh ;-)

Hello po I'm going to take AIMS examination in Saudi on March 2. Medyo kinakabahan kasi out of the country plus since nung nagreview ako for ASCP sabi medyo challenging ung questions. Feeling ko cramming na naman ako. Gusto ko din po malaman kung ano po pointers to review.

@ska1119 hi! Do you have an idea about ielts requirement for assessment ng AIMS. Ang score ko kasi is L 8.0, R 7.5, S 7.0 tapos W 6.5.. Please help huhu

hi @twinky21 ung pointers to review ay yung binigay lang din ng AIMS sa AIMS professional examination pack based din po sa mga sinabi sa mga old posts dto..un lang din dw sinunod nila pag aralan..if your after recalled questions, if you have time na back read, andon na rin lahat..tska sabi din nung iba puro technical questions tlg like kung ano tlg ang gngawa mo work mo, ung mga questions dw ay more on based sa experience mo sa work..hope that helps and wait natin ung sagot nung iba..good luck huh! ;-)

hi @enna29! chillax ka lang lol! based sa guidelines ng AIMS regarding IELTS:

"English Language Requirement
A valid IELTS report form showing an overall band score of 7.0 or better (Academic or General). AIMS
considers an IELTS report to be current for three years from the date of issue.
AIMS also accepts the following English language assessments as equivalent to an IELTS overall band
score of 7.0: TOEFL (95 points), and Pearson PTE Academic (65 points)."

And based sa experience ko, ok nman kc naassess naman ako kahit 2 pa nga ang 6.5 sakin..bsta ang need nila ay overall band score na 7.5..hope that helps..goodluck sa application mo ;-)

Kailangan ba ang experience ay paid? Trainee kasi nu'ng una, no SSS etc. Para sa AIMS lang naman hindi for immigration (not planning to claim points for experience)

@enna29 That's fine! maybe un din ang interpretation nila ng guidelines..sometimes you just have to read thoroughly everything in AIMS website and weight it in if which one is true or not..linient pa ang AIMS kc within 3 years ng IELTS mo tinatanggap pa nila while ung mga Uni dto kelangan ang IELTS ay within 2 years lang tapos ung exam maipasa mo lang 50% ng lahat ng subjects, pasok kna sa banga lol! Anyway goodluck ulit ;-)

@enna29 for AIMS assessment okay lang na may below 7.0 basta 7.0 ung average. Pero during visa application wala kang maki-claim na 10 points for IELTS kung may below 7.0 ka.. kaya ung iba ina-advise na as much as possible makuha mo ung 7.0 and up sa lahat ng band.. para d ka na uulit for your visa application..

For work experience.. kelangan paid work experience cia.. hindi counted ung training as work experience.. you have to provide supporting docs kse like contract, tax returns, payslips and etc.

@raspberry0707 I know required sa DIBP yung paid experience + supporting documents, pero yung sa AIMS lang? Pwede ba? We're not planning on claiming points for experience.

Hi @Mia ewan ko lang kung lulusot yun sa verification. Yung 6 months post-grad training ko kse dineclare ko as training. Hindi kse considered na work experience ang training.

@Bongangela1985 requirement yung AIMS for those who graduated outside Australia na gusto magwork as MLT or MLS. Pero if you will apply in other roles like collector (phlebo), CSR or Data Entry sa Lab, karamihan ng employers hindi na hinahanap ung AIMS assessment.

For collector, kadalasan hinahanap ung certificate. May short course kse dito for collectors at pwede din pa-assess sa AIMS as phlebo. Pero may ibang employers na sila na mgbbgay ng training.
