Can you tell us how and where have been you applying? It's possible po kasi na you are not 'packaging' yourself right and that's why your resume is not getting much attention from employers.

Regarding their preference of Australian experience, I think that's a sack of bullcrap. When they ask me if I have Oz experience I'll be this guy in the comic.

Everything is still amazing. This month I presented a new project that will save the company $10,000 AUD per month! Management was shocked when they saw the numbers.
That is just the start, I reckon it will go up as high as $200,000 a year!
I wonder what will happen to me after this amazing implementation!
Savings will start to roll after two to three months.
They say this is a very huge money and is very serious improvement.

I know your dilemma, I was in that same situation before. Honestly, way back early 2010 I had no plans migrating to Oz since everything is good in PH. After my two weeks tourist visit to my brother and sisters in Sydney that changed my mind. I quickly processed all my papers when I went back.
Everybody has their own Oz experience, some are good, some are not. If you can see a lot of vacancy at seek that suits your qualification, then that's it.

Honestly, I just had some changes at work after my 6 months probationary period. I received this letter few weeks ago from my boss. They still didn't know anything on the new project during the time I received this letter. Most of my co-workers who are all Oz told me I should get some part of that as it is huge money!
