Hi po, i am aslo an archi grad wanting to apply fpr civil engr. Draftsperson. Tanong lang sa mga successful candidates, kailangan ba sepcific aa engr. Ang works? Both kasi sa akin. More on archite tural pero since design & build may mga structural works din. Thanks

r u a registered engr (with PRC license)? if yes, EA will consider your application as a professional engineer, mas ok na mag apply k n lng as cvil engr else kelangan mo pa baguhin uli employer reference letters mo later on

@pc3 Hi i lean mo lang towards Civil Eng draftsperson ung CV na ipapasa mo and if pwede paghingi mo ng COE sa mga company mo ikaw mag lagay nung Duties and resposibilities na mostly CE works sya. research ka lang kung anu ung key words na hinahanap nila (i.e Steel Detailing, structural layout etc.) Minsan may interview sila so sabihin mo pang CE ng ung gingawa mo.

Kayalang baket hindi archi draftsman ang ipa assess mo since archi grad ka? Correct me if I'm wrong pero alam ko may bearing ung natapos mo eh kase inaassess din nila yun. Ganyan kase nangyari saken CE grad nman ako pero mostly archi works ginagawa ko.

Good day sa lahat! question lang, may nakapag appeal na po ba sa inyo sa outcome ng vetassess particularly sa points test advice? hanggang tanong lang ako sa vetassess kung bakit di kasi na credit yung isang employment ko, sayang din kasi, pangdagdag points din. baka worth i-appeal. salamat.

hello po mga sir and mam. im very new to this forum. hingi lang po ako advise. i am appying for immigration as Architectural draftsman. Architect po ako sa pinas by profession. my agent submitted my papers last November 24 2016 and got a reply last feb 1 send further documents( particularly payslip). and until now wala pa rin po result. im very worried particularly i gave my agent a simple COE sa mga previous company ko not stating in detail kung ano job description ko. just my job title and salary.................tanong ko po ay makakaapekto po ba ito sa application? and ganito po ba tlga katagal? nakakapraning mag antay. hope you guys can enlighten me. salamat po ng marami.

Hi,

Just joined the forum 2 weeks ago and currently preparing docs for assessment. I'm an IT professional so I've been sending inquiries in the ACS thread as well. I've been seeing some comments that other option for the assessment aside from ACS is VETASSESS. Ano po ba mas ok na option if I want an "easier" or mas "lenient" na approach?

@hi po usually pagmerong hinihingi na additional docs lalong tatagal ang result ng assessment mo. Ung sa coe dapat naka indicate na dun ang position mo, date of commencement, number of hours per week, salary, at ang duties and functions ng position mo. Aside sa coe kung meron ka payslip padala mo rin. During my time nagpa assess ako pinadala ko yong lahat ng evidences sa employment ko, if u have contract, company id, reference letter, etc.. Para di na maghanap ng iba pang documents ang mag.assess sa papers mo. ^^
Makikita mo naman yan sa estimated timeline ng assessment mo. Yong sa akin parang umabot ng 3months bago lumabas ang result.

Hi @Budoy ilang years ba ang hindi na credit sayo? Usually meron silang kunin na years sa experience mo as ur post qualification
. Sa case ko bawas ng 1 year hindi sya nacount na pwede kung maclaim sa eoi. Ung iba mas mataas pa ang years na ibawas nila.
How about ur case?

sa case ko may 6 yrs akong pinaassess sa vetassess. then 1 year dun sa 6 years para dun sa qualifying period requied to meet the skill level of the nominated or closely related ANZSCO occupation. tapos yung rest na 5 years sana para sa points na claim ko. kaso yung 2 years dun sa isang employment ko, sabi not closely related. kaya bumaba ng 3 yrs lang yung work experience ko. instead na 10 points ako sa skillselect, naging 5 points na lang.

I'm thinking ipa-review ko yung outcome ng assessment. sayang kasi.

Good Day po... Mag ask lang po ako regarding sa Job Experience ko. hindi ko po kasi ma kuha anu ang dpat ko na General Professional Occupation ilalagay ko.

2 Years - Architect (K. Saudi Arabia)
6 Months - Landscape CAD Graphics (Detailer) (Philippines)
5 Years + - Landscape Designer (Singapore)

Mga nakikita q po na possible na ipaAssess ko are Landscape Architect, Architect, Building Associate. Any Advice po kung anu po mas appropriate..

ang paranoia ko actually ay KUNG nilagy or finill up ng agent ko yung statutory declaration na pinasa sa vetasess.binigay ko lang sa kanya mga COE ko. typical coe stating ano job title ko at kelan ako nagstart kelan nag resign at magkano sweldo. tpos parang sya na bahala nagasikaso. sabi may mga lawyers sila. agency kasi. let say, walang pinasa ang agent ko ng gnun? siguro naman mag tatanong ang vetassess for that right??

@Budoy baka dun sa pinasa mong job description ay di pumasok ang majority sa related tasks para sa nominated occupation mo.

@16022017 kung sino ang assessing authority ng nominated occupation mo doon ka magpapasa.

@Strader @engineer20 salamat. baka nga di related naipasa ko, pero yun kasing nilagay kong tasks sa statement of service halos kopyahin ko na yung nasa ANZSCO. nag email na ako sa vetassess just to ask, intayin ko rin reply nila. salamat ulit.

Worry ko kasi yung statutory declaration coe lang pinasa ko. Usually ba tinatwag yan ng vetassess kung hslimbawa di pinasa ng agent? Actually tinwsgn ko sila. They said, yung legal team nila nagpasa ng statutory declaration based on the coe,s i gave them. Rewriting siguro. But again im still skeptical. Best thing i can do nlaang sguro is to wait. Nakapraning lang mag antay. Anyway salamt ulit sa reply

@hi po Yung statutory declaration kailangan napirmahan din boss mo or kaya officemate na mas mataas ang position sa iyo, tapos notarized.

Wala akong pinirmahang any statutory declaration sa mga bosses ko. Ginawa lang ata nila and notarized. Let say they didnt submitted it, vetassess could have asked it to send again? Last reply sa amin payslip lang hiningi. Salamat sa reply

@Inday_lakwatsera hi! thanks po sa reply. Wala kasi sa SOL yung archi draftsperson. Im on a student visa now. Graduate ako by November nag masters in Proj Mgmt. Kaso kailangan makahanap ako ng 1 year post grad work experience before maka positive assessment as proj managaer for PR na visa. ang hirap kasi "managerial" na yung position. Nahihirapan nga ako mg hanap draftsperson wrk kasi wala akong local experience dito. Gusto nila yung may local exp and background sa kanilang bldg. codes. gusto ko sana mag apply as CE draftsperson kaso lang archi talaga background ko so hindi din possible sa tingnin ko.

@maguero ano po ibig nyo sbhin ng last contract? Yung coe ko? Year 2010 ang nilagay. Apatvna company. Last submission ko ay nong nov 24 sa vetassess. Nagreply nong feb 2 pra manghingi ng payslip. Payslip submitted last feb 7. Worry ko lang po yung statutory

@maguero usually ba kung halimbawa di ka nagsubmit ng statutory declaration hhnapin ba nila? Sabi nong agent ko inayos daw nila coe ko stating my job description. Siguro ginawan nila. Then notarized by a lawyer. Yun po. Sir salamat sa Reply and advise
