Hi! Newbie lang po s forum.nagsstart palng po kme ng husband ko as in magreview s ielts. Ask lang po nmen if what exam ng ielts ang need ng husband ko gt po or acad? Kc paulit ulit ko po binasa ung sa immig website pro ang sinasabi lng po is "atleast competent english..Nabasa ko rin po kc dito s forum na ang ACS which is the assessing body ng husband ko dhil ICT po sya was not requiring ielts before maassess?paenlighten po...Thank you sa sasagot.God bless us..

@Crystal24 IELTS GT lang need ng husband mo. Pwede rin magpaassess sa ACS kahit walang english test.

Ask ko din po sir since magsstart plng naman po kme mgreview on ielts mjo nacurious lng po ko dhil marami rin ang nagtatake ng pte? Mas malaki po b ung chance nmen makakuha ng higher points sa eoi on pte compared s ielts?Saka Sir how much po ang exam at review ng pte dito s pinas.if my idea po kayo..Salamat po s mga sasagot

@Crystal24 di ko nasubukan kumuha ng ielts kasi sa tingin ko mas kaya ko ang PTE. mas lenient daw scoring system sa PTE compared sa ielts. halos same price lang ang both tests pero wala pa yatang review centre for PTE sa pinas. not sure though kasi SG based ako.

@nicstee for migration & working,General Training lang pwede na..pero if you're going to study, you need to take Academic..
Ako kasi GT lang kukunin ko.sabi naman ng EA either of the two pwede na..

@sic check ka lang ng schedules sa British Council or IDP, posted doon ung mga date of exams..they conduct the exams 3 saturdays in a month..

@sic as per EA, if you're migrating & working only, General Training will do..pero if mag student visa ka or will study abroad, you need to take Academic and must attain a score of 7 in all bands

Ask ko lang po sa mga nakapag-take na ng IELTS and naka migrate nasa Au..

As per EA, a score of 6 in all bands is required..and if you want to achieve points, one must achieve a score of min 7..

Question:
Over all score na ba un 7? Or dapat in all bands?
May naka experience na ba na kahit 6.5 ang score nabigyan din ng points?

hyie, good day! questions naman:
1. saan pwd makahanap ng pwd kausap mag practice lang po ako speaking in english. hirap po kasi if hnd sya ni aapply day to day.
2. sa ielts writing task 2, ok lng ba mag imbento nung mga "according to research in ___" o kaya "in a recent survey conducted by ___", ang nabasa ko lang kasi sa speaking pwd echos... pero sa writing hnd ko sure.
3. ok n po ba yung ung ielts listening practice test sa youtube pagpractice'san?
4. safe pa naman po pag practice'san ang cambridge books lalo na pag reading?

@engr.len Hi sir it depends po kung mag aapply po kayo for student visa or proffesional ang kukunin niyo po is Academic kung Migrant and skilled workers naman po is for GEneral Training.

@alegnallanes Hi sir no worries po kayo dito po sa JROOZ Review center If nag enroll kayo we have endorsement policy na kung saan Instructor nyo po ang mag sasabi kung ready na po kayong mag take ng exam. We do offer One on One coaching too.

@hailey, academic is usually taken if you want to study in an english speaking country. On the otherhand, General training should be taken if you wish to work or migrate in an english speaking country.
