Mga MamSir, sino po bang nkakita na sa bagong MSA - Employer Template, pwde po bang pakiliwanag kung ano kaibahan ng "Business Name" at Employer? at may "Australian Business Number/Business Registration details" pa, saan natin to makuha ang details na to.

Pero medyo ok yata tong bagong guidelines kasi wala akong nabasang kailangang ipa CTC ang mga req docs. Tama po ba?

good morning mga mam/sir: nais q sanang itanung kung same pa dinang fees now sa assesment sa TRA $300aud pa dinpo ba??????and aside from that all po ba na ipapasa sa TRA ay all of them are original with notarized???any answers very appreciated thanks so much god bless....

@nhel $1000 aud na ang skill assessment sa tra, check mo na lng sa tra website yung updated assessment fee.. now as per other member online na ang application sa tra... read ka lng sa website ng tra

Hi Sirs/Ma'ams, meron na po ba sa inyo hinigan ng additional medical tests? Wife ko po kc nerequire mg Hep B&C test siguro kc dineclare nmin nurse xa dati.
Ako dineclare ko n ngkaspot ako sa baga 15 years ago (clicked YES in the first question) sa tingin nyo po ipapatest din ako for TB?
What type of test po kya and how many weeks ang labas ng result?

Sbi nung relative ko dun dapat dw di ko n dineclare yung case ko. Kc matagal nnmn.

"Scanned, full colour copies of your documents must be supplied with your application".
Ito na po nkasulat sa bagong guidelines. di na kailangan CTC. hintayin din natin ang iba mag reply.

@boky @nhel Yes, tama po yan. No more CTC na po on the documents which is good. So far eto po yung mga changes based on my understanding. To those who already have reviewed and read the new guideline, please add or correct me please.

1. Online Application (all documents must be scanned in colour copy with at least 150 dpi resolution and sent through email)
2. No more CTC
3. No more statutory documents, meaning, what they listed is what we should provide. (Please correct me if I am wrong for those who have reviewed the guidelines already)
4. Employer statement must be in their own format (template provided) - this must be completed by your employer.
5. Additional Employment details to be filled out (template provided)
6. They also mentioned "you may be contacted to provide additional evidence" If TRA cannot verify your qualification claims. Same with the Payment evidence. They mentioned "Please note TRA may request additional evidence if your claims cannot be verified". So meaning, they will not automatically turn down your application?!

Not sure though but I hope so.

With regards to what documents are required, they are all listed in the new guideline.

@KaTiana I noticed sa Pay Evidence Requirement: "Sets of documents for each year of employment
claimed from two of the categories....", so per year you need to provide 2 sets of the required evidence? Tama po ba pagkakainitindi ko? Thanks

Yes po. Yan din pagkakaintindi ko. Dapat dalawa sa mga nakalista dun. Say for example, BIR + 3 payslips per year per employment OR BIR + Bank statements per year per employment. Parang mas strikto na ngayon ang guidelines nila specially for employment na medyo matagal na...

@soddie , yun din pagkaintindi ko. pero if u utilize payslips, that will be 3 payslips + sets of docs from other category = 2 cate

Copy and paste lng nyo po ba ang job task/duties sa Employer Template at MSA Applicant form? Di ba sya kailangan in paragraph form pareha ng dating employer statement? salamat..

Ask po sna ulit ako.. kung nsa CSOL po ba ang occupation nainaapplyan pwde po b mgsponsor ang relative kpg ang apply ko n visa ay 489.. salamat po ulit..

ung sa mga paper ko po.. ngscan ksi ako.. halos inabot po ng 100MB lahat.. pano po kya un.. as PDF po db? Salamat po ng marami.. God Bless po..

The current Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List (CSOL) is relevant for applicants for:
points-based skilled migration who are nominated by a state or territory government agency under a State Migration Plan
the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS), who must have been nominated by an Australian employer to fill a position in an occupation that appears in the CSOL
Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457)
Training visa (subclass 407).

*Para ma reduced yung size ng pdf, try mo i check ang settings nung scanner/printer, HP have this settings wherein you can adjust yung quality, i always select to the "Least" medyo readable pa naman at nasa 5MB lang mga 1 to 3 pages.

Ask ko lang po ilit pano kung kulang ang payslip na maipapakita ko, ksi po nakanote dun n 3payslip per year eh meron lang po ako naitago n 1month payslip per year. ano mo b maganda gawin.. supporting documents ko lang is Tax withheld 2009-2015, SSS and pag-ibig contribution from company record... maraming salamat po.

"Therefore, to be eligible for education points, you would need to meet 6D75 however the
skills assessment you have provided issued by Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) dated 1
February 2017 does not recognise/mention your qualification(s).
If you wish to meet this requirement, you will need to provide evidence that you attained
a qualification or award recognised by the relevant assessing authority (TRA) for your
nominated skilled occupation as being suitable for the occupation. VETASSESS may also
provide an assessment of your qualifications."
Pano ko po kaya mhahabol ang TRA about my education recognition?

2. Sign a health undertaking
A Medical Officer of the Commonwealth (MOC) has determined that you need to complete
and sign a Health Undertaking. A Health Undertaking is frequently required for visa
applicants in a range of circumstances including evidence of exposure to Tuberculosis (TB)
or other health conditions of concern.
You must complete and sign Form 815 Health Undertaking, make a copy for your records,
and return it to this office within the timeframe specified in the covering letter.
Klangan po kaya dito ng other medical records.

- assessed as "SUCCESSFUL" for the occupation of 342314?
- Your Diploma or Degree qualification is comparable to atleast AQF Diploma or III or IV Certificate?
- Your employment evidence meets TRA .... etc?

Dyan mo kasi madetermine kung ilang points ma claim mo, medyo weird naman yan..

Health undertaking naman, download ka ng Form 815, fill up mo, scan at upload sa immiaccount, btw ano results ng mga medicals nyo? Health Clearance provided - no action required ba? Yung may mga health/medical issues ang hinihingan nyan.
