To clarify po, bale dun sa Health Examination na entry, pag gumamit ako ng My Health Declaration para magka-HAP ID for the medical exam, magiging "Yes" na ang sagot dito po??tama ba pagkakaintindi ko??

newbie question lang po. I hope matulungan niyo ako. ask ko kung pwede ba ako mag submit ng Expression of Interest considering my points or need ko mag ielts ulit or PTE muna. paki advise din po kung tama yung points ko . thank you.

Bachelors degree = 15 points
nominated by state (subclass 190) = 5 points

While going through the ELodgement na, I have a few questions..not sure how to answer them

1. What details to provide under the Health Examination? May HAP ID na entry naman sa baba so not sure ano ilalagay dito. I'm thinking it's the tests I took during the exam but I want to be sure.

2. Ano ba dapat included sa "Non-migrating dependent family members". I am married but I don't have any children and I have already included my wife's credentials sa accompanying family members. May trabaho naman parents at brothers ko so dpat ba "No" sagot ko dito? Di rin sila sasama sa application ko.

3. Under sa employment history ni wife, kailangan din ba siya magprovide ng COE's nya with details ng kanyang tasks and responsibilities? Akala ko kasi di na needed by partner magprovide nito.

@kingmaling for no.1 kahit ano lang yan hehe. Ang nilagay ko lang dyan "health examination for visa 189". Ang importante yung hap id.

Enough na po ba ang 60 points para maapprove ang eoi recently? Ang occupation ko po is chemical engineer. Wala pa po kasi akong masyadong work experience talaga kaya medyo sagaran na sakin ung 60..

not sure if ilan minimum for chem eng kasi for example sa amin mga ICT-related, ginawang 65pts..check mo na lng sa DIBP na site..as for the points, pwede bawiin through IELTS tsaka PTE..try mo abutin yung 20pts sakaling makatulong..

Yung initial entry date based sa expiry date ng medical or police clearance whichever is the earliest dba?

For example I got 2 police clearance (PH & SG) since I'm currently based in SG. I got my PH one last year pa. Alin po ang susundin na expiry is it SG in my case since ito ang current residence ko or PH pa din based on the date kasi ito ang pinakamauuna magexpire?

Hello @Superched, I noticed in my grant letter, it follows the "medical result release date" of the primary applicant. I got my PCC earlier than medical result, but then di dun nagbase. (Though I'm not sure, maybe case-to-case per CO)

Bale nakareceived po ako ng ITA 2 weeks ago using EA MSA CDR Positive Outcome as Civil Engineer pero walang RSEA result (nagkamali ang Assessor ko di nya nalagyan ng RSEA result)
After my ITA, nagreply ang EA Assessor ko at nag apologize at magbibigay sila ulit ng Positive Outcome with RSEA same date nung unang outcome na naissue nya.
Sabi ko sa email sa kanya ok lang sakin na mag issue sya ng new outcome but make sure na walang magiging conflict sa date ng EOI at ITA ko.

Sa tingin nyo po ok lang ang ganitong sitwasyon?wala kaya magiging problema sa visa application ko?
