@mistervirata im not sure if we have the same case, pero un sa daughter ko kasi ni-refer naman sa BUPA clinic, hindi pa din kami nakapag-lodge ng visa nun so I think hindi naman problem un. Wait for 3-5 days, dapat may ma-receive ka email from BUPA stating kung ano un need mo na further test. Un sa case namin, ang requirement is for my daughter to finish her LTBI medication first before cya bigyan ng clearance, and since matagal pa tapos ng medication nya, we decided to lodge na un visa kesa naman ma-expire pa un ITA e sayang naman. so right now, naka-examination in progress pa din un status nun sa daughter ko. Ano un status ngaun ng My health declaration mo?

@maren1026 Thanks sa reply! Examination in progress pa din yung sakin pero hindi pa kasi nasusubmit ng clinic yung results. Inaantay pa nila yung result ng comparison with my old xray bago nila isubmit sa immigration. Nabasa ko lang kasi sa skillselect website na hindi daw magbibigay ng assessment si dibp kung pasok sa health requirement until maglodge ng visa.

@mistervirata i think they're just using the term
"Immigration" kasi assumption nila is naka-lodge kna ng visa. Suggest ko sayo, if matagal pa nman expiry ng ITA mo then wait mo nlng finalize un medical, ipprocess nman yan even if dpa lodged ang visa. Pero if malapit na mag-expire ITA, i suggest lodge mo na unless confident ka na massama ka uli sa next invitation rounds. Anyway, pag naman na-clear medical mo automatic nman un marereflect sa immi account connected to your visa application. Hndi mo lng cguro ma-expect agad na mbgyan ka ng visa until medical
Is cleared. Good luck

Tingin mo ba okay lang na magpamedical ulit ako but this time with another accredited clinic? Hindi kasi ako convinced dun sa sinasabi nilang suspicious findings. Bali ang ilalagay ko sanang HAP ID sa visa application ko e yung pangalawa kong nagenerate.

Just sharing yung ginawa ni hubs. Kasi sya alam nya may history sya ng scarring sa lungs dahil sa mga previous executive check ups nya sa current company.

Since Australia plan, eto na worry namin kasi baka hindi nga maclear sa medical. Kaya what we did after mapasa yung ielts at engineers aus, inasikaso na yung sa medical. Nagpacheck sya sa pulmonologist at kumuha ng med clearance. Ang sinuggest ng pulmo nya ay magpa sputum test at culture test sa lungs center para sure na sure daw na hindi na active. Ayun, he did he tests nga (culture test costs 2k yata at ang results ay 2months).
Kaya nung nagpa medical na sya (sa nationwide makati) may supporting docs na yung makikita sa xray at may med cert na from a pulmo. kaya all cleared agad yung medical. Though we were asked by our CO na mag sign sya ng health undertaking (form 815). Right now, waiting pa din kami sa grant.

Ayun. Dunno if this is helpful. Pero sharing it anyways. Hehe

Actually, wala akong medical history of anything regarding sa lungs and regular naman yung xrays ko na laging clear. Kaya laking gulat ko na may nakita si SLEC.

And then I found this thread saying na modus na sya ni SLEC:

Weird kasi sunod sunod talaga kaming tinawag (more than 10, tas sabay sabay din kami nung nagpaxray) na meron daw kaming significant suspicious findings.

Nagpasecond opinion ako kanina lang with a doctor and surprisingly, wala syang nakitang kahit na anong suspicious sa xray ko.

Ang balak kong gawin, di ko na ipupursue yung kay SLEC, gagawa ng new HAP ID, then papamedical ako sa Nationwide Makati sa monday. Dalhin ko na lang yung xray ko kanina.

Sobrang nastress ako sa findings ni SLEC not just because of the visa but also because of health concerns kahit na wala naman akong nararamdamang unusual.

Tama sa nationwide ka nalang hehe madali lang don.

ask ko lang pa dun sa mga hiningan ng extra docs ni CO. after ma upload, may kelangan ba gawin? or kelangan magreply dun sa email na nareceive to let them know na na-upload mo na ung additional docs?

@joyee , mag log in ka sa immiaccount > List Of Applications > My Health Declarations , sa gilid nun may reference number EGXXXXXXX , then makita mo na mga applicants, click view health assessment , makikita mo na HAP ID..

Yung ba yung naka "(xxxx)" na number katabi ng health clearance?

di ko kasi nacopy tapos tinapon ko na yung photocopy ko ng letter. Ang nakikita ko lang kasi sa pdf file ay TRN number.

@joyee , yung na mention ko na "EGXXXXXXXX" eh yan yung TRN ng My Health Delarations na ginawa mo, pag ni click mo yan, lalabas yung name ng applicant/s, then click mo yung "View Health Assessment" then makita mo status ex.
" Health clearance provided-no action required ( 10XXXXXX ) <---- eto yung HAP ID

Then pag nakita mo na HAP ID mo, you can check the status dito ( Complete / Incomplete / Required )

All educational history including primary, secondary and tertiary education - include the dates, name and address of institution, country and name of course for each course you are attending, have completed or have withdrawn from. You must indicate all activity during the period between the completion of your studies and your examination.

Nilagay niyo pa po ba ung elementary at highschool sa portion na to.. hope you guys can advise.. salamat
