* I was given the role of giving pre-employment safety induction seminar to new hires
* The chance to handle reporting direct to me piping trade technicians

On top of that, may provide sila sa 'kin
4.) UTE service vehicle complete w/ vehicle insurance and myself covered too
5.) Laptop
6.) Mobile phone (plan data)
7.) Personal protective equipment (safety shoes, company shirt tops, working pants)
8.) Standard basic rate offer with 9.5% super annuation renumeration package

Client meeting na on Wednesday, official business agad (gala na).

newbie question lang po. I hope matulungan niyo ako. ask ko kung pwede ba ako mag submit ng Expression of Interest considering my points or need ko mag ielts ulit or PTE muna. paki advise din po kung tama yung points ko . thank you.

Employment = assessed by ACS (ICT Support Engineer - 9 years) 20 points
Bachelors degree = 15 points
nominated by state (subclass 190) = 5 points
IELTS = Listening = 7.5, reading =6.5, writing = 6.5, speaking = 6.5 = 0 points

@saolmatt total of 60 points ka lang dahil 15 points lang maclaim mo sa employment.

1.) Take IELTS and gain the needed band scores required of your profession
2.) Professional Skill Assessment
3.) Lodge EOI
4.) Invitation to apply VISA (based on skill visa points)
5.) Apply for VISA after receiving invitation to apply
6.) Wait for VISA grant

@AspireAU21 better po as #1 there is no ample space to park your car and #2 registration takes time as after your seminar proper, your passport shall be stamped then so therefore it pays to be there ahead

nag submit na po ako ng EOI for subclass 190 (60 points). may chance kaya mainvite kahit minimum lang? although im planning to take PTE instead next month para maka kuha additional 10 points.

@saolmatt san state ka nagaapply ng SS? medyo mahigpit laban ng IT sa 190 kahit sa 189 kaya mas ok kung mapapataas mo points sa english. goodluck!

@Kate_OZ2015 some tips:
1. Make your CV retrofitted on the job you're applying for
2. If possible, find a job recruiter (they have no fees) for them to represent you to employer
3. Make different types of cover letters
4. Make follow up calls as there is a competitive market out there, be visible

@jmban33 hello bro. Fulfilling so far as in line with my field as mechanical engineer. Got my first payslip and superannuation. Quite a good run with my couple bosses as I am employed in a family business. Much better as I am treated with a home atmosphere with a convenience of having me use their service UTE pickup daily from home to work. Love it so far
