Hi! I just received my ITA for visa 190 from NSW.

What would be the next steps?

Do I need to pay the visa processing fees right away?

South Australia removed some occuoations for high point categories and with immediate effect. I believe this is just for nomination. Approve na po yung akin, ok lang po ba to lroceed eith visa application? Invitation is validu til apr 30

@kisses1417 any changes on the policies or circumstances set by State wont't affect you if you have the invitation already. This would only be applicable for future applications.

Also, I think those who have submitted before but no invitations yet will be excused from this changes (just my 0.02). Cause just to share with you - before, in VIC they hold the 190 applications for IT occupations but the rule is only applicable for future applications.

@SAP_Melaka yung sa marriage certificate, kailangan ba nka NSO copy or pede na mismo ung marriage certificate sa embassy, kasi sa embassy kami kinasal ni misis?

@purplehaze may checklist at link na kasama yung invitation. Need mong ma-submit yun within 14 days. Payment at this stage is 300 aud... (as of last Jan 2017 nung nag-submit ako, not sure kung tumaas na).

@silverblacksoldier submitted my EOI last February 9. Got my ITA for NSW 190 March 31. Submitted required docs April 3 then received approval from NSW and invitation to lodge Visa 190 from Skillselect this morning.

Based sa nabasa ko dito, may 2 approaches - pwedeng magpa-medical ka na muna bago mag-lodge at magbayad para mas mataas ang chance mong ma-direct grant or pwedeng mag-lodge ka muna then mag-medical. For my case, nag-lodge muna ako, paid all fees then nag-medical at police clearance processing. Let's wait for the input from others.

@purplehaze hi tama c z&z there are 2 approaches. If gusto mo mgmedical before ka mglodge at mgbayad you can use " my health declaration". And ung 2nd is mglodge and mgbayad before mgpamedical.

@cliffhanger82 based sa experience ko even married you have to establish your relationship lalo pag less than 1year...may mga kakilala ko na hiningan ng statutory declaration from parents, friends, common friends and boss tska pictures PERO kung matapat ka sa di fuzzy na CO like us marriage certificate lang okay na

question po..yung ITR's po ba dapat nka-CTC rin lahat??di siya colored pero diba official document siya ng pinas so not sure if necessary pa ba..

@mangdelfin what do you mean by CTC? Nire-refer mo ba yun notarized ITR? If so, pina-notarize ko yun ITRs in my case. Wait din natin yun ibang sasagot dito.

Tanong lang po. If meron kang hindi isinamang work experience dun sa eoi kasi di naman relevant pero isinama mo sya sa visa application but tagged as not relevant, magkakaproblema ba dun? Di ako nagclaim ng any points for work experience in both eoi and visa application. Thanks po!

yeah sorry..CTC is certified true copy..hehe..thanks MissM! Pa-notarize ko na lng rin yung akin just to be sure..better safe than sorry..

Done with medicals, it was a breeze sa Nationwide. Ang babait ng staff and doctors. Thanks guys for the reco. Mas konti tao around lunchtime, lahat kase gusto matapos ng maaga jayalahat mga 8am andun na. Hehe nbi naman sa Monday then lodge na. Sanamaging ok lahat. Pinakamadami daw nagpapamedical ng student visa.

Need po ba iattach din yung trascript of records ng husband ko, ( dependent ko sya) may diploma sya and cert of english as medium. Nawala sa loob ko yung transcript. Need po ba?

Question po. Meron po ba kayong guide as to the attachment ng documents? For example sa character reference, ano ba ang docs na dapat ilagay dito? I'm thinking it should be "Overseas Police Clearance - National" tapos NBI clearance ang ilagay. May marefer po ba kayong complete guide?

Follow up na rin. I just checked yung documents for upload ni wife. Magkaiba pala kami ng required documents. I can't seem to find a place to upload her TOR or diploma. Needed pa ba yun or hindi na? Thanks!

@mangdelfin for my spouse, i upload the tor and diploma in the "Attach more Documents" located at the bottom, I choose from the dropdown list the "Qualification, Overseas Evidence of".

Yung sa guide, i suggest u click the dropdowns list for every evidence. You will know from there the list of document applicable for that evidence
