@PMPdreamer in short talagang no preps ako sa 3, speaking lng talaga. paulit ulit ako ngreread aloud all the while recording it. ako na lng din ngeevaluate kng ok o hindi tas pg ok ang last recording, minimaintain ko na un. Pag sanay na sanay ka na na kahit sa pagtulog naiimagine mo na ang the way ka mgread aloud iapply na agad sa retell and describe.

kelangan gamay na gamay na ang pacing, tone and modulation bago mgproceed sa retell and describe kasi we tend to go back sa natural natin na pgsasalita kpag ngiisip pa ng sasabihin. and of course, stick to the script..script script talaga.

don't forget conclusion ang pinakaimportante. kung wala ng masabi, mgconclude na lang. e2language sa youtube helped a lot regarding sa organizing your thoughts.

Try mo rin gumamit ng headset, wag yung macbook mic lang para complete experience at ma-gauge mo ng tama sarili mo. @nurse alfred please try to back read. @inGodsTime ngtry ako ng mocktest isang paid scored mock nila.prang gold kit din.prang mas mura ng konti.mga 3 days after ko nkuha ung score ko.meron clang software mas mganda kung idodownload mo un.

Hello, I'm new here. I've been following posts regarding PTE as I will be taking mine this tuesday. Does anyone have an idea on how to know if you have to stop speaking in the Speaking part?Do we use only the progress bar? Because it seems difficult to estimate the time remaining using the progress bar only. Thanks in advance.

@anonymousprincess HI Princess! Nakapagtake ka na ba ng PTE? Kamusta? During my exam, it was a saturday, pinauna na kami, like10 minutes before 8am. Pero may certain time lang na pwede na kayo papasukin sa test center kahit super aga mo. Pipila kayo sa labas ng center.

@MissM hi MissM. I see nag exam ka rin sa Trident? Too bad for me, hindi umabot yung score ko sa speaking. I tried everything in terms of review. I just wonder, if pwede kaya mamili ng seat sa makati? Last time i took the exam may isang nakahiwalay na seat?

@donna_v hello! I'm not sure if we're allowed to choose our seat. I think I got (somehow) lucky kasi I was the first in line so I was assigned to the first seat sa pinakasulok. Less distraction. Hehe

hello guys! I just want to ask regarding sa speaking section, kailangan ba e press agad ang next button after the task like sa read aloud? or should I wait to finish until matapos ung 40 secs? usually natatapos ko e read around 25-30 scs lng.

@debbie09 hi... s speaking, if you dont speak for 3 sec magstop n ang recording. Its up to u kung ano mas comfortable sau, you can press next or wait for 3 sec. Nung ako, i used the 3 sec time pra huminga ng malalim at magrelax for the next read aloud. ang hirap kc pag tuloy tuloy k nagsasalita, minsan, nwawala s pacing. and ung kaba mo, fr start to finish.

@debbie09 Hi, in my case, I opted to click next rather than wait for the recorder to stop. I tried to wait on one test item to see if magstop sya after 3 secs pero tuloy tuloy pa rin recording nya kahit exceed na sa 3 secs. So I clicked next na lang on the succeeding items. Narerecord kasi ata yung katabi kong sobrang lakas kung magsalita hehe.

guys paano diskarte nyo para makakuha ng mataas na scores sa summarize written text?

@pindiola hi... You can check E2 language’s youtube video on summarize written text. Their format is very helpful.
Also, pag multiple paragraphs ung ibgay sau, try to summarize every paragraph first. Then combine mo sila lahat in one sentence. If in case hnd maganda ang construction ng sentence after you combined the summaries, try to give more weight sa topic and s conclusion ng text.
35 to 40 word sentence will do, but make sure to construct a complex sentence.

di ko din gets yung negative marking. kung sakaling mali yung sagot ko does it mean may deduction sa lahat ng score ko sa reading?

@gwapita_me reading section is quite tough. need mo magpractice ng maigi sa re-order paragraph kasi ito sa tingin ko ang may mataas na score. sa mccma lang ang may deduction or "right minus wrong" ang tawag nila. for me, max 2 answers lang ako sa mccma.
isa pang tip, you need to manage your time properly para umabot ka hanggang sa huling question

eto ang ginamit kong material, maraming sets yan sa youtube.

don't give up! kaya mo yan! try mo yang sa youtube na binigay ko. pang reading section lang yan. try mo review at orasan mo sarili mo. sa totoo lang sa reading lang din ako hirap pero kinaya gawa ng practice, tiwala sa sarili at dasal. God bless you!
