@eynah_gee nagparescore ako pero walang nagyari. Parang auto generated pa ung email na may nakalagay na "no changes".

Feeling ko, pag nagparescore ka, irere-run lang siguro nila ung file mo, so kung mahina ung boses mo or may environmental issues, wala silang pake. Kala ko pag nagparescore ka, manually nila papakinggan to check like IELTS, pero mukhang hindi. Kaya sabi dun sa ibang forum, mostly daw talaga no changes, kung meron man, mas bumababa pa. Mapwera nlng talaga siguro kung may technical glitch during checking/scoring.

Sa case nyo, at least may pagasa pa. Si Pearson na mismo naginform sa inyo. Lets pray na mabawi nyo ung speaking, +10 points na agad. Cheers

hi, does anyone know if same lang po yung version 1 scored practice test ng silver kit and gold kit? nag avail na kasi ako last time nun gold kit, i'm planning to buy naman ung silver ngayon kaya lang baka kasi same lang ung practice test nila?

Hi, I took the exam 8th of May and these were my scores

LSWR - 70/58/73/65

After few days, I received an email saying na may technical issues raw sa result ko and aayusin raw nila.

When I checked today heto na new scores ko

LSWR - 78 / 90 / 79 / 81

Grammar: 90
Oral Fluency: 77
Pronunciation: 83
Spelling: 87
Vocabulary: 76
Written Discourse: 90

Unfortunately, I need 79 each section. Do you think it would be worth it to request for a rescore?

Hello guys, anyone here knows where to find the "Test Reference Number" n hinahanap s pagfillup ng EOI form using m PTE Score report card? Tatlo po xe ung ma kiki ta s PTE Score report card na number "Test Taker ID," "Registration ID," or "Test Centre ID" ? Alin po kya dito sa tatlo ung "Test Reference Number?"

Hi @CathyCathy11 , congrats sa new results mo.

Yung sa case nyo, sa Pearson na mismo nanggaling na nagka-technical glitch sa system nila. Not sure kung anong nagyari, pero based from your new results, lahat nagbago, hindi lang sa speaking(as most of people have problem with). So possible na nagkaron ng mixed up sa scores. Let's wait for the other test takers new scores to see the trend.

As for your case, sayang talaga kasi 1point nlng need mo. Kung feeling mo may isolated case na technical glitch like makakuha ka ng 35 at some areas, pero ramdam mo na parang hindi naman dapat ganun score mo, then i think it is worth a try magparescore, though sabi sa mga forum, almost all of the times na nagpaparescore, walang changes or kung meron man bumababa pa.

Since computer based siya at mukhang computer din ang nagchecheck, parang pag nagparescore ka, irere-run lang nila ung file mo, di ata nila manually ichecheck like IELTS.

Sayang talaga ung 1 point mo, if u have the money, why not? But if tight ang budget, take note na ang rescore ay half ng full amount ng new test.

Maybe we can wait for the new scores nung mga affected ng changes and see how from there.

@eynah_gee , ikaw, meron ka na rin bang new scores?

@albertus1982 Thank you! Kya cguro hindi ako mainvite almost a year n bka dahil mali ung nilagay q s TRN ang nilagay q xe is Registration ID. May I know is this according to recommendation of Pearson's customer service? thanks

Got my rescored test results, i took exam last May 8.

First score: L-65, R-62, S-35, W-82
New score: L-73, R-77, S-76,W-82

Yung last exam ko I had 81 sa listening. The reason why bumaba yung result ko kasi napansin ko mejo mabilis yung phase nung recording. Yung akala mo hindi humihinga yung nagsasalita. Kaya hindi ko nahighlight agad yung words, in short nahuhuli ako. Possible may technical glitch. Yung last score ko sa speaking was 90, i think kaya bumaba yan kasi nauubusan ako ng oras sa pagsasalita dun sa describe image. Nevertheless, mag retake na lng ako kasi i am a few points short sa tatlong bands. masaya na din ako kahit di umabot ng 79, kasi anlaki ng itinaas ng reading score ko from 73 to 77, ngayon mag focus na ko sa reorder paragraph since dun ako hindi confident during the exam.

For one moment akala ko di effective ung click next and doing all the techniques, but as your rescores are coming out, it gives hope to the hopeless. Hehe

My turn to share my tips and experiences since this thread and the members helped me so much in attaining my scores. Thank you all sa pagsagot sa mga tanong ko and grabe, ang dami talagang tips dito na gumagana sa actual test.

Firstly, the review materials I used were Macmillan, Pearson Practice Test Plus and yung CD with 3 practice tests. E2 Language youtube channel definitely has some good tips especially sa re-order paragraph. I bought the gold kit from pearson website and I used the mock tests 3 days and 2 days before my actual exam. Here are my mock results:

Listening 73 - 74
Reading 74 - 71
Speaking 62 - 60
Writing 77 - 76

Grammar 83 - 82
O.Fluency 59 - 55
Pronun. 57 - 43
Spelling 69 - 84
Vocab. 85 - 87
Writ. Disc. 90 - 90

Sa 1st mock test speaking score, medyo mabilis ang pagsasalita ko tsaka marami akong utal utal sa pagsasalita. Sa second naman, I thought I did better pero ganun parin and worse mas bumaba. The rest, I didn't mind kasi based sa mga mock test scores ng members dito, normal ang ganyang score. So I just moved on.

Next are my experiences on the actual test. I took the exam here in Melbourne Polytechnic and ang lawak ng room. Cubicle type sya and we were 9 test takers I think. The proctor set up my pc and the first thing I did was to test the headset. Three times ko chinceck. Dun na rin nagstart magbuild up ng noise from other test takers. The position of my mic is in front of my nose siguro mga 3 cm away. Basta make sure na clear yung voice mo sa recording and di naririnig yung other noise. May static noise akong naririnig nun pero mahina lang which I think was normal. Then, I clicked next.

Speaking 90/90
Dito nagworry ako kasi sabay sabay nagsasalita ang mga tao tapos ang lakas ng boses nila. Mostly Indian mga kasabay ko. Pero I just focused sa screen ko. Uminom pala ako ng kape beforehand to improve my concentration. Read aloud, no problem. Straightforward and I used the remaining time on each preaparation to write my script/template for describe image. Then repeat sentence, for me increasing difficulty nya per item. Unang sentence ang dali, kala ko ganun na hanggang huli pero yung last 3 items dami ko namiss na items pero I made sure na fluent parin ako and correct grammar parin kahit imbento lang yung ibang words. Sa describe image naman, mostly bar graph nakuha ko. Ang special image lang na meron ay image ng 2 flags so I just improvised my script. Sa re tell lecture, mahaba ang oras ng lecture mostly more than a minute so ang technique na ginawa ko is write full sentences sa notes ko para derederecho na lang babasahin. Totally random key points lang ginamit ko and a generic conclusion. 35-39 seconds mga recordings ko sa describe img and retell lec. After answer short questions, nakahinga na ako nang maayos kasi finally natapos din.

Writing 81/90
I got 2 summarize written texts and 1 essay. The 2 summarize written texts had fairly easy topics. 30-40 words ko dito. Important to check grammar and spelling. Next is essay. My topic was about climate change. What area to focus daw and why and give examples. I was surprised because nasanay ako sa topics with 2 sides. Eh dito 1 side lang. Nahirapan ako gawing 4 paragraphs sya pero pinilit ko parin. Umabot naman ako 240+ words. Simple sentences lang ginamit ko. After every paragraph na matapos ko, I checked agad yung grammar and spelling para sa huli isang read through na lang. Naubos ko 20 minutes tapos pigang piga na utak ko dahil sa topic. I felt exhausted after that.

Reading 90/90
Dito ko na naranasan after effects ng writing section. Tapos dumagdag pa yung bumulaga sakin na 1st section: Fill in the blanks na reading and writing. I thought huli ang fill in the blanks eh haha. Madali naman ang reading section. Ang naging problema ko lang ay nag sspace out ako pag may nababasa akong di ko magets haha. Literal na natutulala. At dahil dun nagahol ako sa oras. Time pressured sya so manage time wisely. Tip ko lang talaga sa reading ay practice.

Listening 83/90
I didn't use the 10 minute break kasi feeling ko mawawala epekto ng kape. Nag stretch at huminga ng malalim then I proceeded. Similar lang dificulty sa reading and importante ang practice. Wala na akong maibigay na tip dito except magfocus lang talaga sa naririnig. Wag lilipad ang isip. Nabilisan lang ako sa pace ng section na to. Sa write from dictation wala ata akong naitamang full sentence. Tapos yung huli nagimbento pa ako ng bagong salita kasi di ko talaga nagets yung sinabi haha lol. Basta tama grammar at spelling goods na.

Conclusion ko is mas madali talaga ang actual compared sa mga practice materials na ginamit ko. Pero dahil sa mga yun, di ako naoverwhelm sa mga na encounter kong items. Confidence lang and always follow your instincts (dami kong unsure answers sa reading). Personally, I think my speaking is below average pero dahil sa practice, kaya naman pala. All the best mga kabayan.

@ajdee , how did you resend your scores to DIBP in the Pearson site? Since this is a new score on the same ID. I got the following error.

'A Score Report may only be sent to a recipient once. The Score Report has already been sent to Department of Immigration and Border Protection - DIBP - Visa Applications. Please remove the recipient(s) from the order'

@Shakespeare23 Congrats on your new score! Hmmm. Hindi ako nagsend ng scores ko previously kasi lowest ko ay 49 lang so no use yung results ko kung isesend. Ngayon sinend ko, no problem naman since 1st time ko lang isend. As for your problem, I think hindi naman ata crucial isend yung report using the pearson site kasi you can send it later naman sa immi account. May nabasa din ako sa pearson website na "For Australian visa applications, your score will have automatically been sent to DIBP when you selected 'Australia' as your chosen destination at registration."

Describe Image:
The (type of image) projected on the screen is the presentation of variables from research entitled (title).
If pie chart or table: It is subdivided into (number) different portions/columns/rows.
If bar/line graph: The horizontal axis represents (axis title) while the vertical axis represents (axis title)
Based on the data provided, the highest sector/largest area is ___ with ___, while the lowest sector/smallest area is ___ with ___.
Overall, this graph/chart seems accurate and concise and can be used as a reference for future studies with the same objective.

Depende sa pace ng pagsasalita, minsan nagdadagdag ako ng "It is surprising to see that the second highest sector is ___ with ___."
Tapos pag kapos na sa oras, pinuputol ko yung conclusion pero dapat may conclusion.

Re-tell Lecture:
The lecture was regarding (topic title) and a significant amount of time was spent discussing around this topic. It concluded after all the data points were discussed completely. To summarise his/her analysis, he/she pointed out that ___. He/she mentioned that ___. He/she also said something about ___.

Sinulat ko etong templates na to during read aloud section para continuous yung pagsasalita ko. All the best!
