@kaloidq yes po pinagawa ko sya both kung san ako nagpa notarize. Sabihin mo lang po pacertify true copy AND notarize

30 pesos bayad ko sa notarize per document tas 30 pesos per page sa CTC

Hello po, question regarding sa pag papa CTC ng birth and marriage certificate. Saan po kayo nag pa CTC ng birth and marriage cert? magkaiba ba yun dun sa red ribbon authentication na ginagawa sa DFA? Kung mag papa CTC ng birth and marriage cert, ano ano ang dapat dalhin? yung NSO issued na certs ba yun na mismo ang i-cCTC nung notary public?

tapos po isa pang question is para duns a generic COE's kasi yung mga previous company na napasukan ko before eh sarado na yung isa hindi ko macontact yung boss ko before. (Meron nako statutory declaration from all of my previous experiences and notarized na din). ang question ko is sino ang pwedeng mag sign nung generic COE's? yun bang nag sign ng statutory declarations ko eh pwede sila din ang mag sign nung generic COE? tapos kelangan pabang me letterhead? and oks lang ba na halos parehas yung wordings nung mga generic COE's na yun (since generic nga sya)? I'm assuming na need din ipanotarized yung correct?

i have similar question as @bokz42. sinabi lang sakin to ng friend ko na lawyer, yun hinihingi natin sa NSO na birth cert (yun mga via SM), yun na daw yun CTC. pero upon checking kasi, wala naman nakasulat na certified true copy. pano ginawa nyo? photocopy those docs then yun yung panotaryo and ctc?

@kaloidq @bokz42 need ipa-photocopy ung NSO issued birth certificate tas pa-CTC and notarize. Iba po un sa red ribbon auth na ginawa sa DFA. Dalhin mo lang ung photocopy ng document sa notary public then sabihin mo ipapa CTC and notarize mo. Meron notary public sa harap ng starmall (edsa shaw) sa may left side, Letrato ang name. Open sila ng 9am-8pm. Mag mrt ka lang then baba sa shaw blvd station.

As for the coe ng closed company, ok na siguro ung stat dec signed by your boss plus supporting evidence like payslip and ITR. Supposedly kasi HR ang magbibigay ng generic coe kaso since closed na ung company di na nila mabibigay un. Wait din natin reply ng iba

If it's an implementation, then you put SAP ECC implementation or SAP ECC roll-out. Only you can properly describe it. Good luck, mate!

Hi all,

Question lang po about sa school section and degree. I am about to submit my ACS application, kaso nag dadalawang isip pa ako isubmit dahil yung school ko e hindi listed sa sections (which is found in this site) so baka -5yrs ako or so. Ang nominated occupation ko ay 236111 (network and systems) BSECE ako.

- may nabasa ako na may tendency na mag bawas ng more than 2 yrs si acs dipende sa school section mo, pero may way daw para di na iconsider ni ACS yun. Which is having a PRC license. So my question is: Licensed ECE ako, the only problem is hindi na ako nag renew ng lisensya ko, pwede parin ba yun? I am planning to get my certificate sa PRC.

Sa tingin nyo ba, need ko pa ba kaya mag renew?

Hello guys, ask po ako ng advise. In my previous employment in Kuwait I wish to claim my 3yrs of experience but my issue I only have this in hand;

- employment contract
- Kuwait work pass ID
- Kuwait Visa attached in my old passport
- Contact with Arab ex-colleague.

The main thing which are payslips and bank statements wala ako. By the way free of tax ang citizens/foreigners sa Kuwait, kaya no tax report.

Please advise nman po who had this kind of obstacle.

Hi... Ask ko lang po... 2 pages kasi yung Employment Reference ko. Nung nagpa-notarized ako yung first page lang ang nilagyan ng stamp. Okay lang kaya yun kahit yung second page walang stamp?

@Panorama1 I came from section 3 school, ECE grad din, 263111 code din. Di na ko nag renew ng license ever since, but i provide them my expired ID and the certificate from PRC. prove them that you have more than 200 units, and a holder of PRC.

you can checked my timeline. initially i was given a result equivalent to AQF diploma and deducted 5 years of exp. I take the risk of submitting an appeal, and state the reason above.

okay lang naman sa ACS na iba iba yung nag-notarized diba? Kasi balak ko ngayon magpa-notarized sa ibang law office nalang para sa employment reference ko.

it doesnt matter kahit magkaiba. as long as may stamp, name ng lawyer at signature nia.

@ceasarkho for the ACS assessment need mo talagang kumuha ng COE from your prev HR or ask your ex-colleague for a Stat Dec. During visa lodge ang evidence ng employment are COE / Stat Dec + proof of paid employment usually payslip/bank statement/tax notices or ITR. May mga cases din na u can use COE or contract as long as naka-indicate ang salary but depende pa din sa CO kung i-aaccept nya.

hi ms @cailynragsdepot, yup, 5pts po yung 4yrs 2mos exp from relevant occupation mo , starting from 04/12 to present, with the gap from company 3 to 4..

not sure po about the part where you'll get 10pts after 10mos or so, and by just updating your COE .. OR you'll need to have a new assessment .. I've read na kelangan bagong assessment .. sorry po, no first hand exp.. lets wait for others. or check this:

guys san kayo nag pa CTC ng birth and marriage certificate nyo? kasi halos lahat ng puntahan na notary public ayaw nilang tatakan, dapat daw sa DFA, kasi yung sa DFA is authentication naman, hindi CTC. thanks!
