Yes to be nominated by the state/territory ka dapat. But no need for job offer..applicable yata yan sa western territory.. Sa Northern south at ibang part para di naman required sa kanila.

hi, tanong ko lang kung may nabago na ba sa Skilled Occupation List? kasi may nakita ako na yung mga ibang occupations, ang sabi eh "have reached the occupation ceilings" is that mean na it will be removed from the Skilled Occupation List na? Thanks in advance.

@haniebee It means na-reach yun occupation ceiling for this fiscal year. Come July magre-refresh ulit yun. For the list of removed occupation, you may check this link for further info.

Hi guys. Okay lang ba na mag double yung document na e a upload ko? Kasi yung nangyari example nag upload ako ng Transcript of Record ko tapos yung pinili ko na category sa Proof of Education something tapos nag notify na kailangan kong mag upload sa Proof of Overseas Experience tapos andun ang TOR. Example lang to guys kasi ganito yung situation ko. Thanks.

@benitos_jr just a suggestion - try to read on the latest round results from skillselect, i think May 10 is the latest. Then check the table below this label - Points scores and the visa dates of effect cut off for the occupations in the 12 April 2017 invitation round., you can verify the visa date of effect which is in the last column from the table.

from my own understanding and analysis, for 2631 (Computer Network Professionals), the last visa date of effect was Feb 3 2017 having 65 points. In a month, there will be 2 invitation rounds. If you will submit your EOI today, count the # of invitations moving forward from Feb 3 until the day your EOI reaches the visa date of effect. That's the time you probably will have the Invitation for a visa, assuming there will be no cut off. Though this is just my understanding. As a disclaimer, it's still up to the embassy on how long will be their processing of visa invitations and grants.

Hey guys, I have a question about the pro-rata occupations. My nominated occupation (261111) was raised to 70 points this year because the ceiling has been met. Depending on the backlog, it might go down to 65 (my points) around the middle of the year, probably September. Hopefully.

The question is, should I submit an EOI anyway despite the higher point requirement or just wait until it has been lowered down? My concern is that if I submit an interest now with a higher point requirement, it might not be queued but rather rejected. Not sure how it works, really.

@YoungJebediah it won't be rejected..it will be queued still..now if there are many of you with 65 points and there are limited slots(just a scenario), then most probably all EOI with 65 pints will be prioritized by EOI date..besides skill select automatically invites 65pts EOI when all 70pt EOIs have been invited and that happens even before you get informed that the point requirement have been lowered. ..so if i were in your shoes, I will submit my EOI..it is valid for 2 years anyway.. hope this helps..

Hi all,

May CO contact ako just now, ang hinihingi sa akin, payslip ng isa kong company, e wala na akong copy nun as in. Nag lagay naman ako ng contract at sa tax. Pano gagawin ko kung wala na talaga? Tapos pinag papasa ako ng form 815. E cleared naman yung medical ko. Bakit kaya ganon..
