Hi Guys, Im new here.. Question lng, if I'm an ECE Graduate pero ung work ko is in IT, do I need to upload ung PRC ID na nakapasa ako sa board for ECE? Expired na po to kasi hndi ko na nirenew ever since dhil nsa IT nmn field ko.

Hello everyone,

Nagssubmit na kami ngayon sa ACS, pero dun sa current job, yung "to date" walang drop down selection na "present" at hindi rin ina accept ng system yung walang selection. Paano ginawa nyo guys?

Hi guys,

Im new here, and got question.

I am still waiting for my ACS assessment's result, and currently reviewing for PTE.

I am 32 years old now, and turning 33 this december. My question is, can I still claim 30 points if I can submit EOI before december?

@wjdsinbad yes, you can still claim 30 pts before yout 33rd birthday. However, if you don't get invited before your birthday, your points will decrease in your EOI.

coe should be sufficient enough unless the case officer rquests for additioanl payslip and itr.

Hi

Based on the following stats:
Language Test - 20pts
Age - 30pts

I'm from a section 2 school. BS IT. 6years exp. I'm planning to do ACS assessment next month.

Based kasi sa mga nababasa ko equivalent sa advanced diploma lang yung sakin. And minus 5 years sa experience. Leaving me with just 60pts (10pts from diploma).

Anong chances ko po kaya na ma select sa visa 189 at visa 190? I can claim 5pts sa wife ko from visa 190. Job code ko po ay Developer Programmer.

@jahzilano hi there! I'm a migration agent based in London and got intrigued by your skills assessment outcome. I graduated from De La Salle (main) so you caught my attention! Anyway, hard to make a proper comment on your outcome letter as I don't know much about the entire circumstance but yeah if you're saying you have about 33% ICT content then it should be classified as under ICT major criteria. I wonder what made them decide against it. Did you provide your transcript?

@RheaMARN1171933 Yes, I've provided my transcript and asked my case officer about it. He suggested that if I'm sure about it I can have it reviewed or apply under the RPL route. I think ACS didn't consider some of my subjects as ICT according to their criteria. I'll review my transcript and decide, I guess. Thanks!

@agd it all depends which state would be open for sponsorship at the time you're ready to lodge EOI. I must say NSWtakes ages whilst Vic and SA are more accommodating. This can change though, that's the tricky part.

Guys question, am a BS Business Economics grad, my school is section 1 according to my agent. Just received my assessment (unsuitable) from ACS, because I need 8 years daw of related work and I've only worked for 6.
I checked the ANZSCO thingy and it said basta may degree ka miski Non-ICT you can lodge kahit 6 years lang ang ICT related experience. Should I appeal or review? Kastress!

@silverblacksoldier Yup, submitted everything. Dumaan ako sa agent (Respall). They also checked my qualifications, RPL, and work experience before submitting, tama naman daw. For some reason my results came out like kulang ng years and all the experience are puro zero years / months.

@kwonshinhee I see. Not sure kung bakit ganyan, pero hindi kaya yung job description na pinrovide mo hindi fit dun sa occupation? RPL din kasi ako. Although lahat ng job experience ko may (n months n years), na deductan ako ng more than 6 yrs para sa pwede ma claim na points.
Let's wait sa response ng iba kung paano mo iclaclarify yan sa ACS. Good luck!

@kwonshinhee I checked the guidelines for ACS. Yung kailangan ng 8 years experience ay kapag walang qualifications. Since meron ka naman qualification, at section 1 pa school mo, I guess you could try to appeal the results. Meron ka naman basis for your appeal.

Ilang years na count nila for your experience? Because that could be another problem kung less than 6 yung iassess nila na closely related sa nominated occupation mo.
