    Good morning!
tanong ko lang kung tama po ba calculation ko sa points ko. Plan ko po mag 189. Ongoing na po ANMAC assessement ko.

    Age 30 - 30 pts
    OET ALL B : Proficient - 10 pts
Skilled Employment (Overseas&PH)- 8.9 years paid working experience- 15 pts
    Qualification-BSNursing-PH - 15 pts

    70 points po ba??

Tapos na po ako mag Bridging Program (12 weeks). May makukuha ba akong points sa Bridging program ko? Thanks!

    Hello All!

Im on a student visa right now dito sa Australia. BS Nursing ( 1.5 yrs, I finish by June next year). I am now looking into possible visas once I finish uni. Tanong ko lang po, necessary ba na may work experience? Kasi I was a fresh grad and newly registered nurse sa PHL before I came here. no work experience. But counting my points for visa 189 - I can meet the 60 points as long as makakuha ako ng all 8 sa IELTS.

    Thank you!

@ulan889 Take na sya ng IELTS/ PTE para kapag nakuha nya required score makapagpass sya ng application for nursing registration sa AHPRA, nagpapractice naman sya as a nurse kaya marefer sya magbridging program (3 months). After ng Bridging pwede na sya maregister and magwork as RN..

@diazepamie Hi. regarding all 8 ielts, always have a plan B. yun din plan ko dati. nkailang takes ako, di talaga umabot ng 8. i tried ielts pte and oet. you already have 1.5 years ng bachelor. to be on the safe side, enrol another diploma course pra lang ma extend visa (i believe di ka pa pwede sa grad visa). you can actually gain 5 points from a 2-year australian study. i have the same problem kasi. kulang sa age and walang ma claim na exp

@ninyeh Hello just saw your reply hopefully you still visit this group. Clarify ko lang po sana, Nagain ko na po kasi ang AHPRA registration ko what are the chances po kaya na marefuse pa din ang ANMAC modified skill assessment ko? Worried lang kasi ako dahil i got my registation via the TTMR act kasi NZ registered nurse din ako. Thank you in advance for your reply.

@dy3p kailangan 2 year study pag mag-claim niyan. Decline ang abot mo kung bridging lang naman ang kinuha mo na less than 2 years...

    @kymme Please read this https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Work/Allocation-dates-for-General-Skilled-Migration-applications/2-year-study

I can't answer definitively kasi di ko alam yung approved duration ng two degrees mo

@kymme yes po. Option yung 189. I was just wondering if pwede pa rn mag apply ng 189 kahit walang ma claim from overseas/australian work experience. I think I will do 489 na lang po kasi pasok na scores ko even with all 7 ielts score. Parang magastos yung kukuha ulit ako ng student visa. Hehehe pero we'll see what happens

@diazepamie Basta abot mo yung 60 points pwede kang mag apply ng 189. Better yan kaysa 489

@diazepamie Hindi bale, it's going to be all worth it. Isipin mo na rin how you can extend your stay here if you're planning to process your PR here in Au. Most likely, kakailanganin talaga ng extra time para maiprocess lahat from Ahpra to ANMAC to Skill select and to PR.

@Cassey planning to extend po using visitor visa para make attend din ng grad. If may sponsor, better po sana kasi kahit di n ako mag ANMAC (pero parang sobrang malabo kasi nakapafreshie ko hehe) if not, offshore ko na lang po i-lodge. :)

@kymme Hi, tumawag ako sa ANMAC and they said na it's 2 yrs from the issuance date. Kapag once na naissue na yung LOD at may changes like a recent work experience, you don't have to go through another process of resubmitting all documents. You will only need to provide reference letter from your employer and a $120 payment.
