Hello po mga sir and mam. just want to verify, im a bit confused po of the latest revision ginawa ng Aussie govt pra po sa profession nating Architectural Draftsman. King tama po ba pagkakaintindi ko na ang arki draftsman nalipat na sa STSOL- which is pang short term lang. ibig sabhin po wala nang pang visa 190?? pero sa current ANZSCO list open sya ngayon sa Tazamania. hope you guys can advise.mas informative di hamak pa dito kaysa sa ibang agent na kilala ko base sa pinas. Salamat.

Ako ang pagkakaintindi ko, yung mga nasa STSOL yun yung mga pang visa 190 and yung isang list naman na medium to long term yun yung sa 189. Kasi nag change lang sila ng name pero same parin ng SOL at CSOL.

Good day sa lahat, tapos napo ako sa vetassess and IELTS, positive yung results..

ininform din po ako sa agent regarding sa next stage (EOI) and binigay yung QLD as an option for the 489 kasi yun lang daw yung open as of now, hindi po ba pwede mag submit ng EOI for 190 sa QLD?

ano po suggestion nyo, maghihintay po ba ako for the 190 sa ibang state opening or i-grab ko na yung 489 sa QLD?

same tayo, QLD 489 din binigay skin ng agent. pero i prefer 190. seems like mag aantay tlga. baka parehas a tayong agent. AIMS?

sa mga inufferan ng agent ng 489 visa. pd po ba pakitanong if kung 489 ang visa, talagang sa regional areas ka lang pd mag work, like sa QLD, di ka pwede tumira at magwork sa brisbane or gold coast. mukhang walang flexibility kasi un 489.

@hi po ntrust po ako, humingi din ako ng advise sa mga kaibigan ko dito sa sg at sa au, sabi nila go na daw ako sa 489..nung Friday lang kasi lumabas yung recommendation ng agent, so hintay lang ng konti..

pwede ba mag submit ng eoi sa ibang mga states?

ito yung gagawin ng agent sa next step

@kaidenMVH sa info na nabasa ko, pwede mag reside any area sa QLD except Brisbane and Gold Coast, pero pwede mag work kahit saan..

@jmwreck ah ok. mga fried mo sir sa AU mga 489 holder din? oo pde multiple EOI sa ibang states. most likely di lang mkakakuha ng reply agad dhil sarado pa mga sates sa occupation natin. unless mag oopen. tingnan ntin this July 12 which is bukas kung magbubukas

morning po. meron pa bang nagconsider ng 489 sa QLD . hinde ba mhirap mging PR sa 489 at benefits?.. open tyo hobart 190 sa QLD 489..any suggestion po ano mas prepare nyo sa dalwa in case lang thanks po

Hi @curiousmom , to answer your question make sure that you dig into a lot of research regarding subclass 489 visa.
One of the drawback of this was with visa 489, medicare and some other benefits with will not be provided, unlike visa 190/189. (Kindly double check on this) :-/

The visa 190 gets you directly there, but as mentioned by fellow members above, downside of it was you have to wait to get the nomination, at the moment even ACT is closed :-< . While on the other hand, visa 489 requires you to work/live for 4 years in a regional state while your visa is still valid, but later on you can apply for PR by the help of subclass 887 visa under some conditions. (another cost to take note) X_X

Overall, both visas can get you to permanent residence, it just a matter of choice and preference of the applicant. So if you have a choice and apply for either one, visa 190 is a great choice.

Hello po sa mga members! I just got invited by QLD for subclass 489. Basically, subclass 489 can lead to subclass 887(permanent residency) later on as long as you comply atleast 1 year with min of 35hrs/week sa work mo on a designated regional area where you have been sponsored and by staying on that regional area for 2 years. Medyo mahirap na kase sa occupation nten now unlike last time kaya grab na.
