@JapsRN With OSHC, Allianz yung kinuha namin kasi at that time sila ang pinakamura (for couple) and hindi naman namin nagamit for our entire stay here.

Hello po ms. Casey, concern ko po is meron na po akong refusal history sa Aus in student visa twice due to financial reason so ngayon pag3rd apply ko na soon tapos may 3 universities na tumanggap sa akin pero conditional ngalang sa isang uni. Nagpass ako last sa financial docs. Catholic Uni.

@Jay_junior88 Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried seeking help from other agencies such as IDP or AECC? Free naman services nila just to get a second opinion. Ano ba yung course na kukuhanin mo?
    1. Pwede silang magsponsor. You just need to establish na you really are relatives. Submit proofs like their birth cert or marriage cert pag uncle in law ang magsponsor, things like that.. Have you submitted a letter that says you have an access to those accounts, their bank statements and their ITRs as well? Have you checked kung yung amount ba na meron sila coincides with how much you'll be needing for the entire duration of your stay here?
    2. Just to clarify is it a refusal from the uni or visa refusal? Ang visa refusal walang kinalaman yung school kasi immigration ang may hawak nun. In the first place, pag hindi mo nameet yung requirements ng uni, di ka na papadalhan pa ng offer letter. Hindi ibig sabihin na pag may refusal ka na from before automatically na marerefuse ka ulit. Maybe you did not address the Case Officer's concern/s from your first refusal that's why nangyari uli. Check mo rin yung portion kung saan nakalagay yung reasons mo why you want to study here in Au and why that particular course. Read the CO's reason for your refusal para maconvince mo yung CO na genuine yung pagstudy mo rito. May thread dito regarding visa refusal na nagrant on their second try, basa ka run I'm pretty sure you'll get some ideas.
Don't lose hope :) and pray.

Hi po! Ask ko lang po, do you have any update regarding refusal of student visa for BP? My intake is on August 2 sa ETEA.

I just got hold of an IHNA agent. :|

Apart from that, as of June 29, 2017, AHPRA is looking for a vendor to conduct and develop an objective structured clinical exam (OSCE) for internationally qualified nurses.

Which is good of course, but a lot tougher than what it was.

    08/11/15 - IELTS
    16/12/15 - AHPRA registration application
14/01/16 - AHPRA refusal and referral to BP
    09-11/16 - Bridging program completion
    28/11/16 - AHPRA registration re-application
    03/12/16 - AHPRA registered
04/12/16 - Job offered and accepted (457 Sponsorship)
01/04/17 - Medicals for both 457 and future PR application
    07/04/17 - ANMAC assessment application
15/04/17 - Filed for resignation from current employer
21/04/17 - Nomination submitted by AU employer
    23/05/17 - Nomination granted
    31/05/17 - 457 application lodged
    16/06/17 - 457 Granted
    27/07/17 - EOI Submitted
    06/09/17 - ITA received
10/09/17 - PR Skilled Independent 189 Application Lodged
    17/10/17 - CO Contact

@dval read @Cassey 's comment. mg BP ka pala kaya need mo ng 450 hours. yung sakin is 1 year bachelor's degree na ok lng 6.5 sa english test muna tapos tanggap na walang exp kasi sbi ni anmac 'fresh grad from uni' kami kya ok lng. pinag stat dec lng. but if you are really aiming for BP, then go for 450 hours

Me too naiform ng IHNA na mag6mos na bridging.. as much as possible try to make it this year for registration.. kasi kahit tpos na natin BP, SInce magrereapply ulit tayo for assessment sa AHPRA, We will follow the standards and rules sa time na maglodge tayo ulit ng application.. kaya best way is makatpos ng BP and reapply for registration before this year ends. After BP, we need to wait pa for the release of cert of completion ng BP which will take 2-3weeks then that's the time we can reapply for registration. Kaya paspasan na natin.. naghihigpit na talaga cla.

Hi po. Kaka take ko lang ng PTE the other day and I luckily passed. I'm a 3rd year nursing student here in Sydney. Yun pag take ko is for APHRA Registration na. 7.5 equivalent ng grades ko sa IELTS. But, since 23 years old palang po ako. Kulang ako ng points for PR.

Or kelangan ko talaga umulit? Kasi dapat same yun ipasa ko na result sa APHRA and Immi? Need help guys!

@farqu_04 After AHPRA registration, you may start to apply for skills assessment from ANMAC. Then when you get your LOD from them, apply through skill select and wait for an invite. Once invited, apply for PR. You're welcome, btw.

@audreamer05 Hi, unfortunately I'm not familiar with that. You can read on this link though.
    http://www.nursingmidwiferyboard.gov.au/Registration-and-Endorsement/International/Accreditation-requirements-of-the-qualification-assessment-model.aspx
The best thing to do is to have the documents be assessed by AHPRA to know whether bridging is still needed or not.

    Hi,

I'm on my last semester na sa Monash Uni dito sa Melb. Then dun sa form about dun sa question na "What is your health practitioner registration history?". RN ako sa pinas may experience. Kaso yung license ko nagexpired na last year need ko pa ba magrenew? or kukuha na lang ako ng certificate?ano kukunin ko Certificate of Good Standing or Certificate of Registration Status.

@dval hi, I talked to their representative just yesterday and she told me that they are awaiting for confirmation that bridging course will be 6 months instead of 9 weeks starting in 2018. I also received an email from their rep in the Phils. excerpt from the email: "Currently, we will be having a new schedule for the new program for bridging course this coming 2018. However, the bridging program will no longer run for 9 weeks but for 6 months. All the details will be released probably by the end of July or August."

@patet34 Ang masasagot ko lang sa mga tanong mo is hindi ka makakakuha ng certificate of good standing kung expired ang license mo, yan sabi sakin last May nung kumuha ako ng cert of GS sa prc.

@patet34 Unfortunately, kailangan mong irenew yung PRC license mo. Dapat valid siya kasi gagamitin mo siya for your AHPRA registration, ANMAC Skills Assessment at for PR application. While you still have time, parenew ka na para by the time na matapos ka nakuha mo na license mo. After mong grumaduate, kailangan mo ng magapply for AHPRA registration. Kakailanganin mo yung Good Standing from PRC which should be sent directly to AHPRA from them. Btw, Did you do a bridging or conversion course?
