is pwede ang IE for 189, 489, 485 and 190 kase meron IFSOL (189 & 489-Family) and STNOL (190 & 489-State), pero hindi lang kase official document ang list na to, kailangan lang icheck sa official release ng border.au.gov

What I also understand sa legislative instrument:

is nasa MLTSSL list ang IE, which means applicable sa atin ang item sa (Column 2) na may MLTSSL (which basically lahat items naman)

@akoaypinoy @lottysatty @gillianLeoh2017 @levimervin @freeiann @onin111 @Grifter Guys ngupdate ako ng EOI pra subukan if pde nga tayo sa 190 guess what nun sa Summary bigla ng-De-Select Sub-Class kase daw Wla daw tayo sa Relevant Occupation, kya ngcancel me, 189 pa din nakasalang at waiting. Nalilito lang ako kasi sa ACT at TAZ open sya at wla na ung ** dati caveat sa aten. Kasi ndi nmn tau makaka-apply dun sa mga State na yan kung wlang Invitation Letter with reference number tska tayo pde mgaaply sa mismong website ng mga state na yan. If someone can share his/her experience pls do so we can all enlighten and be able to know what to do in the coming days. Tska ndi pa naten alam ang quota ng group na 2335 if 1,500 visa ba or anu. Update guys Thanks!

@juvelinks experienced the same this morning... I also de-selected ang 190 sa ACT kasi ayaw magproceed to submit. ACT by the way will open again their offshore migration on monday. From other thread someone informed na posibleng isa to sa inaayos ng ACT. We'll see on monday kung papasok na ang EOI 190 natin. :-)

@juvelinks may EOI ako sa 190 submitted last january 21,2017 pa tapos nakatanggap ako ng message from skillselect stating that "Your EOI has been identified as one that may be affected by the update of the Consolidated Sponsored Occupations List (CSOL) that takes effect from 19 April 2017. @akoaypinoy oo parehas tau may nareceive din ako na ganyan kya ang ginawa ko ngupdate din me sa araw na un at inalis ko ung 190, kya ngaun, since my final update na, na ayon sa ibang state gaya ng ACT, na open cla sa 233511 IE, ngsubok me mgupdate agad, pero un nga ngdeselect kz nga daw ndi relevant category, sabi inaayos daw ng ACT sa EOI ewan ko kung anu gagawin, antayin naten update. balak kna mgpalit ng iba if mahirapan d2 sa 233511.

@juvelinks so you mean to say ung EOI mo for 189 at 190 ay isa lang? hindi separate EOI? If yes, kapag inupdate mo ba yun ung 189 mo
mauupdate which will mean na magmove din ung date at makaaffect sa ITA mo? kasi in my case kasi separate EOI ung pinasa ko for 189 at 190.

@akoaypinoy Yes iisa lang ginawa ko, nuon, I think so mgmove ung date, sa akin kasi I just tried ung 190 na iupdate as of the current condition for ACT sana bcoz malaki chance ko dun since 70 ako, kya maski mgmove man ung date ko for 189, ok lng, its a risk that i tried to take, pra nga tayo ngsusugal kung tutuusin eh iisipin anu dpt diskarte naten as kung anung braha meron tayo, so dpt tlga smart moves each step, bahala na kung anu resulta if we succeed or not,bsta we keep on moving. Separate nmn is ok din since safe ung date mo. Sa totoo lng kasi andami ung 2335 na group, imagine mo 1500 visa lng tas 3 category pa mghahati as compared sa ibang engineering. Update ko sa akin, I am waiting nlng ng skill assessment ko sa ibang category. Anyways, gudlak sa ating lht!

@juvelinks meron din akong EOI for 190 at 70 points pero pa din ako naiinvite kaya ang mas malaking chance naten is 189 more than 190 considering sa previous FY na nagbulk invites sila sa 1st round pa lang. pero kung ung date ng lodge mo ng EOI at pagupdate mo is magkalapit lang siguro naman wala namang masyadong effect yun. Pray harder pa! konting tulog na lang lilinaw na ang lahat. once na malaman naten ung result ng july 1st round of ITA.

@juvelinks actually for me hindi ako nageexpect ng invite this first round kasi january 16 ung EOI ko pero i am still positive. kapag nainvite ako good news saten yun ibig sabihin mabilis maiinvite ung mga naglodge ng january to june.

@akoaypinoy sana mgdilang anghel ka hehe at mainvite tayo lht.. march ako ng EOI ng 189, ung bulk sana nga madami o aabot tayo sa dami ba nmn IE sa buong mundo, cge bsta balitaan mo agad kmi if nainvite kna.. bka mga october pa pero ewan ko if aabot..nakakawla na nga ng pagasa..bka mgiba nko category just for back-up.

Update lang... @juvelinks ... I called ACT last monday regarding the issue but then they said that although they are aware of the issue, they suggested me to ask and call DIBP hotline directly. Of which nung tumawag ako ilang beses sa DIBP, palagi akong naka-queue at 123, 119 etc. so hindi ko na po tinuloy ang tawag kasi lalaki ang babayaran ko kung aantayin ko matapos ang naunang callers on queue. hehe

In short, hindi ko pa rin po nasubmit ang EOI ko for ACT.
Natry mo po bang magsubmit?

@msun0416 ako nmn ngmessage ako kay ACT sa FB, ngreply cla after 2 days, sabi nga daw contakin daw DIBP, ung guideline din daw andun lht sa website nila..ask ko lng sayo ng separate ka ng EOI sa 190 ba? ako wla pa itry ko mmya..if wla tlga mgpapaassess nko ng iba category.. bka nurse andami eh hehe joke!

@deck05 - wala eh! parang andami ng 70 point and above ang nagsisidatingan from April to July before first invitation round. Wala nga daw 65 points and below ang na-invite kahit hinde pro-rata occupations.

Prolonging the agony na talaga sakin part, tagal na. Ang kinatatakutan ko ay maging 70 points na yung minimum score natin for invitation for the reason na malaki na ang volume of applicants.

i think good for us kung totoo man o accurate ung forecast ng iscah. it means nainvite na lahat ng 70 pointers kasi june 01 2017 ung EOI lodge eh. next round uusad na ang 65 pointers. claim it guys!
