    Hi Guys, need advise please.

May employer na ko na mag sponsor sa ken (with my husband and 1 y/o son) sa Oz. Kaso lang with the recent change sa 457, nasa STSOL ung skill ko, so no chance for PR after.

Ang husband ko naman is running their family business here in PH, undergrad ng COE.

Possible kaya na mag work out tong plan na to? Any thoughts? :)

    Thank you sa sasagot!

@marjames No worries mate :D haha..

Andito na ako sa Melbourne. So ganito yung sitwasyon ko bago ako nakarating dito.
    1. April 21 - na grant yung visa 457 ko - kelangan ko makapunta by May 8 sa employer ko para mag start ng work.
So no choice ako, kundi magpunta sa ibang lugar para mag exit to AU.
Around this time nagbook ako ng roundtrip ticket to SG with CEBUpac, then 1 way ticket from SG to Melbourne sa Jetstar.

    3. May 4 - byahe to SG - nagpormang turista talaga ako haha - no questions asked sa immig :D
    4. May 6 - SG to Melbourne via Jetstar - no quesitons ask sa SG immig

    2. Anong mga documents kelangan isubmit?
    3. Pwede bang online lang or via snail mail?

    Salamat.

PR is points test system. So considering na pumasok nga sya sa school and gained the certification/bachelors degree or what not, it all boils down to the points. Pwede kung pwede siya magapply ng PR however, you should consider yung categories sa system. I.e Overseas work experience, Australian experience are some of the major categories that generates huge points.

All in all, its definitely possible pero there are some things to consider din.

    08/11/15 - IELTS
    16/12/15 - AHPRA registration application
14/01/16 - AHPRA refusal and referral to BP
    09-11/16 - Bridging program completion
    28/11/16 - AHPRA registration re-application
    03/12/16 - AHPRA registered
04/12/16 - Job offered and accepted (457 Sponsorship)
01/04/17 - Medicals for both 457 and future PR application
    07/04/17 - ANMAC assessment application
15/04/17 - Filed for resignation from current employer
21/04/17 - Nomination submitted by AU employer
    23/05/17 - Nomination granted
    31/05/17 - 457 application lodged
    16/06/17 - 457 Granted
    27/07/17 - EOI Submitted
    06/09/17 - ITA received
10/09/17 - PR Skilled Independent 189 Application Lodged
    17/10/17 - CO Contact
    25/10/17 - Further Information Provided
    16/02/18 - Visa Grant Received

Deferred medical result! -

How long is the processing time? Please shed me some light. Thanks at God bless sau.

@switpotato hello, i reckon there has been a lot of changes since I processed my OEC last year. last year, nakuha ko agad yung oec ko, inabot ako ng 2days including seminar kasi kulang ako ng isang requirement, pero kung complete requirement, one day will do, basta maaga ka.

sa case ngayon, based sa mga nababasa ko, may POLO ng involved and I don't know much about that since di ako dumaan sa POLO.

for advance processing ng OEC, they won't allow you, kasi kelangan nila ng visa grant mo before you can apply for OEC, hence you must wait for your visa decision. they might think na as long as wala si visa may chance na madecline yung visa mo kaya di ka pwede magprocess ng OEC.

anyway, visa grant nalang ba hinihintay mo or pati yung nomination?

Sharing my experience in obtaining the OEC below:

    - Upon receipt of the visa grant, I called POLO Canberra and checked the requirements (visit this page for more details - https://www.philembassy.org.au/18-announcement/announcement/142-oec-issuance-at-polo-canberra)
    - I sent all the required documents in pdf format via email to POLO Canberra ([email protected])
    - I transferred the payment via BPI wire transfer (about AUD 280) and sent the copy of the money transfer confirmation form
    - I received the email from POLO Canberra with the attached signed and stamped documents
    - The original forms are sent via courier which i received after 3-5 days
    - I waited for the original docs and went to POEA to submit the requirements for OEC
    - When I got the confirmation on the approval from Sec Bello, I went to POEA to complete the PDOS and paid the processing fee for OEC (more than PHP6,000)
    - I requested for a certified true copy of the OEC for my dependents so that they can use it when they leave the country

    Hope this helps.
