Yup! Sa repeat sentence, close your eyes focus sa audio do not write. Then memorize it as a sentence ( ung thought) para kapag may nakalimutan ka mas madali kang maka create ng sarili mong sentence basta andun ung thought. And lessen fillers. Sound confident din.
