@gashing890 Aim for Superior English level to get 20 points instead of 10. It doesn't matter if PTE-A or IELTS. Also you can seek for State nomination (additional 5points) and apply for 190 visa instead of 189.

@steven Welcome! Yup per MLBS CDR ang pathway natin. Compose ka na ng career episodes mo. Took me 3 and a half months to compose since weekend lang ako gumagawa. Hehehe!

Hi guys, may tanong lang po ako para sa tropa, salamats ng madami sa makakapagadvise. Snr Electrical Engr po sya ngayon pero Electronics Engineering Technologies sya graduate, nagpaassess sya sa EA pero negative ang result dahil daw sa education nya, ang advise po sa kanya is mag aral ulit then apply sya. Tanong lang po kung meron pa baang ibang option na hindi na need mag enroll ulit? Salamats

Tanong lang po..
Pano po kung yung last company ko ay hindi nagbayad ng tax ko kasi inexempt nila kaming employees. Ok lang po ba na wala akong isubmit na income tax return acknowledgment galing dun sa last company ko? Nag aapply ako for relevant skilled employment and nakaindicate na dapat complete ung docs sa entire emoloyment.

@avringor sir first time ko nabasa yan na negative assessment dahil sa education. May I know saan grumaduate friend mo? And ano pa ang nangyari na nagresult sa negative outcome?

Sir @MLBS sa TUP Cavite sya graduate, 4yrs yung course nya.. ang sabi sa kanya is lack of 1 yr sa education. Yun lang talaga yung problema sa assessment nya, the rest ok naman. Kaya ang advise sa kanya is mag enroll muna then saka magpaassess ulit. Pero kung may ibang options pa sana bukod dito eh mas ok.

Mam @charm1008 yung sakin ang hiningi is social security statement OR income tax declartion. SSS yung pinasa ko, positive naman ang naging outcome.

@avringor ahh kaya pala sir. Madalas kasi pag nagpapa assess mga tao sa EA na galing dito 5 yrs ang engineering degree e. Let's wait for other people kung ano ma ooffer nilang solution, pero if ever ba sir willing mag aral ng 1 pang taon yung friend mo if yun lang ang way?

Just sharing my experience. I sent my application (fast track) last 09 Aug 2017 and got an email yesterday (28 Aug 2017) requesting for some additional document. I sent the copy of documents today, 29 Aug 2017, and got the positive assessment an hour later. So 14 working days total.

Awarded Occupation: Chemical Engineer
Awarded Occupation Category: Professional Engineer
Awarded ANZSCO: 233111

Wala akong work experience na related sa chemical engineering kaya I used research and plant design projects for CDR. Fortunately, positive result naman.

@MLBS sabi nya kung may ibang options pa sana daw. Hindi pa makadecide hehehehe salamats sa inputs, antay pa ko baka may ibang mga nakaexperience na din ng same situation.

ito po yung nakasulat sa MSA Booklet as of 2017 kaya naguguluhan ako.

In regards to the requirement for Secondary Documents, an applicant
can either provide 2 (2.1 and 2.2) or 3 (3.1 and 3.2)
(refer to the Employees table below for further
instructions).

Secondary Documents (either 2 OR 3)
2.1 Income Tax Return Acknowledgement or Receipt;
2.2 Social Security Insurance/ Superfund/ Provident Fund/ Retirement
Contribution Statement Reports.
OR
3.1 Work Permit/ Residence Permit;
3.2 Official Contract Document from the Ministry of Labour etc..
(indicating your wage, title and employer’s name).

Note: 2.1 and 2.2 OR 3.1 and 3.2 must cover the entire employment
period and indicate your employer’s name

Does it mean na dapat ko maprovide both yung 2.1 and 2.2?

@charm1008 pwedeng makita yan? Kasi MSA Oct 2016 ang meron kami and nagtry akong magsearch sa EA website, naredirect din ako sa MSA Oct 2016. Dito kasi sa Section D Item 4 ng RSEA, 3 options for the CoE/Stat Dec and SSS/ITR/Work Permit etc.

@charm1008 kung tama ako ng intindi, parang tinanggal na nila ung documents na yun for standard CDR. Sa old MSA kasi:

4. Employment
For the Relevant Skilled Employment, any claimed work
experience over 12 months must be supported by
documentary evidence See Item 4 Section D. However,
for career episodes based upon engineering experience,
documentary evidence of employment must also be
provided regardless of the duration of employment.
If the documentary evidence of your work experience
is not in the English language, you will be required to
provide a translation. All translations must be carried out
by an authorised translator (see Item 4 Section A).
Documentary evidence in support of work experience
claims must be on a company letterhead (including name
and location details) and include the date of document,
dates and duration of employment in addition to the
name and position of author.

4.1 Standard Competency Demonstration Report
Assessment:
Applicants who have claimed engineering employment
for more than 12 months or have based their career
episode upon professional experience must provide a
reference letter from the employer (reference letter on
official company letterhead, stating your title/position,
commencement and termination dates of employment,
signed and dated by the author).
4.2 Relevant Skilled Employment Assessment:
Applicants seeking a relevant skilled employment
assessment, must provide both primary and
secondary documentary evidence. Refer to Section D
for further details.

Parang they break it down into standard and relevant. So siguro, siguro lang. Correct me if I am wrong, kailangan na lang ng reference letter from the company?

yes po.. for RSEA lang yun.. plan ko kasi mag apply for that pero hindi naman pala required kaya standard nalang din aapplyan. thanks a lot!

May bago na palang MSA Booklet 2017. Medyo strict na sila sa RSEA requirements. Kung confident naman kayo sa inyong experience na related sa nominated occupation niyo, better go for standard CDR only, wala pang hustle. No need to submit third party documents.

@cliffhanger82 ngayon ko lang po nakita eto and yet nagpasa ako last Sunday following the last year's MSA booklet pa O.o possible po ba na pasado ako sa MSA but failed sa RSEA cuz of the lack of requirements? I passed the conventional Stat Decl + COE
