@issa yes po VIC target destination. May ITA na ako and ready na all docs for frontload kaso lang baka umabot pa sa 189 next round... kaya wait muna until next round...

@dorbsdee, ah mas prefer mo ba ang 189? sabagay yung iba kasi iniisip nila yung moral obligation sa state na nag sponsor. Maraming akong kaibigan na 190 pero di naman tinapos ang moral obligation at lumipat kung saan saan.

@issa may implication ba sa citizenship application? yun kasi iniisip ko... actually complete docs and medical na ako for 190 pero wait ko pa rin 189 baka makahabol pa...

Hi guys I got a reply sa EA asking for additional docs. Tax declaration statement or SSS contributions.

But I submitted the following.

Company 1 - ITR and Pag ibig contributions
Company 2(Consultancy contract) - Monthly Invoices
Company 3(Contractual) - Payslips with BIR tax forms (not complete) 3 months
Company 4 - Pag ibig contributions.

Can anybody give me a feedback regarding my submitted documents? tatangapin po kaya ng EA mga sinubmit ko?

@dorbsdee Option ko rin po sana yung 190 VIC kaso I have problem with finances. Okay lang po ba if ang finances are supported by parents? If yes, how should I prove this to VIC?

@acbien The additional documents needed are the new requirements for RSEA stated in MSA booklet 2017 defined below.

Secondary Documents (either 2 OR 3)
2.1 Income Tax Return Acknowledgement or Receipt;
2.2 Social Security Insurance/ Superfund/ Provident Fund/ Retirement
Contribution Statement Reports.
OR
3.1 Work Permit/ Residence Permit;
3.2 Official Contract Document from the Ministry of Labour etc..
(indicating your wage, title and employer’s name).

Note: 2.1 and 2.2 OR 3.1 and 3.2 must cover the entire employment
period and indicate your employer’s name

Meaning, Tax declaration is item 2.1 and SSS contribution is item 2.2 and you must submit these 2 documents for the entire employment period.

You can also choose 3.1 and 3.2 if you have these documents.

In my opinion, if hindi ka talaga mka provide sa mga required additional documents, I think they will assess your employment claims based sa mga documents that you submitted.

Guys nareceive ko na result ko sa EA kanina and positive ang assessment ko

August 11 ako nagsubmit (fast track), then today ko nakuha. 17 working days ang hinintay ko. Thing is, kaka graduate ko lang ng June, at hindi pa ako nagboard exam, yet nabigyan ako ng professional engineer outcome. Wala na rin hiningi na additional docs saken nung nagsubmit ako. Thanks to everyone in this forum!

I do believe na yun superfund is equivalent to Pag-ibig housing fund. Sana ma-honor un pag-ibig documents ko.

I'm just crossing my fingers dun sa sinubmit ko na docs for my consultancy contract and contractual. Wala kasi tlga docs na maiisusubmit eh.

@dorbsdee , wala naman naging problema. Halos lahat ng kasabayang kong 190 umalis sila ng SA. Yung iba citizen na, yung iba hintay na lang ng exam at oath taking. may 2 akong kilala na lumipat ng VIC parehong 190 visa nila at citizen na sila. 2 friends ko na 190 ( 1 from ACT and 1 from SA) nasa Sydney at naghihintay na lang ng exam for citizenship. Kadalasan yung mga nag sponsoran ng SA, umaalis at di na tinutuloy ang moral obligation. Ang alam ko sa 489 visa sila talaga mahigpit.

Hello po. Gusto ko lang po sana itanong, pregnant po kasi ako ngaun and March pa po expected delivery ko. Ok na po ang assessment ko and pede na mag EOI. advisable po ba yun na mag EOI na po ako? Or wait wait po muna ako na malapit na maipanganak si baby?

I need your opinions po. Salamat. Di ko kasi alam kung pano ako magtutuloy sa application ko.

Any particular reason na di ka makasubmit ng SSS contribution? It is easy to get from online website and I believe it is more preferred than pag-ibig.

Ano po nominated occupation and total points? I suggest po mag EOI ka na as early as possible para hindi ka madelay pag umabot sa pro-rata ang occupation mo (basing from my experience). :-)

@wanderer hi po, im having trouble po sa pagregister and create ng online account sa SSS. its been 2 days since I registered and emailed them regarding my status yet walang response sa SSS. Kaya, I submitted Pag-ibig docs instead.

You can proceed na po sa EOI for visa 190. But if you can increase your score by taking another english test is better kasi visa 189 invitation is twice a month unlike 190 which is dependent on the state demand

Hi guys. EA responded to me already:

"Statutory declaration should be from your direct supervisor. Please note that the person's position in the organisation is not mentioned in the provided document.
Please note that your work experience must be closely related to the nominated discipline.(Mechanical engineer)"

On the first statement, I provided a Stat Decl with the position of my boss and it's also stated there that I am under his direct supervision. And on the second statement, are they talking about the duties sa Stat decl? Or sa career episodes?

Should I provide another stat decl highlighting the position of my boss and that I am under his direct supervision? Or provide an official letter from HR that he is indeed hired as a manager of the company and that I am directly reporting to him?

@acbien wala na po ata e. Once you submit docs wala na pwede palitan/idagdag dun. Ano po ba idadagdag nyo? Kung may kulang naman po sa assessment nyo sasabihan naman kayo ng EA na magpasa ng kailangan nila e.

@cacophony no need na, ilagay mo sa ilalim ng pangalan ng signatory positoon contact number at email, at sa letter head malamang may cobtact number ang company kung may doubt sila tatawagan nila yan....

@MikeYanbu Thanks po. Ang problem po kasi sa Stat Decl na pinasa ko is may ganitong statement nakasulat, "Mr. John was promoted to Engineer 3. He was under a Unit Lead's supervision, whom I supervise..." Tingin ko ito yung naging breaking point sa assessor ko kaya nasabi nyang "should be from your direct supervisor." So what I'm planning to provide is either:

(i) 2 separate Stat Decl from my Unit Lead and Manager (current direct supervision), OR
(ii) as indicated in new MSA, provide an official letter head indicating (1) exact period of employment (commencement and completion dates), (2) Be endorsed by the manager (with official telephone & email address, and (3) Official letterhead with main duties.

What do you think?
