@lack14 ako granted nang 189. 65points lang ako.. pero dapat 70pts.. meron ako di ni-claim sa work experience na worth 5pts if included. Medyo diversified kasi yung role and responsibility ko dun.. kaya di ko na ni-claim.

@engr.len Newly married din ( as in one week before Receiving ITA), ako yung dependent. I'm working on the PSA-issued marriage cert, joint bank account statement pa lang so far. (Also trying to get my passport into my married name) I also have pala all documents and investments na joint din as proof na may pinagprogress-an yung relationship and hindi lang basta nagpakasal dahil nag EOI na si main applicant.

I think the worst that can happen is mag require sila ng docs same as de facto, aside from the usual dependent documents (CEMI/English exam, NBI clearance, medical, etc)

Finally, nakuha na rin namin ang visa grant namin... after almost 6 months of waiting kasama na ang 2 CO contacts. God is really good. His timing is perfect.

Salamat po sa lahat ng tumulong at sumagot sa mga questions ko nung nasa application process pa lang kami. Salamat din po sa mga kadamay na naghintay at naghihintay pa rin. Malaking tulong ang malaman na di tayo nag-iisa.

Congrats po sa lahat ng nabigyan na ng grant. God bless po sa BM. Sa mga naghihintay pa, dasal lang. Darating din yan.

Good day po sa lahat gusto ko po sana humingi ng advice and at the same time get more information about visa application.

Last 2009 nag apply po ako for VE SubClass 176 Skilled Sponsored Migrant via a migration agency kaya lang po last 2015 nagkaron ng Cap and Cease of Application and I was refunded the money for my visa application.

This year po I'm looking at lodging another application for Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489) for the Invited pathway. Meron po akong cousin at uncle na matagal na pong citizen (sila rin yung nag sponsored po sa akin for the 176 visa)

Based po sa points calculator I got 75 points. I already took IELTS pero I'm thinking its expired na so I will need to take another one. Hopefully, I will get 7 band scores ulit.

My question po is regarding the VETASSESS, yun nominated ko pong occupation last time is Program or Project administrator and na assess po ako for that and I got a positive outcome. Pwede ko po bang gamitin ito once nag nominate ako ng bagong application for the "Organisation and Methods Analyst" which is listed now in the Migration (IMMI 17/072: Specification of Occupations and Assessing Authorities) Instrument 2017.

About lodging naman po the application, I understand I need to write first EOI via SkillSelect now. Is it advisable po ba to take IELTS and submit another assessment for the new occupation before ng EOI?

Then may nabasa po ako about ACT closed na daw po for overseas applicants pero if you have close ties like family then you can still apply. Also, yun nominated po na job ko asa list sya pero when I check sa ACT closed na din po yun application. Ibig po bang sabihin hindi na ako pwede mag Apply ng visa?

Any advise po and help will be appreciated.

I think hindi pa po pero may nabasa po ako sa previous thread na hiningan kahit hindi pa umabot ng 12 months. Based po sa DIBP https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/189-?modal=/Trav/Visa/Char - "For the Australian Government to determine whether you are of good character, you might be asked to provide police certificates for each country you have lived in for 12 months or more, over the last 10 years (calculated immediately before the time the visa application is lodged), since turning 16 years of age." If I were you, you may prepare it in advance just in case lang.

Need po ng new assessment as Organisation and Methods Analyst. Kung VETASSESS din ito, VETASSESS din i-submit... hindi po pwedeng gamitin ang luma niyo kasi ibang occupation.

Need po ng valid IELTS (or any other English test) before you submit an EOI kasi if the English test date is later than the EOI, you will be declined later on.

Same din sa assessment. Dapat kapag nag-submit ka ng EOI lahat ng pwede mong i-claim may proof or evidence na.

Kung closed mukhang hindi ka na makaka-submit... ang pwede mong gawin is hitayin uling mag-open kung ano mang occupation yun...

Congrats din sa may mga grants na... at sa mga nag-iintay, dadating rin yan.

@PMPdreamer medyo mabusisi yata ang na-assign sa akin na CO's:
1st contact - medical, police clearance, form 1221 (nag-submit ako ng Form 80 dun sa initial submission), recent evidence of employment (ginamit ko kasi na COE was what I submitted during the skills assessment which was dated more than 6 months back) so nag attach na rin ako ng recent payslips, at ang matindi was bank statements of previous years (kasi I submitted my bank statements for the last 5 years to prove na paid ang employment ko... supporting documents ang mga payslips kaso hiningi pa rin yung 2 years prior to that).

2nd contact - Asked for full and detailed work description for the work undertaken more than 10 years ago (position and company details lang kasi nilagay ko, as advised by my agent kasi di namin daw part ng assessment) and unemployment period (which I already explained in Form 80, baka di nabasa), copy of passport for the international travels I made (5 year lang kasi ang coverage ng passport na submit ko eh 10 years ang travel history ang declared sa Form 80) tapos ang hindi ko alam na relevant pala... I was asked to include referees in my CV (kaka ko nga mag-b-background check sila per hindi naman).

Reading from other posts, may iba na minimal docs lang hiningi tapos grant din so depende siguro sa CO. Hope this helps. God bless sa application mo.
