Haaay natapos din ang araw na to! For me mabilis ang araw nato kahit ang tagal ko inintay na makapag exam kc I just want to get it over and done with nalang.
Disclaimer: I'm speaking only for my experience! lol!
(to be honest, hindi yan ang mggng first and last AIMS exam ko, at tanggap ko na un lol).
To be honest, if tyatyagain lang basahin lahat ng recalled questions (with some answers) dito ng mga members and admins and sagutan nyo, then on top of that, sagutan nyo ung sample questions ng mismong AIMS at ung ibang review tips din ng AIMS..paniguradong maipapasa nyo ang exam! Mas mahirap pa nga ang local boards and ASCPi (I think)! Hindi nyo kelangan mag tutor or umattend ng review center or whatsoever, dahil ang mga tanong Talaga ay parang ginawa tlg for examinees na may work experience..kaya if mag focus lang sa self-review at magbigay ng sapat na panahon plus may ilang years of lab experience..pasok na sa banga na makakapasa kayo! ;-)
In my part naman..walang halong biro pero literal na few days ago lang ako nag basa at mga recalled questions/sample questions lang binasa ko, aba at may naisagot pako kanina..dahil din siguro ive been working as a pathology collector here for nearly 2 years up to now kaya ung ibang practical application/ questions, nasagutan ko.
Ittry ko isulat lahat ng mga natandaan ko, try ko tapusin bukas then i will let u know guys pag tapos na so that I can share it privately, like sa PM only para hindi tayo masilip hehe!
Goodluck again and congrats in advance! Tulog na kayo ng mahimbing! ;-)

Hi just want to ask sino po dito may alam ng grading system nila sa exam? Do they give 0.5 or 1 mark to those questions na worth 2 marks and above?
raspberry0707Melbourne, Australia Posts: 682Member Joined: May 19, 2014
@clacla hindi nila nirerelease ung grade sa exam.. passed or fail lang.. so I doubt kung irerelease nila grading system..
Yung mga naunang ng-exam nakuha nila ung grade nila by sending email to AIMS.. pero nung time namin (Mar 2015) ayaw na nila ibigay ung grades through email.. hindi daw sila ngrerelease ng grades.

I have listed ung mga natandaan long tanong so far naman sa naisulat majority or halos ay naisulat ko.

@MAZ no, it doesn't matter if general or academic as long as 7.0 and up ang band score na mkukuha mo (when it comes to IELTS skills assessment with AIMS, I don't know anything pagdating sa immigration)..pero in my case, mejo nagsisisi ako bakit hindi academic ang kinuha ko ngayong naisipan ko mag aral sa university dito kc academic IELTS ang need ng mga uni dto lol!
Wait natin ang sagot ng iba if which one is better, sa AIMS kc kahit ano sa 2 ang kunin mong IELTS pero hindi ko alam pagdating sa immigration..good luck ;-)

I answered 4 units of O negative and 2 units of AB positive. Pinakasafe itransfuse ang O negative sa lahat kasi wala syang antigen then AB positive kasi type specific

Hi mam @auzziebound . Hi sir @nightlock619 . Ang sinagot ko (2) O+, 2 AB+, 2 A+.
Reason na binigay ko all bloodtypes can be transfuse to AB+ since it is Universal Recipient. Hehe. Sana may points pa rin kahit papano.
auzzieboundMandaluyong Posts: 62Member Joined: Jan 29, 2017
sa australian BB website ang nakalagay nila na first choice for AB ay A or B then O

4 points ba yun or 2 points? give 4 diba?
nightlock619Dubai Posts: 35Member Joined: Jun 17, 2017
I think the 5 points depends on how you answer it.
Hi guys...
Yung saken kc masasabi kong 3 years in the making bago ko makuha yung pinakahihintay ko na visa grant. Year 2014 pa nag start na ko mag plan and then mag take ng IELTS sabi ko dati mag try lng ako wla nman masama. Pag hndi 6 eh 6.5 ang nakukuha ko which is hndi pwede pra makapag start for visa screening. Then nag file pa rn ako for second take september 2016 nag exam ulet ako pro unfortunately bagsak na nman ako. Nag decide dn pla ako ulet mag take ng AIMS for the last time pumasa man o hndi ok lng yun ang mindset ko. February 2017 nag lodged na ko for visa. Then March 2017 nag exam ulet ako ng AIMS. After 3rd take May 2017 finally Medical Scientist na dn ako.
Faith, prayers, patience, persiverance at goals lng tlaga. Hndi ako matalino at magaling dpat matiyaga lng hahaha.
Maraming maraming salamat. God Bless us all :-)

Biological variations include smoking, diet, exercise and medications. These can affect the results of the patient.

@nightlocks619. 2 points po ba ung biological variations? I mean, give 4 for 2 marks?

Yung saken kc masasabi kong 3 years in the making bago ko makuha yung pinakahihintay ko na visa grant. Year 2014 pa nag start na ko mag plan and then mag take ng IELTS sabi ko dati mag try lng ako wla nman masama. Pag hndi 6 eh 6.5 ang nakukuha ko which is hndi pwede pra makapag start for visa screening. Then nag file pa rn ako for second take september 2016 nag exam ulet ako pro unfortunately bagsak na nman ako. Nag decide dn pla ako ulet mag take ng AIMS for the last time pumasa man o hndi ok lng yun ang mindset ko. February 2017 nag lodged na ko for visa. Then March 2017 nag exam ulet ako ng AIMS. After 3rd take May 2017 finally Medical Scientist na dn ako.
Faith, prayers, patience, persiverance at goals lng tlaga. Hndi ako matalino at magaling dpat matiyaga lng hahaha.
Maraming maraming salamat. God Bless us all :-)
