    @dorbsdee 233513 ako electrical and controls engineer. nagpa assess ako ng electrical engineering nung january pa kaso may issue ang EA sa resume ko nakalimutan ko iupdate kaya yun ang binigay saken. kung electrical engineering sana tapos na ako by this time pero God has his own plan. wala pa kasi akong alam sa mga pro rata occupation noon sa takot ko na mareject ung application ko tinanggap ko na lang agad.

    your IELTS result can be used for EA...after EA at ok result you can lodge EOI pero dapat 60 to 65 points k na. Nowadays best score ay 70 para di matagal ang waiting time..65 pde na pero matagal..for me inabot ako 9 mos for the ITA at 65 points..PTE can help you increase your points. You can take PTE nman kahit waiting for EA and you can use it for EOI if mas mataas score mo sa PTE..

    Tanong ko lang. Currently active EOI ako ngayun for 489, 190 specifying Melbourne/Victoria as interest for living, probably sa 489 requirment yun kase I have a family member dun. If interested ako sa 190 for NSW, may kailangan pa ba ako i-edit sa EOI ko ngayun na specifying NSW? At hindi ba mag babago ang Date of Effect if I'll edit something? Kase nag steady na ako sa application ko sa EOI dahil Pro-rata ang IE.

    @Grifter Hindi na, nag update lang ako specifying NSW as Preferred location in AU, hindi naman nag change ang date of effect kase hindi nag iba ang score. I'm having both 190 and 189. Pero kulang pa ako sa points sa 189, I'm betting on the 489 for the moment, and the 190 sa NSW.

    Pwede naman mag lodge ng bagong EOI for 190 if gusto mo.

    Guys,

    Need your input sana regarding SkillSelect process for Pro-rata occupations (Industrial Eng).

    For pro-rata, which will prevail? Points then Date of Effect (DOE), DOE then Points?, or lastly Points and DOE?

    The situation is I have lodged last August for Visa 189-55 points, 190-60 points and 489-65 points. Then the current Pro rata cut-off for IE as of Sept 20 round is Feb. 8 at 65 points. At this rate, expected around December will be the time na kasale na sana ang August DOE, if wala ako changes sa points.

    I was planning to take IELTS or PTE para incease ang points ko, at, let's say for 70 for 189, but the problem is, ang DOE ko will be moved to Oct or Nov na naman, so it will be selected probably January or Feb next year.

    So the question is, ma invite ba agad ang 70 points at a November DOE by November round na probably ang Pro rata cut-off by that time is still the July 2017 DOE, or baka dahil sa DOE na November ay Feb next year pa aabutin neto kahit 70 points ako?

    Kase for now, I'm just waiting for December, ayaw ko i-galaw ang points para hindi ma reset ang DOE sa current EOI ko. But was also checking if increasing my score will also make it faster for me.

    @onin111 kung maging 70 points po kayo sure na ung invite nyo on the next round. ang pagbibigay ng invite ay based lage sa points so the higher the point mas may chance mainvite agad so mas mauuna pa po kayo mainvite sa mga 65 pointers kahit ung EOI date nila is nauna pa sayo.

    Hello. Ano po ba ang chance natin 2335* to get an invitation from nsw? Kase db wala ang occupation natin dati sa 190, tapos ngyn kasama na tayo sa list ng nsw.

    Tama po ang ang assumption ko na 70 pointers (65+5 ss) ang max points ng pool sa nsw since un nga 75 pointers (w/o state sponsorship) ay asa 189?

    @Grifter may criteria po yung NSW:
    1. Occupation
    2. EOI pts.
    3. English
    4. Skilled employment

    last trend is yung mga English with 20 pts. naiinvite, pero kung 20 pts. English mo bakit ka pa mag NSW? kasi usually mga 20 pts. ay 70-75 pts... deretso invite for 189, di ka pa magbabayad ng 300AUD for nomination...

    @levimervin @lottysatty @akoaypinoy idea ko lang... gawa kaya tayo ng tracker dito for 2335 visa application at dito rin tayo magupdate, malay nyo pagdating natin sa Oz matulungan natin ang bawat isa, lalo na in settling and finding job....
