Pregnant before lodging visa

Question, currently pregnant and about to lodge our visa. Is there another option.

Would like to resign na kasi so i can get my backpay and give birth in australia sana. And start a new life na.

Unplanned kasi ang pregnancy ko. Palodge n kami ng visa so we can proceed to australia. ;((

Just inform your CO. Pero pag hindi ka pa done sa medicals, based dito, need mo muna manganak then take your medical, and also inform your CO.

Bawal Lang talaga buntis kasi they can't inject you with the Mmr vaccine. If you have that vaccine na, Wala na problema

@xiaolico i think yes mas mahirap maghanap pag preggy (just my opinion). kasi usually ang regular maternity leave dito is one year then pwde mgextend to 2yrs. kaya napapansin ko s mga supervisory position mostly lalaki kasi ung parental leave ng husband is 2weeks lang.

Hi! Same case tayo. I just received my ITA pero 8 weeks pregnant ako. So walang maggng issue sa visa application namin?

@ahneniah I would just wait until I give birth to do the medical clearance. As a mother myself, I wouldn't risk it, sorry paranoid ako when it comes to this. Better safe than sorry. Anyway DIBP can wait. You just need to notify the case officer that you are pregnant and they will pause the process for you. Once you've given birth provide form 1022 along with your child's birth certificate and passport.

@RheaMARN1171933 thanks for the concern. Probably I would do the same. Do I need to pay first?

@ahneniah yes. You need to lodge your visa first. Ask for a natal report from your OB. When your case has been assigned to an officer and gets in touch with you, advise him of your circumstance and provide the natal report. Once you've given birth, provide form 1022 and your child's docs I mentioned previously

Hi Guys! Same with me. 14 weeks pregnant ako and ayoko muna mag-EOI kasi nga kelangan iwait muna si baby. Ang plan ko is mga 3 months before ipanganak si baby, saka ako maglodge ng EOI. Tingin nyo po ba tama plan ko?

@misisabat you'd rather go ahead with the EOI than miss out on potential points/changes that might possibly occur. Things change constantly with policies. Don't worry about being pregnant kasi you can advice your case officer naman of your circumstance and your visa application process will be put to a halt until you've given birth.

@misisabat ah ok. Basta don't let the pregnancy delay you with your EOI lodgement as this shouldn't be an issue. Good luck

    Good day po sa lahat.

    OR
